I had such a disappointing experience with Sundae Muse. I ordered a dress the Thursday before Black Friday for an event the following weekend. I didn’t receive any sort of shipping confirmation so I followed up a few times and was told the warehouse was busy (fair enough with Black Friday). I didn’t get my dress in time for the event but continued to follow up. After two weeks I felt really frustrated that the only explanation I had been given was that the warehouse was busy. When pressed they finally confirmed that they didn’t have stock of the dress and it had been sold in error. Such a frustrating result when I had been chasing them for weeks and reassured that it was warehouse delays.

No refund policy, cheap material, ill-fitting
For an online-only store, only having a gift card and no refund option is unacceptable. During COVID, online shopping was the only outlet. I purchase clothes from them and the sizes were off and the material was cheap. I returned all items to receive a gift card. I tried my luck again, however, the product quality was still poor and none of the clothes fit.
I don’t want another gift card and have no desire to shop at their online store again.

Excelente servicio al cliente. Al comprar me equivoqué en la talla. Me dijeron que no se podia modificar la orden; sin embargo, podia hacer una nueva compra y ellos cancelarian la orden anterior, devolviendome el dinero. La respuesta fue inmediata, al igual que el comprobante de la devolución.

A dishonest unprofessional business
A dishonest unprofessional business. Advertised 30% sale with discount code and when I went to use this code it was invalid and I was told sorry the sale had ended even though their forceful advertising kept popping up on my Instagram feed. When I contacted them they gave a pathetic apology and did not honour their false advertising. Have reported their account. Very unprofessional.

Quick delivery and excellent customer service!
I requested to have my order shipped for an urgent event during the busy Black Friday period. Customer service was excellent, especially Kir. She outlined that my package may not come in time due to the delays but notified dispatch of the urgency of the order. It was shipped out the next day and I received the package the day before my event. It was a 2 day turn around. Have always love their clothes and will definitely continue to buy after this experience.

I ordered the wrong size dress and needed to get the correct size sent ASAP for a last minute wedding. The girls were so kind to me and allowed me to receive the voucher to buy the new dress before my dress had gotten back to them. The new dress came in a matter of days and the whole process was so smooth and not at all stressful. Best customer service!
