Graduation dress never arrived and horrible customer service
I ordered a dress for my graduation 3 weeks before and it says they dispatch same day. It got to 2 weeks later and it still hadn’t been dispatched so I realised it wouldn’t arrive on time and asked for it to be cancelled. They said they cannot do this as it could be dispatched any moment (which it was after 4 weeks!). I explained that I won’t need the dress anymore as the event has passed and they won’t do anything, not even reimburse me for return costs or give me a refund rather than store credit! I don’t need store credit as I will never purchase from here again - even the people at customer service I have spoken to are horrible and patronising.

Shipping delayed for over a month and not a peep from the team. Really bad and non reactive customer service team. I requested for a refund and they told me they had a no cancellation policy? They took payment, can’t deliver and still refuse to refund?
There has been no efforts on providing any sort of compensation as well.

i placed an order for 270€ on 7.2. my status hasn't changed since then. I wrote to them that I would like information, but I didn't get anything other than a standard message. I needed the clothes for a holiday, which is over now. such a disappointment this brand.

I ordered 12/2 and one month has now passed by without any delivery or update about my order. The only answer I get is that it’s delayed and they don’t even know for how long. I’m not able to cancel my order and get my money back or get any further information about my order. I’m just on hold..
this company is under all criticism. I would never recommend anyone to order from this company.. too bad!

I ordered a dress back in February 7 with express shipping for a wedding I had last week in March. It was never shipped.
I just kept getting the same excuse that there are delays and it will be sent even though I requested a refund as it hadn’t arrived a month later.
The day before the wedding I get a message saying my order can’t be fulfilled as they don’t have the stock… so I got my refund in the end thankfully.
Never will I try purchase from this company they’re 100% dodgy.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered 2 items, was not dispatched till more than a month later. I attempted multiple times to ask for updates, and eventually a refund to which they were not helpful at all. I received multiple responses of, "we will let you know once we have an update" and was not able to receive a refund dispatch the 1 month delay.
Eventually my order was dispatched but only 1 item as on item was supposedly out of stock and there were stock discrepancies due to technical issues.
Very poor management in all aspects. Arrivale of item was also disappointing, fabric was very thin and seemed of poor quality.
Would give 0 stars if I could.

Incompetent company. AVOID!
As every other recent review has stated.....no sign of delivery! Order placed a month ago. Unacceptable responses to my emails. Apparently there is a 'no cancellation policy' despite the order not being shipped yet! It appears they are simply unable to fulfil orders. Of course, they are quick to take orders and your money! Complete incompetence.
Avoid at all costs. I shall not be buying anything from them in future and will not recommend to anyone.

Do not order from this website. I ordered a dress for a wedding 1 month ago and have not received anything yet. I paid £11 for 'express shipping' thinking that the dress would arrive within a week. Every time I have emailed the company they have replied with the same response each time, it seems as though they just copy and paste the response to every customer! I wanted to formally complain, but again was hit with the exact same response. I was told last week that my order has been put at a priority (I bet they tell every customer this) and have not heard anything since. If you are having problems with your warehouse, you should state this on your website! Also, no option to get a refund once you have placed an order, so now I am left £70 down with no dress for the wedding I am attending!

I ordered 1 dress from them on the 17th February with express shipping and I have not recieved it, let alone receievd a notifying me that it has been shipped. I have reached out them multiple times and everytime it is the almost a copied and pasted response. All youu have to do is scroll down and look at their responses to other people on this page and notice that they are copying and pasting.
I have reported them to the ACCC. This is not how you run a business.

Long delays and poor customer service
I ordered my dress on the 10th of February, paid $119, requested express shipping and had an email saying "it will be in your hot little hands before you know it". I emailed on the 26/27th asking if it had been shipped and asked if maybe I just wasn't sent the tracking number. I had a quick response, however it was empty words and just them saying they are having delays and it is still in the warehouse. I explained that it was ordered for a specific event and asked if it would be shipped asap to which they could not give an answer. I asked if they could cancel the order to which they stated they could not. The event was the 5th of March. On the 7th of March, I received a tracking number and was informed it had been shipped. I emailed again, requesting to send the dress back and to be refunded. They responded rudely, bluntly and saying they "tried their best" and I can only get a store credit.
I have found all their emails to be empty and their last one to be rude (no name or signature at the bottom of this email). They have not been accommodating and just want money. If you (Sundae Muse) are having shipping delays, state that before its purchased on the website like most companies did during Covid.

No sign of purchase
It has been over a month since I placed my order, with no update on the shipping. I emailed to ask when the order would be shipped, and received a useless response telling me that there were delays, and that they could not give me a timeline. They have made no effort to contact me since, give any updates, or offer a refund. Awful customer service and terrible operational management.

Appalling - weeks to dispatch and customer service useless
Order placed on 16th Feb but still hasn’t been dispatched 3 weeks later. Apparently delays and issues at their warehouse meaning this won’t be shipped anytime soon. Was purchased for my partner’s birthday that has now passed so she didn’t get a present from me. Customer service is a joke, taking no responsibility, no real apology, no helpful update and a refusal to consider any kind of compensation or refund as a gesture. Greeting me in emails with “Hi lovely” does nothing to improve my sentiments of this company
EDIT: anticipating a response from the company, would be nice to get a useful response rather than their go-to response of:
“Thanks for leaving a review and we sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your order. We do understand how important your order is and we're so sorry that your experience with us fell short of expectations. We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve.”

Don‘t buy!!
Don‘t buy!!!! I bought 3 things. One of them was damaged. It looks like someone burned the sleeve. I wrote them immediately. 5 weeks are over now and nothing happended!!! I just get messages to wait because their warehouse is in delay. My normal order came after 1 week. And now they aren‘t able to send the replacement after 5 weeks.

Do not purchase from this store.
I bought a dress that was terrible quality so sent it back and was refused a refund, instead receiving a store credit.
I gave the store the benefit of the doubt and re-purchased a second dress. A month later, it still hadn't arrived.
I threatened to go to Consumer Affairs and they instantly cancelled the order but again refused a refund and issued a second store credit.
I don't need a store credit because I will never purchase from this store again.
I have made a formal complaint with CAV.
Terrible service, awful quality and rude staff.

Order not dispatched in over 2 weeks…
Dress ordered on the 15th of February and still not dispatched. If you cannot keep up with orders please advise customers prior to ordering so we can make informed decisions. It appears many customers are having the same issue, I hope this is not a scam website as it’s the first time I have used them.
