Great product, however different expectations
I was very happy with the product! It fit perfectly and the material was light and nice. My only issue is that the dress itself didn’t totally match the one photographed. The colours were more vibrant instead of the pale tones shown. Overall though, I’m very satisfied with it! :)

Exceptionally fast and friendly service
I contacted the customer care team to check if they offer same day shipping. They don't but they were still able to ship my order so quickly. Jonah from customer service was so quick to respond to my emails, it almost felt like we were using instant messaging to talk and not email. Very excited to receive my dresses!

Exceptional Customer Service and Clothing Quality
The Evian dress arrived super quickly and was exactly as advertised on the website and exceptional quality. Had to return for another size and the staff went above and beyond to help me, super understanding and ensured I was satisfied. The new dress arrived even quicker than the first and fit like a glove. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Sundae Muse! Would highly recommend :)

BAD RETURN POLICY
Do not order from here (especially if international) I’ve had nothing put problems, already paid for shipping, DHL express was then trying to charge me £90 for delivery and the company then had to get involved. Returns policy is terrible as you only get a credit note and their dresses are NOT true to size and not good quality for the price, wasted my money with this brand and would NOT buy again.
