My order didnt arrive and when I queried it the delivery company and Stylecheat both blamed each other. Another dress was sent out and when it arrived there was no button attached to the dress (meaning it could not be fastened up) I emailed about this issue and about returning it as I was happy with the size and material of the dress otherwise. I sent many chats on the chat box on the website and after waiting for over an hour never got a reply and was disconnected. I sent multiple emails before receiving and a reply and with each reply ( taking 2/3 days to get a response) my queries were not being answered. I returned my items 13 days ago and have not received a refund yet. I have also not been able to reach anyone from stylecheat again. Its a shame as the dress was nice enough beside the issues.

Sent a return back, on the tracking they had received the parcel on the 16th of June. I’ve emailed 4 times response yet or refund yet. Id avoid this Company!!

Sent a return which the delivery tracker says was received a while ago and haven’t had any confirmation of receipt from Style Cheat or any communication about a refund. I’ve tried emailing and contacting on social media and had no response.

Lovely dresses and was really pleased I found one that fitted well for a wedding I was going to…. BUT I’ve had to pay £15 to return one parcel to them, but only £3.99 for another. Have tried to complain and got nowhere. Really disappointing service and returns costs not clear at all.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! And please avoid this site!! They took many of my works without permission, even with me and pass them off as their own!!! to be more precise, a photo of beaded jewelry. I also saw some works of familiar craftsmen, which were also stolen without permission!!!

Customer service is rude, appalling and very slow.
Do not expect money back for faulty or wrong items.

Received completely the wrong colour dress yet, not only had to pay £4 for returning it, but they have said they will not refund the full amount too. I checked the reviews before ordering from them for the first time but clearly not well enough. Really disappointed - don’t risk ordering from them.

I ordered 3 Mystery bags and loved everything in them. Absolutely no hesitation in buying again or recommending and I get lots of compliments on several of the items when I’m wearing them.
There was some stain damage to one of the items in the bag, but contacted customer services and a replacement item was shipped out straight away. Great service.

Shocking customer service. Actively being ignored now by Holly, hasn’t replied to 4 of my emails asking for her to send me the gift card I’m owed.. they owe me £27 on a gift card but will not give me it. Before this I made two orders and waited days realising I’m not getting any updates, until I had to contact to ask when it’ll come and then they finally emailed to say they’ve cancelled the orders (twice) as they didn’t have it in stock and that they’ve changed warehouses so don’t have the same stock, yet it’s still all on their website so no doubt more and more people are having the same issue. They need to sort that out immediately. Just shocking replies. Now she’s stopped replying. The whole gift card back instead of a refund is an absolute joke. Had to buy stuff just to make up my moneys worth even though it’s not suitable but I’m not sending It back cause I’ll just get yet another gift card. And I’m still awaiting a £27 gift card that she won’t send! I’ve never dealt with such a crap company I’m so gutted I used this site honestly.

Placed an order 11 days ago, no delivery received, I chased and have only now been told my items are out of stock. Asked to cancel the order, no response at all and still waiting for my refund. I will never use this site again, awful!

The customer service is mega poor. Worst ever. Sent blunt messages. I will advice all my friends and family never to order from them.

Basically fobbed me off and stolw my money never again it was over £50. And they just kept it. The item was returned on 7th and today is 18th.

I ordered a mystery bag which cost £42. When it arrived, nothing fit at all. I contacted customer services to be told there was nothing that can be done. Mystery bags are non returnable, yet many on Facebook I can see have had exchanges offered at the very least.

Would never purchase anything from these again. Placed an order they took my money. Then nothing. No order. No update. No reply to messages even though they say reply within 48 hours. Terrible customer service

Amazing clothes, great prices! I have ordered a good few things now from stylecheat - love it and the styles of clothes. Such good value and quality. I ordered something that went out of stock and they immediately gave me a discount. Great company and think I am going to order my wedding dress from them!

I have now ordered 2 mystery bags both contained items I loved and some I will use for gifts. Customer care were amazing when I had a sizing issue. Fighting the temptation to get another one.

I would not buy from here again, I had to pay for delivery and return despite spending £70. The dress that came was of poor quality.
Took far too long to receive a refund item confirmed as received by company on 29th January yet reading not received until 20th February.

I ordered a mystery parcel and one item was too small so they sent me a return label and sent me a replacement within days and the item was fab - I just sent photos of what I already had so they didn’t duplicate the item - common sense prevails - love it

Really poor returns policy, they only allow you 14 days to raise a return... Wasn't aware of this and wasn't indicated on paperwork when I received item. I've never came across this issue with other companies as it's usually atleast 28days.

This site is my new guilty pleasure been happy with all my purchases to date and recently had the several of the mystery bags and loved them! Would recommend 👌

I have recently purchased the mystery bags, occasion wear and casual wear.
Really happy with the products received in both bags.
Delivery was really quick too.
