Prompt and helpful service
The dress I was originally sent had a small tear in it so I contacted the customer service team via email and they responded within an hour, apologizing and stating they would send me another dress free of charge with next day delivery.
I then made a mistake and sent back the wrong parcel to them. They again responded promptly, keeping me updated with when they received it and sent back my parcel, kindly sending me the tracking number so I would know when to expect it.
A big thank you for this kind of experience!

Dress ordered from style cheat caused me rope burn round my neck and sent them pictures of the burn on my skin and they accused me of lying and are refusing to refund me! Avoid this company they don’t care and have no customer service at all not even an apology for me just denial, they told me its polyester and wouldn’t cause it but neck part is rope. Absolutely in shock at their response and will never order again.

We inspect all our returns thoroughly and upon inspecting the dress you returned It was bought to our attention that the 'REMOVE ME AND I WILL BE YOURS FOREVER' security tag had been removed from the dress, in addition, there were stains on the dress and very obvious signs of long wear, including deodorant stains under both arms. This would most definitely fall into the category of ‘worn and not good for resale’
We did not receive any correspondence from you prior to your return and you had simply selected the reason for return with 'Changed My Mind'.
As stated in our returns policy, refunds won't be issued for non-faulty, worn items that have had both security tags removed.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and always aim to work with our customers to come to a resolution, however in this case we were not able to give you the outcome you had hoped for.
I do hope you and future customers can understand that in the event that a dress has been worn and returned, due to the buyer changing their mind, we will not be able to issue a refund and will instead send the dress back to the purchaser.

Clothes materials are not great quality…
Clothes materials are not great quality and they are expensive in my opinion. Clothes looks fine on the website but once you try them they are just not the same.Plus you pay for the shipping and to return it too. It’s not worth the money.

Next day delivery fail
Bought a couple of dresses on Saturday and paid for next day delivery. Supposed to have arrived today.
Nothing here and it’s almost 7pm. Was supposed to wear it tomorrow morning at Wimbledon.
Will never buy from this company again.

Faulty dress and slow/no customer service
The dress seam at the back makes the material stick out like a tail and customer service has still not responded to my email sent 3 days ago.

Don't trust the website pictures. The colour of the dress I got was a completely different green to the one shown in pictures. Very disappointed, won't get ordering from them again

I did order a couple different sizes and am aware I'm paying postage back but I think that's fair and their return policy clearly says that so no issues there. Special dress, great colours
Great dress, nice price, great quality. I fell so in love with one SC dress that I didn't stop until my size was back in stock and I could make that dress mine! SC dresses are definitely special. Shipping was also fast. The only bummer was that, due to Brexit and the new custom fees/taxes, since I am not in the UK, I had to pay 18 extra € so the mail man could deliver it to me. Still, I am so happy I have that lovely dress with me!

Quality of finish very disappointing
I have ordered many dresses from style cheat and loved them
All, apart from this last one. The seam was not stitched near the shoulder completely missed and two buttons were not sowed on properly. Not the quality finish of a product that o would expect from Style cheat- disappointed as it should have been a beautiful dress.
