They just steal money from my account

They just steal money from my account, $930.00 since March, I have to cancel my bank account also I am trying to call them to claim my money and no one’s answering the calls…. I file a police report too.

WARNING, Unfortunately through this application they scammed me and took all the money from my account, I filed an official complaint with the police department and the FBI is doing the corresponding investigations, I trust in God to recover my money and these people stop scamming and get to work honestly and decently, it is not fair that people like these continue to hurt families to the point of putting at risk the heritage that so much effort, sacrifice, dedication and hard work... be careful and do not fall into bad people with low instincts and lack of Fear of God.
Today April/18/24. I get another notification where the bank took $300.00. Back from another charge back in March /20/24 So I hope I’ll hear back from you thank you and have a Blessed Day

really bad service.
I ve lotta issues but could fix tht. I got my tips ro Revolute but my revolute is not working i closed my account. they my money is didn’t back to my strikepay. they said will transfer working 3 day ?! what does it mean??? No communication??????

We're here to help. Your funds are safe.
We replied to you from support@strikepay.co -- there are clear steps listed in the email for you to take. There is an issue for you where you cannot use open banking to connect your bank account. We provided two alternatives to provide the bank info.
We respond usually within a hour to email (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
If you go back to the email we sent, please reply if neither of the options we provided work for you. By engaging by email we can fix this issue very quickly for you.

But they asked me to do their instructions which i can't do.
their response is so slow.

I sent multiple emails to the support regarding my account but no response and I withdrew my funds to my bank account it’s been 3 days but I didn’t receive nothing.

completely unnecessary middleman

Hate the fact that we now have to add card details to a random god forsaken app just to show appreciation for service!! Hope the VCs funding this nonsense lose all of the joy in their lives!

Rather than doing the sensible, although possibly harder, thing to do, namely solving the problem at the billing end these incompetent opportunistic tech bros decided to shift the pain to the clients, thereby ensuring that both, the clients and the service staff are left dissatisfied. Eff em

What's worse is their workflow is deceiving people into posting positive reviews here about the experience at the service! Just a look at the actual comments here will make it clear that people are mistaking this payment company for the actual business. That explains the high ratings here !!

In the reply, the spokesperson for the company mentions

That has never been a problem. If a person is unable to pay by some means they wouldn't be eating out. The actual problem is not at the payment end. You've added an additional step at this end to increase friction and frustration.

Do you have any actual data that shows service staff have recieved more or even the same amount of tips after the introduction of your app? Anecdotally, I have heard tips have actually gone down !!

I hope all companies using this come to their senses and drop it!

We help service staff get tipped where people don't carry cash. If you have cash, you can always show your appreciation with cash. We have helped thousands of service staff continue to receive tips even as customers carry less and less cash.
If you setup Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can tip in a single tap. For your security, we do not save your card details in our platform, so you have to enter some of all of the card details manually (only if you do not have Apple Pay or Google Pay). Most people have locally saved card details (phone browsers save the details) and you only need to know your CVV (security code) to complete the payment.
I'm sorry you found it a hassle -- I think we still have a way to go to make this experience as painless as possible. Thanks for the feedback.

There is nothing wrong with the…

There is nothing wrong with the product, it’s the concept I don’t like. I used to add the tip to the bill, now I have to scan a Q code and pay an extra 30c on top of my tip.

The reason for the separate tipping is people don't carry cash and many businesses don't want tips going through their card machines anymore, so Strikepay has stepped in to help people who wish to tip, while increasing incomes and job satisfaction for hard working staff.
