Floats are not at all as described. Ridiculously cheap materials and lacking the clips required to attach the back to the bottom. Completely worthless. DO NOT BUY!

Would give this company zero stars if possible! The worst product I have ever purchased….nothing more than 3 balloons with super cheesy material to try & mimic a mini float only a doll could use! The website says 100% satisfaction guarantee but customer no service is a negotiation within itself! I initially emailed that I was VERY dissatisfied with the quality & they responded they were willing to offer a 30% refund with no return necessary…I said… unacceptable… they countered with a 50% refund with no return necessary …I said… unacceptable…they then countered with a 75% refund with no return necessary…I said unacceptable …then they said fine but sent instructions to return product to a Chinese address although their website clearly states all returns can be made to a USA address… called them
Out on this & they said their hands were tied & I could get a full refund if I returned to the Chinese address! I got my credit card company involved (thank you AMEX) told them I was writing a scathing review & was also reporting them to the Better Business Bereau & a few days later I received an email that I was receiving a full refund! Total scam company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with SunDrift!!!!

The pool chairs were very cheap and nothing like the advertisement. I want to send all three back for a refund but they will not answer my emails anymore. They offered me 50% off my original cost and told me to keep the chairs but I don't even want them at that price. I just want a full refund and do not know how to get a hold of them other than email which they are not responding to

Ordered my floats a month ago and they keep saying they are in transit. I have contacted sundrift but they are unresponsive. No floats, no customer service! If I could give negative stars I would!

The pool chairs are made of thin and cheap materials. Each chair (with all materials) weighs 7 ounces. I weigh 165 pounds and the chair tore within 45 minutes of use. I'm positive the materials for each chair cost less than $2 and Sundrift advertises the chairs at $59 each but of course they entice potential buyers (like me) with 40 to 50% discounts

Just received my two pool chairs and was inquiring about the instructions which were very minimal at best. The product looks completely different from their web site. The buckles that attach to the chair back don't hold when adjusting them.
After further investigating, the buckles aren't the same as on their web site as well. Try to reach them is ridiculous because the don't message back!

Ordered a picnic blanket. Nothing received and no response despite reaching out across multiple channels. Very disappointed and no sign of how to get my payment back

I have been chasing Sundrift for over a month via emails, instagram messages and even completing the form on the websites contact us page. I have not received my order and no one is getting back to me. I have lost a lot of money over this and will need to purchase my item else where.

I would not recommend purchasing any items from them. The lack of customer service is disgraceful

No update on shipping despite several attempts to get any response. No way to contact anyone in the company. Be wary.

Edit: items did eventually show up but don't expect delivery updates, a response from customer service at any point or your order to arrive on time.

I ordered the bag before leaving for a trip. I realized it was smaller than I needed, and tried to return bag quickly, especially as I was would be gone during 30 day return period. I still haven't heard from customer service despite repeated emails.
That being said, it is an excellent choice! I used it as beach bag. Being able to access my gear from top, middle or bottom made everything easier. The pockets throughout make organizing simple. I could load it up and carry it easily; the structure is great. Really really love the bag, just be aware it may be tricky to return.

I've ordered a backpack for my daughter as a Christmas present, as it has not arrived until after Christmas I've refused the delivery.
The parcel tracking shows that it has been returned to them over a month ago.
I've emailed them 3 times asking for refund.
I still haven't see the refund or a reply to my emails

I bought a dryrobe from this company for my wife. She used it a handful of time up to the summer when the main zip failed. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company via their online form and Instagram but not response so far. I'm not sure if the business is still active or not but the lack of engagement is quite disappointing.

I'm really happy with my new backpack. The cool design, the features etc. etc. It fits beautifully in the Swiss Alps :)

One star less because some straps (especially those on the shoulder-pads) are getting loose very fast by themself and I had to adjust them often..

Ordered a picnic blanket and water bottle. Picnic blanket is fab but the water bottle I received was not what I ordered. Trying to get through to customer service is appalling. I’ve sent 4 emails and 2 dms on Instagram and no reply. Very disappointed as needed water bottle for holiday ☹️

So happy with my mogotio backpack. The quality seems great, I love that it is made of recycled plastic bottles and I'm so happy to have found a colourful backpack to go with the rest of my clothes. I'm also a plant girl so the cactus design is right down my alley.
I can't wait to start using it for my travels next year.
