The suit order was for my daughters wedding, quality was good but the trouser leg length was 19in leg instead of 31in, measurements were checked several times and they asked for photos which we sent and still they got it wrong. The trousers can't be fixed for the wedding so have had to spend more money on a suit from somewhere else, had it not been for covid and shops being closed when the order was placed I wouldn't use them. They have a no return no refund policy so we have lost £500.00 at a very expensive time.

Great sizing and didn't take long to be delivered.

Det kostar mycket mer än vad det smakar. Jag är väldigt besviken....igen. Ersättningskostymen som jag fick passade inte heller. Den passade bättre än den första kostymen men skräddarna hade ändå totalt missbedömt måtten, igen.... Mitt råd till er på suitopia är att byta leverantör/skräddare för ni kommer att förlora kunder. Ni har redan förlorat mig som kund men jag hoppas att ni lär er av era misstag och gör kommande kunder rättvisa åtminstone.

Ändringar behövdes göras både på byxor, väst och kavaj. Summan uppgick till 2088kr. Enligt suitopia ska jag få tillbaka 1000kr om de nu håller sin "Perfekt passform garanti". Den fjuttiga summan kommer dock inte att ersätta all tid, pengar och frustration som jag lagt ner på det här jippot, Nu hoppar jag av den här karusellen, det får bli första och allra sista gången jag provar på suitopia. Aldrig mer igen.

Om ni vill ha en överprisad, illapassande kostym som kommer flera veckor för sent så välj Suitopia. Annars råder jag er att spara era pengar och köpa en skräddarsydd kostym när ni är ute och reser istället där ni ser på plats vad ni får. Inga fler måttsydda kostymer för min del tack.

Tyvärr var inte kostymen jag fått uppmätt till belåtenhet. Jag hade beställt en slimfit men som skräddaren som korrigerade den sa: den är sydd efter Classic Old fashion. Dvs farfars gamla kostym.
Positivt va att suitopia betalade 60% av kostnaden av korrigeringarna som var ganska omfattande.

I ordered a red blazer and a pair of white pants from suitopia. The following happened...
1. There was no telephone number one could contact the staff. I reached them via IG but that gave me nothing other than some late responses.
2. The people who took our measurements in Malmö did their job very poorly (in less than 30 seconds).
3. After a few weeks I received my parcel. The blazer looked fairly good, but the pants were the WORST!
4. I tried to contact them many times in a span of a few days, and I finally got a reply from one of the staff apologising for the late reply due to new summer interns. I hate they don't have a mobile number and every reply takes them many days to respond.
5. The tailer to whom I brought the pants suggested that I should not spend a penny on them as they were in very bad condition.
6. I sent many emails to the staff requesting a refund but they tried to persuade me by almost making me order a new pair of pants. The reason I did not order a new pair was the fact that the occasion I was willing to wear the pants on had already passed and I did not want to pay 1700+ kr for a badly sewed pair of pants AGAIN.
7. When the staff finalised that there was no way they could refund me, I asked them how to make an official case and where I could post my reviews.
8. I suddenly received a reply where they made ´an exception' just for me and I received a refund in a few weeks.
9. the staff were not rude at all; I hated the company itself and I am NEVER going to purchase from them at all: no telephone number + late responses + expensive products + no sessions where one could try the products to see if they fit + no official refund system!

Bra kvalité på tygerna. Behöver justera lite i längden på jackan annars mycket bra passform!
Enkla att ha och göra med vid frågor och är snabba på att svara.

Getting ready for an event is hard and finding something of QUALITY to wear as a man is a serious task. Especially when it comes to needing a tuxedo for a formal event. ALL tuxedos need to be sized to fit a person to perfection.I was on edge thinking about all that could be or go wrong after I placed my order. So when I recieved my tuxedo in the mail during the proposed time and it fit ALMOST PERFECT I was floored, shocked and elated at the same time. I just have to taper the bottom of my pants legs to my personal liking. Suitopia, you guys are classy, dependable and HIGHLY affordable when it comes to custom made items. You have impressed the hell out of me, and you now have a life long customer. Thank you for a GREAT experience!!!

Good value for the money. Ok fitment for the jacket and pants. The vest was too wide under the shoulders.

Order a custom suit that’s was supposed to be a tan/ dark beige for my wedding when it arrived it was almost white and not at all what the picture showed when I ordered. So I unfortunately had to go out and buy a completely new suit and am stuck and out all that money with a suit I won’t be wearing

The suit has an excellent quality, plus the customer service is very very good!

The Material is so good

The blazer as usual was perfect. I am impressed by your tailoring. It could not be better. Five out of five for the blazer. However the postage was not tidy. It could have been better. Since I got an excellent product I overlook that small flaw.

It's a great site, the suits are well made, the fabrics are nice. Unfortunately the new prices skyrocketed, I will probably not order again.

I ordered a Wedding Suit in London Night Blue, which was a more elegant fabric. But when the suit arrived it appeared to be a cheaper fabric (without asking BTW!).
After complaining, we found an agreement: I would keep the suit I received, I would get back the difference in money and I would get a new waistcoat (because it was not fitting well). We are more than 2 weeks later, the waistcoat is not sent yet. My wedding day is coming in less than 2 weeks. I can tell you already: it will not arrive. This was the last time I ordered a suit on this website. You cannot rely on them.
