I cannot warn any parent strongly enough to avoid this company at all costs. Where to start on the nightmare they caused the students in this particular house share. They are not responsive to issues, left the students with no boiler for over 2 weeks when it was the middle of winter. Constant 'secret' checks in the house going through students belongings, bathroom out of use for weeks on end! Appalling treatment and brutal responses.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Houses are poorly maintained, to the point where my ceiling collapsed, ruining many of my belongings and leaving me without a bedroom for a month. Maintenance men are constantly letting themselves into the house, while I appreciate that this isn’t their fault as they are just doing their job, it feels very intrusive and sometimes scary to wake up and find a random man in your house. Do not rent a student house with this company if you value your safety and privacy.

Mike came again and fixed everything for us, so friendly and fixed all of our concerns even things we havnt had a chance to report yet.

The company is amazing. Very forward and good communication. Someone is always willing to help.

Very good experience with student housing, they kept us informed via email of the maintenance taking place at our crib before our arrival and helped make the process easy for students.

Overall great, we love our house and it was always easy to book viewings and lived that we could view multiple times even after we were signed on as tenants, we also loved that we could easily get the house held for us on the same day as viewing (we lived it straight away) the people that showed us around were absolutely lovely every time. The only issue we had was the key collection was a little bit complicated but it was sorted as soon as possible

Dear student cribes

I am writing to follow up regarding the flat I viewed on Tuesday.

Before arranging the viewing, I clearly explained that I am a professional and not a student, and I was assured that this would not be an issue. I attended the viewing, was happy with the property, and confirmed that I would like to proceed with renting it. I have also paid the holding fee.

However, despite contacting you several times since the viewing, I have not received any response or update. I am now unsure whether my application is being processed or whether the property is still available to me.

I understand that these things can take some time, but I believe it is reasonable to receive at least an update, especially as I need to make arrangements to move out of my current accommodation. The lack of communication has made the situation very difficult and frustrating.

Could you please confirm as soon as possible whether I am being offered the property or not? If there is any issue with my application, I would appreciate being informed clearly so that I can make alternative arrangements.
