No delivery and awful customer experience. I placed my order on 10th Feb and so far I have had to chase 6 times to find out when my order will be shipped and each time I am given a nothing answer with no information. It has been over 2 weeks now and they have taken the full amount from my bank account but still no date as to when they can dispatch the goods, just lots of "sorry"'s and that they are changing warehouse and their warehouse hasn't got back to them in two weeks. I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund to which they said they cannot cancel an order. Never have I heard of a retailer that can't cancel an order. Overall incredibly frustrating and I am now having to take this up as a dispute with my credit card provider to get the money back.

Do not order from this site! it has been 2 weeks since I ordered my dress with no update of where it is! was hoping to have the dress in time for a party even still. this time frame is beyond unacceptable!

ORDERED 12 DAYS AGO AND RADIO SILENCE

I should have viewed the warnings here before I checked out. It has been almost two weeks and it literally hasn’t even been processed internally, no news of my order dispatching or postage tracking.

You get an email response of a stock standard line “Thank you for reaching out. We are so sorry about the delay but the warehouse is a bit behind on dispatching orders and your order hasn't shipped yet” (same lines they use right here to every other frustrated customer!) within MINUTES of writing, why don’t they then have enough time to work on dispatching orders???

Extremely bad customer service! I have ordered a dress for a wedding next week and it still hasn't been dispatched. I have asked to cancel the order since it hasn't been sent and for a refund to only get a ascending condescending reply back saying no lovely. Don't have express shipping if you can't even dispatch orders. I now have to purchase another dress for the wedding. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a dress two weeks out from a wedding, in hopes I would receive it and be able to try it on, leaving me with enough time to find another dress if it didn’t fit. The wedding is now in a few days and my dress still hasn’t been dispatched. I contacted customer service TWICE to explain my situation and ask for it to please be shipped ASAP or otherwise for it to be cancelled, to which they just replied apologising for the delay and explaining they are unable to cancel it. I am extremely disappointed with this company and will not be recommending it to anyone. It’s a shame, because their clothes are beautiful, but no point in purchasing from them if you need to wait weeks for it to be dispatched.

UPDATE: Received a refund within two minutes of threatening to go to Fair Trading.
I spoke to fair trading and they said I have every right to a refund and if I can’t get it they will step in. I recommend anyone having the same issues to do the same.

Poor service and false expectations.

Purchased a set a few months ago, half the set did not fit correctly and I needed to size down even though I followed size guide.
When requesting a refund I was told they would honour purchase price as it was on sale and I can re purchase in correct size.
After recurring this confirmation I sent out for a store credit and went to re purchase.
The sizing was than an availnr for months and when finally in stock I was told no need to pay full price as when they said they would honour the price they miscommunicated and insist they meant honour price with out sale.

Now I have a store credit that didn’t value an item and half a set.

Not to mention the poor communication and care they showed when trying to understand the situation.

Extremely terrible service. I ordered on the 2nd of February with express shipping and it is now the 18th and my order is yet to be dispatched.
I requested the order to be cancelled after 2 weeks without any update as it was purchased for an upcoming wedding and was advised they can’t cancel orders.
They can’t cancel orders and they can’t dispatch orders…
I found the exact same dress I ordered from a different website and it has arrived within 4 days.
Save your time and your money.
Update: Its now the 3rd of March and my order has not been dispatched and they are still refusing to cancel my order. Trash company that needs to familiarise themselves with consumer law.

First off I'd like to say the constant fake 'sorry's' or sarcastic 'thanks so much x' is infuriating, it's not cool or hip, at least try to be fake professional. Don't talk to me like I'm one of your friends, I'm a paying customer who has been scammed.

Do not buy from this dodgy company i never received my order. No updates poor communication terrible service scammed out of $140. Made my order on the 9th of February.

Was told "Unfortunately, we don't have the exact date but we will update you next week". NEXT WEEK? It's already been a week with no process, so 2weeks to pack an order and ship? Then another week for it to arrive. They state express shipping but no point if you don't ship the orders out at a reasonable time. Just unbelievable. The reason for the late shipping was due to them being behind schedule not a good enough excuse. I don't believe their excuse that was given I have a feeling they don't have what they are advertising in stock and therefore are waiting on new shipment. Why else would it take 2weeks to just process and ship? Ordered from lulu lemon once, they cancelled my order and did not charge me for the items they didnt have in stock but this company will just take your hard earned cash for nothing in return.

Requested a cancellation but was told once it's placed it can not be fullfilled even though the items aren't packed or shipped. Upon further reviewing it turns out they don't have a refund process! big red flag for a company to deny a refund. Just shows they are in it just for your hard earned cash, screams money grabbers.

Extremely disappointed with the company. I would understand if I ordered during the busy parts of the year, Christmas or Black Friday for example but there's nothing on at the moment. Since coming out of lockdown every other online company i have ordered from has bounced back and have been fast and efficient. Some even stayed efficient during lockdown! Just poor organisation on their part.

First and last time ordering from Sundae Muse, will not be recommending this company to others.

Sundae Muse has amazing customer service especially, Jonah, who got back to me literally within minutes! I needed my clothes for a vacation and they came in just in time and everything fit perfectly. I did size up one size because I am from the US and know AUS sizes sometimes run a bit smaller and I’m sure glad I did, everything was perfect!

My order was sent back to Sundae Muse because I was not able to collect it from the post office (although I tried contacting the post office multiple times before they returned it to the sender without notifying me). Thankfully Jonah from Sundae Muse let me know and had my order re-sent to my new address at no additional cost. Jonah also kept me updated on the delivery status to make sure that I received my order. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much!

I’ve ordered so many outfits from Sundae Muse and each time it’s been amazing! The product arrives super quickly, fits perfectly and looks exactly like it does on the website. The team at Sundae Muse are also very efficient, really friendly and super helpful. They are definitely my favourite store and I love to order all my clothes from them!

I purchased the GIA dress on 31/01/22 hoping to have it arrive no later than the 4/2/22 - I expressed my hopes for it to arrive by the 4th and the girls made the effort to ship it the same day and it arrived a day later on the 1/2/22 - well in time for this coming weekend. Very impressed by the communication.

I ordered a dress before Xmas and had a delay in shipping due to a warehouse problem. The staff were amazing, they replied to my emails very promptly and were extremely professional. The dress is amazing quality, true to size and I am in love! Will definitely continue to buy from sundae muse and recommend it to my friends!!

The dress I bought was amazing! Great quality, lovely colors, and perfect fit. Their help service is quite incredible too! They always kept me updated when my shipment was on its way, and they also made sure I got it once it arrived. Even though they did have a slight delay in availability of the dress at first, they quickly fixed the issue and kept me assured throughout the way! Will definitely buy more stuff!!

Jonah was quick to respond to all my enquiries and keep my informed throughout the purchase of my dress. Received the dress and love it, fits amazing and super cute!

The dress I ordered was taking some time to come and when I enquired about it, Kir was very responsive and let me know what was happening with the stock. Once it had arrived to the warehouse, it was promptly delivered. Kir then emailed to ensure it had arrived safely and that I was happy with the purchase. Great customer service!
