StressFreeParking - Meet and Greet Recenzje 

I had booked the meet and greet service from Speedy Park at Manchester via Stress Free Parking. The price was the best I found on the internet.

On the way to the airport when I called Speedy Park they had no knowledge of my booking. Not sure who the problem lies with there but it was not what I wanted to deal with on my way to the airport. However, Speedy Park were accommodating and met me without fuss.

On my return, I waited for 30 minutes for my car! Nothing "speedy" about that. I had called after waiting patiently for twenty minutes and was told the car would be there "any minute now". I could have saved money and time parking elsewhere and getting a shuttle bus.

Please note that this is a very watered down review as StressFreeParking have taken steps to remove my full review on multiple occasions.

Suffice it to say this was the worst experience I have ever had booking airport through an online agent such as StressFreeParking.

Fact: The legal definition of an agent is 'One who represents and acts for another under the contract or relation of agency'

Thus StressFreeParking, by entering into a contractual arrangement to arrange parking services with one if their suppliers is an agent with contractual liabilities and NOT a price comparison site. The latter will redirect you to the supplier who will complete the transaction directly with the customer.

Like many others my car was returned damaged requiring costly repairs. StressFreeParking were happy to take my money to book the parking and then refused any responsibility. The car park blamed StressFreeParking... and so on.

The credentials of the car-park as advertised by StressFreeParking on their website were false, an example being that the car park booked through StressFreeParking was NOT a member of the British Parking Association despite StressFreeParking stating it was. This essentially means even less protection when things go wrong, as they did.

I wish I could say more as this is merely the tip of the iceberg, however even the above may be prompt StressFreeParking to intervene once more.

Like others have said, if you value your car, go elsewhere for your parking.

I booked online with stress free parking, and when I arrived to the airport there was no booking under my name, my reg or my booking reference, however the money had come out of my account, I spent a long time in the reception at Manchester airport trying to get in touch with stress free parking to understand why my booking hadn't been made, at this point the elderly family members I was with were getting distressed as it was getting closer to the flight time. Luckily the men on reception at Manchester airport terminal 1 were amazing and got me parked up even though they had no record of my booking, no thanks what so ever to stress free. I found it strange no booking was made even though I had paid. I also emailed stress free parking to tell them of my disappointing experience and have had no reply. Very unhappy with the service, and overall a very stressful event.

We were told to ring after baggage collection, which we did at 00.28 am and were advised it would be half an hour for delivery. I pointed out the card they left with us stated delivery within 15-20 mins. We were advised we had to pay an extra £10 for our car to be delivered within that time as we had arrived after midnight, although this was not stated in any of the paperwork in our possession. We waited half an hour and still no sign of our car. We contacted the company to be told it would be with us shortly. We waited another 10 minutes - still no car. We rang again a couple of times but no answer on the number given - we kept trying and eventually got through and were told the car would be with us within then next couple of minutes. Eventually after waiting over 50 minutes our car arrived. When we challenged the driver how far he had come he said 4 miles - and it had taken him 7 minutes! He said it wasn't his fault and we should take it up with his management. Therefore by the time we had paid for the ticket, and loaded our cases into our car we had waited 1 hour since collecting our baggage and eventually leaving the airport - this is totally unacceptable. We were not the only people waiting for this company to deliver cars and everyone had waited well over half an hour - the majority of us had waited over 45 minutes. We used them because they were recommended by an Employees Benefits Scheme - however we will also be contacting that Company to advise what a disgusting service had been provided.

I used this terrible service from Birmingham Airport for the first time a couple of days ago. When I came back from my holidays and they brought the car back to me I noticed it was with dents and scratches, yes, dents and scratches!!!

Shocking, they say and I quote "We know the security of your vehicle is your primary concern while you're away. Rest assured it's our primary concern too.", what??? really??? how?? By returning a car back smashed??

I emailed the customer service 2 days ago and still nothing, no replies. Needless to say this is going to be fun at the court.

Online booking was through StressFreeParking but on arrival at Birmingham there were no bays for meet and greet labelled as StressFree and the phone number supplied went through to Meteor parking who told me that StressFreeParking had gone bust. That unsettled me somewhat and checking online shows an insolvency recorded in January 2014 but obviously this is not prove of their current status. After 10 minutes of haggling with the Meteor rep he booked my car in. I found the service very confusing and unnerving. I am still unclear of the status of StressFreeParking at Birmingham. My experience would put me off booking again.

