Dave and Harry have been amazing they always sort any problem as soon as they can and it’s always done with very high standard. They’re very friendly and never make us feel uncomfortable. We can always rely on them to do the job right!! :)

Student cribs Swansea have been absolutely brilliant when it has came to tenancy service. Always providing speedy and effective support in-person and online. The maintenance team always get the job done with minimal fuss. Brilliant team!

He is always there to support with any issue in the house and nothing is too much trouble for him.
He is smiley, friendly and chatty every time and a really great member of your team.

Gethyn Clark is our maintenance man and he's an absolute gem, he always fixes things as soon as possible and helps to chase things on our behalf. He is an amazing part of the student cribs team and is always so friendly and chatty when visiting. In an all girls house he is very often the saviour!

Mark one of our maintenance guys is so amazing at his job, he’s always extremely helpful and very lovely to us all. We are extremely thankful for him and all his help.

Mark is a lovely maintenance man, who has been very attentive while doing jobs at our property. 10/10

Myself and 4 housemates started renting our home from student cribs in the beginning of July and has only consisted of countless maintenance issues including damp and mold on walls and ceilings, unclean stained carpeting which is loose on our stairs which is a safety hazard as well as moved electrics. We have also faced problems with pests entering the house through untreated entry points and broken skirting boards in the kitchen area and living area which also had damp and persistent issues with our WiFi. In addition we are paying £175 a week without bills included it’s part of the contract for house safety and hygiene to be up to standard before tenants move in, for this reason me and my housemates are severely disappointed as student cribs promised all maintenance jobs and reports will be finished before our move in date and we moved in 5 months ago. Considering we have contacted student cribs extensively and nothing has been sorted or resolved as promised within our properly and we are paying £175 we expect to be taken seriously and for professionalism throughout this situation but have received bellow the bare minimum which has caused much stress and emotional distress for myself and my housemates. Overall the lack of support from student cribs has opened our mind to more attentive and promising companies and I would suggest to any other students to do the same

Mark was incredible, really helped us with any concerns we had around the house and was very friendly.

Mark was extremely nice, and spent a few hours sorting out the problems with our bathroom and other areas in the house. He has been very helpful and if we ever have any problems with the house, we would love for Mark to help us sort them out!
