Good experience, good customer service
The customer service was really great, the staff answered my questions promptly and my package arrived really quickly. I love the dress I bought so much, I do think the quality could be a little better for the price, but I’m still keeping it and am excited to wear it

AWFUL RETURN POLICY NOT MADE CLEAR… AVOID
The returns policy for international orders is not made clear enough. I received a gift card with the amount paid for the dress not the 'refund' stated on the website. Having realised this, I sent an email to the company asking for the full refund and was met with a generic unhelpful response. I'm annoyed as I’ve never used this site before so wasn’t aware of the sizing but if it was clear you can’t get a refund I would never have ordered. I will not use this company again and do not recommend anyone purchasing from here.

Poor quality for the price
Only gave me the express shipping option, which was 20 dollars. I bought my first dress and had to return it because it was too big and was only offered store credit, had to pay for shipping to send it back. Reluctantly I got my second dress and it is horribly made. For a 98 dollar dress, the fabric was incredibly cheap and the sizing for a medium was incredibly small. The dress came and was already falling apart, as the thread is seen broken apart and also poorly threaded at the seams. Poor quality dress and not worth the price, will not be purchasing anything from this site again.

Awful company
Awful company, never using them again! Terrible customer service as I was blocked from their email after complaining about being left with a £583.00 store credit after trying to return there dresses. The dresses are also poor quality and do not provide the correct sizing measurements on the website as they all arrived in what was meant to be a size 8 but all fit completely different… I have also seen they have used the same template reply for every customer with the same problem!

Everything was great, I did order express and it took 5 days though, not complaining, I just assumed it would be a bit quicker but quality of the dress was amazing xx

Not happy with the sizing at all. I wanted a refund but only credits allowed which is so annoying considering they don’t have stores to try anything on.

Terrible quality and customer service
Ordered a white dress and it looked nothing like the photos, was crinkly, see through and a very thin/cheap material. Returned it and used my credit to order two other different dress and they were still bad quality. Asked for a refund from customer service since I really was not happy and did not want to purchase anything else from their website because it was all bad quality but just got a generic email response saying how only store credit is available. Really disappointing customer service. If you're looking to get ripped off then shop here

Massively disappointed and NO FULL REFUND - BEWARE!
Massively disappointed. Bought various dresses in different sizes/styles, quality wasn't as good as expected, then you can't return the goods without getting a credit note! So I have a credit note for about £200 for a company I don't want to use! An absolute disaster. Who in this day doesn't offer a full refund?

very annoyed
When I got the item it was way to small and not what it looked like on the picture. I find it very annoying that you can’t get a refund as they don’t have any stores to try on their clothes. Overall not very happy with the company and wish I could have gotten a refund because i don’t like anything that they have.

I had to make a return, i wanted to exchange sizes, the customer service was amazing (thanks kir you were amazing!) she was really helpful and always checking the tracking of the product, i received the "gift card" immediately afterwards, thank you so much! overall a great experience shopping with you guys!

Bit small
The dress was nice and arrived within a few days, but it was tighter than expected so I have returned it. It was also more low cut around the chest than what I was after.

Unhappy. The returns policy is not clear
The returns policy for international orders is not made clear enough. I received a gift card with the amount paid for the dress not the 'refund' stated on the website. Having realised this, I sent an email to the company asking for the full refund and was met with a rude response. I'm gutted as I had ordered two dresses in different sizes and would never had done this if I'd known I was only going to get a gift receipt. It's left a really sour taste in my mouth in regards to this company, so I can't recommend.
If anyone wants to spend $140 Aus Dollars here, please consider using my gift card and transferring me the money. I'm desperate
