Absolutely love my Sundae Muse dresses

Absolutely love my Sundae Muse dresses! all fit perfectly! I just used their simple measurement guide and my items (ALL OF THEM) fit perfectly. There's no style like Sundae Muse! definitely love that. Also their customer service is amazing! They let me know when and where my shipment is to communicate with me that my items are on the way. I live in Melb Florida so its quite a distance from Australia lol. 5/5 stars from me. Highly rcmd this business! super legit!

I was very excited I found the perfect dress for a New Year's event. Ordered my dress on November 29 and have still not received it (January 6). Very dissatisfied with the service. Did I mention I paid for express shipping?? 🙄

Good quality products

Good quality products. Fast delivery (tracked). All staff kept me in constant communication when I had a query. When a refund was necessary, it was given to me promptly. I hope I didn’t give them a hard time because I will definitely shop with them again. I’m quite petite, so it’s difficult to find fitting clothes, however Sundae Muse provides a good size for me :)

Positive experience

My experience with the brand was really positive. There was an error with the site so the dress I ordered was out of stock. They sent me an email about it with options for a full refund or credit and I replied asking for a different size. They were really prompt, friendly and professional with their responses and really took the effort to ensure my experience was positive.

Favourite Aussie Boutique

Customer service for this business is top tier - Jonah replied to my email swiftly and kept me updated about my initial query about shipping regularly in regards to the status of my parcel. I bought two maxi dresses and one shirt, all three pieces were great quality, at tolerable prices. Package arrived in about a week (AUS to NZ) and kept the products in good condition. Sundae Muse is a solid business - hope to buy again in the future.
