We believe there must have been some kind of misunderstanding - all our orders are covered by the Perfect Fit Guarantee, which means we will cover alterations up to 1000 SEK. My colleague, Viktoria, will contact you shortly with more information, but basically is all you have to do to send in some copies of your receipts of the alterations and a reimbursement will be made.

Almost five stars
I loved the Suitopia suit buying experience. I ordered a black tuxedo; it came on time and fit almost perfectly except jacket sleeves. They were extremely wide, despite the measurements sent were correct. However, I took it to the local tailor who successfully made a correction and I received a refund for it from Suitopia, according to their Perfect fit guarantee. Viktoria from the customer service was fast, obliging and helpful during all the time. I give it four stars only because the fit was not perfect as it came.

Efter att du lagt din beställning går din skräddarsydda order rakt till produktion, vilket innebär att inga ändringar kan göras efter att beställningen är lagd. Att tillverka en måttsydd kostym tar cirka 2-3 veckor för våra erfarna skräddare och därefter tar DHL normalt cirka 1-2 veckor på sig för att leverera den, oavsett vart i världen du bor. Pandemin har dock påverkat leveranstiderna något, vi har kunnat se förseningar om upp till 2 veckor efter sommaren, något som vi tyvärr inte kan styra över. Tveka inte att höra om det finns någonting ytterligare vi kan göra för dig.

I ordered swatches to match my suit for an a wedding I was supposed to be in and it took over a month to get them. Then after ordering my suit it came four weeks later and it was made incorrectly and didn’t fit. They said they’d replace it and after reminding and sending pictures multiple times of what I needed the new suit came the day before my wedding and made the same as the first one and I had no time to fix it meaning I was not able to participate in the wedding. The only positives I can find is that they refunded my money and that I will say that the quality is there unfortunately they just dropped the ball with the design.

One Happy Customer.....
Great customer service. I decided to have my wife assist me for my suit measurements, but we ended up making two errors, which made the suit jacket not fit properly for me. I contacted support, and a new jacket was made under the Perfect Fit guarantee, and they did their best to rush it to me for my daughter's wedding...it arrived three days prior to the wedding and fit it perfectly. Lots of compliments on the suit as well, great quality and a great fit!

4/5. Really good value for money
Got a 4/5 experience with my 3-piece suit. The jacket was spot on and I was really happy with it. The waistcoat fit nicely but it felt a bit cheaper than my previous one from a Finnish company. Trousers were a bit too tight on the knee and thigh but I got them fixed by a local tailor.
Originally I ordered the suit for a wedding but the shirt I ordered as well came over a week later than expected so it missed the main event. That's why this was not a 5/5 experience.
Overall really good value for my money and I'll most likely order more suits from Suitopia.

It is my first experience with Suitopia. I like the fabric and I like the suit. The sleeves are a bit shorter than I would like them to be. Delivered 5 weeks after the order. I think I will order more.

Perfekt dress til junior
Jeg bestilte en dress til min 11 år gamle sønn - fordi han sliter med å finne riktig passform. Jeg skrev til kundeservice og ga dem beskjed om at jeg trengt dressen innen en gitt dato og fikk raskt svar.
Jeg hadde stokket om på noen av tallene i målene, men det ble heldigvis raskt fanget opp og jeg fikk mail med spørsmål om å dobbelsjekke et av målene. Dressen kom etter 3 uker, i god tid før arrangementet vårt! Sønnen min elsker den! Han er så glad for endelig å ha et pent antrekk som passer perfekt!
