I recently ordered 6 clothing items, which all arrived crammed into small bags, leaving them heavily creased and crushed. None of the items looked good, so I returned the entire order within 24 hours.

Be warned: this company charged me for initial delivery, and then charged me another £20 to return and refund the items.

I am now over £20 out of pocket with absolutely nothing to show for it. Charging customers over £20 just to try on clothes is ridiculous. Save yourself the money and stick to the high street!

I felt scammed 😞

Ordered 2 dresses on 2 seperate occasions paid for next day delivery within the time , first dress had to be resent 9 days later , the 2 nd dress took 2 days despite me paying for next day delivery..
2 nd dress had a faulty zip, I had to repair myself as by then I had no chance of getting anything else in time,
Email complaints about paying fir next day delivery were ignored

Quality of dresses very poor and still awaiting a refund a month after returning.

I have used this site quite a few times now and have found their items to be of great quality, reasonably priced and fast despatch with excellent tracking.
Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service I had to change my purchase to a different size and it was no issues changing it I received my purchase 4 days later I will definitely be buying from this company again

So slow on refunds

Poorly made clothes and cheap feeling fabric. One dress was tight on but had a belt that was far too loose without an enough holes to do up properly. When they were returned-no matter what courier I chose the charge was £15:00!!! Appalling service and quality was dreadful.

Very easy to order, came in no time at all!

Really disappointed in their customer service I sent back a returns on 26th March and still havent received my refund of €90 I have sent 2 emails to customer service and no response. I won’t be ordering from them again

I am really impressed with style cheat, the clothes are lovely and well made very nice material. The delivery of each items is very quick, they respond in a timely manner to any queries you may have. I would definitely shop with them again

Worst company in the world. I ordered clothes for my partner for holiday, these were dumped outside unsafe at someone’s bins by yodel and ever since contacting the company they have just tried to pass the buck on to someone else. I don’t think they quite realise they are responsible for my missing parcel and they are the ones that need to deal with yodel. I had to go out and spend a fortune last minute for holiday stuff and I still don’t have my refund. Horrible company that doesn’t care about its paying customers avoid at all costs.

Poor customer service. Used a voucher and kept some product and returned a few items. They kept the money from the my credit card prior to using funds from the voucher ?! When asking them to utilise the funds of the voucher against the product I kept, they refused.
And you can’t order anything decent from the store anyway as they never have reasonable sizing in stock? Disappointed and won’t be purchasing from here again

Abysmal products and even worse customer service. Ordered surprise package online. Tried to request return they tried to avoid direct selling regs to return, then took so long to respond to query re returning that when it reached them they declined the package saying it took too long.

Love my dress from stylecheat, quality is brilliant and also a really great straight forward exchange process. I needed to exchange for a different size and the new dress arrived two days after I posted the return and I was also still able to use the discount I had on the first order

I love this brand for their beautiful, well-constructed garments, and that they offer a range of styles to suit all ages. I have many pieces from Style Cheat and I particularly like their winter knitwear and loungewear. Customer service is brilliant.

Bought a dress from here. It was so lovely and I had so many complements on it I bought the same dress in a different colour. Also bought the same stale dress in full length. They fit lovely, look lovely and wash very well.

Numerous emails no replies regarding returns which they acknowledged and 25 days later still no refund.
Another email sent today.