Stress free, it was the most stressful parking ever, this company scratched my vehicle and despite their driver and I taking before and after photos of the incident they eventually after 8 stressful phone calls declared quote, (the mark was done before you arrived) ?
Not only did they flatly refuse to acknowledge the incident was while in their care, but blamed the whole thing on a Gatwick RS09 parking claiming they are but agents for RS09, however when I called Gatwick RS09 they say it can only be dealt with through stress free parking who say it can only be dealt with through Gatwick RS09, passed back and forward over and over ?
I give up please do not deal with this company my 5 friends in the car who witnessed this certainly won't be using stress-full parking again and I'm left with a repair bill.

Definitely worth using this service. I booked as soon as I booked my flights, so about 8 months before my holiday, and it was less than £40 for a week which was much cheaper than a taxi service would have cost. I didn't even check what the long stay carpark would have cost because I thought this price was very reasonable.

The car park is right next to Manchester T1 and the check in process took no more than a couple of minutes. When we returned our car was waiting at the gate and the process for collection was just as quick. I wouldn't hesitate to use this parking facility again.

Also due to changes to my flight times I had to change the drop off and collection times twice and this was handled very efficiently.

I HAVE NEVER USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE, BUT FOR THE COST AND BEEN ABLE TO HAND YOUR CAR OVER DIRECTLY AT THE TERMINAL, IT WAS SO HANDY! (CHEAPER THAN THE OVERNIGHT STAY WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY DONE!)
WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ......

I booked online for parking but then changed my car so had to change my registration details however when I tried on line with my details it stated not recognised. I then spent up to 3 hours on different occasions phoning through to the customer service number to change details but never got an answer. So not only did it cost me to make the calls I then lost £25 for a parking space I couldn't use.

We have used this service before and would recommend It to anyone.we are in our seventys and my wife has a mobility scooter the young man who met us could not have treat us better if it was his own parents he was meeting.
I was so greatful I offered to give him money for a drink but he would not take it.
Without a doubt use you again when we go away again

This was so easy - just turned up, the car was collected a minute later, when we returned, the car was returned within 2 minutes of us leaving the terminal. So simple, great service. Will be using this company again.

They do exactly what it says on the tin. Promt, efficient and friendly drivers. Well done.

I booked through Stress Free Parking to park at Gatwick South terminal months in advance, and received email instructions giving me a mobile phone number to call 20 minutes before arriving at the airport. Knowing that I would be driving (on the motorway) I would obviously not be able to phone, so I gave the instructions to my wife so she could phone. She tried the number constantly, but it just went to answerphone all the time. There were no other contact details on the email. So we arrived at the airport (having made over 15 attempts to call the number) with no idea where to park the car or how to get in touch with the car parking company. After a lot of stress, and once we'd found somewhere to stop the car, I checked my mobile phone (in my rucksack) and found that a text had been sent to me about an hour before we arrived at the airport, giving me a different number to phone! It sounds as if the car parking company had been taken over. However you should have contacted me DAYS or WEEKS in advance by email and text to let me know of any changes, and NOT left it until the last minute when I was already driving to the airport. This wasted about an hour of our time (by the time our car was eventually collected) and caused a lot of stress as we had no idea where to park! We could easily have missed our flight because of this. This was extremely poor/non-existent customer services, and definitely NOT stress-free parking!!!

I've used this meet and greet 3 times, first occasion was OK, second time my car was returned covered in mud with muddy footprints on the inside of the BACK door and footwell. I thought this was a one off as it was bad weather at the time and as the 1st time was OK I stupidly booked again. Repeat performance of the mud, all wheels caked in it, splattered all over the sides of the car and ground into the car mat. I guess they park in a muddy field - disgusting service and they have not even had the decency to acknowledge or reply to a complaint.

Everything was ok apart from arriving and giving our details and you not having the correct documentation for the pick up driver!

Easy to book and well worth the price, instructions and directions to park the car at the airport clear. No problems with our experience and have booked previously.
Absolutely worth the experience esp before a long haul flight, and great to have the car ready and waiting after landing at 4.50am.

Everything was very organised and worked an absolute treat - even though we were 7hours delayed. Our car was ready for us when we returned.!!!
