Late delivery, poor communication but fab when arrived
Edit: Amended because I eventually got a response via Facebook Messenger and they confirmed a problem with the order and sent a new one, which is beautiful.
Previous: Ordered and took the money from me 15 days ago. Sent a 'your order is on its way' message 10 days ago. Since then Fedex still shows that they haven't been given the parcel. Even allowing for Christmas, this is unacceptable. I regret ever believing the hype about this company.

AVOID! Zero communication! Zero respect to customer! Still Waiting for Refund 42 Days After Return without any explanation
I am extremely disappointed with Strathberry’s customer service and refund process.
I bought two bags (orders 206991 and 206063) which I returned at the beginning of December. According to tracking, the bags arrived back with Strathberry on 9th December. Today is 19th January, and I still have not received my refund and still don't know why since Strathberry is not replying to my emails which I find extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I have tried to contact the company multiple times via chat, email, and phone. After many attempts, I finally managed to speak to someone on live chat. I was told they would contact the finance department, but they could not tell me how long it would take to issue my refund. This answer was completely unacceptable.
Under UK consumer law, refunds should be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. It has now been a month. I called again three days later and still received no update or resolution.
I am an NHS nurse, and having £600 unavailable to me for over a month, when I did not keep the goods, is simply not right. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of service is shocking.
It causes me massive amount of stress, but I don't think anyone from Strathberry cares.
I cannot recommend ordering from Strathberry—especially if there is any chance you may need to return an item.

Misleading “What Fits” Claims & Unfair Return Costs
This wallet on the chain was a Christmas gift from my husband, and it turned into a very disappointing experience.
Before purchasing the Strathberry Multrees Chain Wallet, I carefully reviewed the “What fits” section and the official video on Strathberry’s website. It clearly claims the wallet fits an iPhone 14 Plus, AirPods, a lipstick, and keys. This information was decisive for our purchase.
In real-life use, the wallet fits only a phone — nothing else. I tested it myself with a Samsung Galaxy S24, which differs from the iPhone 14 by only a few millimetres. I even provided Strathberry with a personal video, clearly showing that not even a standard lipstick fits, neither next to nor on top of the phone. The wallet simply cannot be closed with any additional item inside.
Based on the wallet’s dimensions (20.2 × 11 × approx. 3 cm), real device sizes, and hands-on testing, it is not physically possible to fit all the items advertised on the website at the same time.
Despite this evidence, customer service continues to insist that all items fit, which directly contradicts real-world use.
We decided to return the wallet due to this misrepresentation, but Strathberry refuses to offer a free return. Instead, I am expected to pay 35 EUR to return a product that does not match its online description.
The wallet is well made, but misleading capacity claims and an inflexible return policy completely overshadow the quality. I would strongly caution future buyers not to rely on Strathberry’s “What fits” information.

Love the kite maxi hobo bag
Ordered the kite maxi hobo bag in caramel on Dec 31 and it arrived on Jan 6 to Canada. Given the weekends and holiday, I’d say shipping was quite fast. Received updates all throughout the process. Bag is beautiful. Leather quality is impeccable. Love this bag. Will be the perfect work bag.

DO NOT BUY FROM STRATHBERRY
Wasted 10+ hours of my time trying to return a damaged bag and being asked to waste more…
I was intrigued by Strathberry products as they position themselves as high quality for a reasonable price point and decided to purchase a bag as part of the Black Friday sales. Bag arrived with defects and quality issues - scratches on hardware and uneven piping on handles. Also, quality of bag was not what you’d expect for the price point. While disappointed, I thought it should be easy enough to return. Wrong. First, tried to take this to a FedEx collection point only to told they don’t accept returns. I’ve since arranged two collections, calling up to confirm pickup address, timing, arranging to work from home to accomodate and both times no one has turned up to pick up my item. Strathberry customer care were apologetic and asked me how they could help. I told them I wanted a refund without having to waste more of my time. Wrong answer. Despite requesting solutions from me turns out the only way they could help was to arrange yet another collection, presumably with the same courier. So now I’ve wasted time on email correspondence and will need to inconvenience myself further for a courier that may or may not come to pick up a damaged bag I don’t want. I’ve learnt my lesson: budget bag = budget quality and experience

questionable quality and poor e-commerce practise
1. Both bags had a defect in them: 2 cm difference in axel (centre) point shift. Unacceptable for 600 EUR bag.
2. One shipping label was provided for two boxes - this caused friction with Fedex who refused to take them as one shipment, hence I had to glue them together to create one giant parcel. This was stress under courrier rushing me to finish this in front of him.
3. Messy customs forms completion by Strathebrry re return duty, marking me as commercial exporter (which is incorrect) - caused my additional time spent on corr with fedex explaining that it is a private customer return and not commercial.
4. Two weeks passed since their receipt of the return, and no refund has been issued, notwithstanding reminders and no response from CS either.
Overall: do not recommend: over hyped product, questionable quality, poor e-commerce practice, and unresponsive CS.

Better support needed
Never got to receive my bag as it took more than a week for it to be sent to the courier (FedEx) then after another 11 days failed to turn up. Tracking failed after they tried to deliver (I was home all day). Called Strathberry after redelivery to a collection point failed they promised next day delivery, that didn’t happen and no one available to answer the call or email.
I have reached out via email and been told a refund can not be processed because it is unclear whether the item may be delivered even though I and you have asked FedEx to return it to you. 204985
I was really excited about receiving my item and had 2 events I was going to use this for and was very disappointed with the lack of how this could have been put right.

The order hasn’t shipped yet
The order hasn’t shipped yet! I ordered it in 27th November! Now I’m told it will ship this week and today is 16th December, while I have emailed multiple times to let Strathberry know that we are out of state for holidays from 19th December to 3rd Jan! There is still no clarity on when order will arrive. I’ve asked to hold off shipment if you can’t ensure delivery by 18th since I can’t have the package sitting outside my door for 2 weeks until we are back! I’m not getting quick responses and it’s only incomplete responses to my email! Leaving me wondering!!

Awaiting refund
*edit- I have received a confirmation of refund after posting review.
First time I have bought a Strathberry bag, I returned the bag as it wasn’t quite what I wanted. The returns process seemed straight forward. I returned it on 29th November and received an email on the 2nd December saying they have received my returned item and that I should allow 5 days for my return to be processed and a refund or exchange to be issued. Over a week later I still hadn’t received an email or refund. I submitted a contact form on the 10th December, I emailed on the 12th and send a message on social media on the 13th. I haven’t received a response from any of these and still haven’t received a refund. After I had returned it, I ordered a different style hoping it would suit me better, this is currently on pre order for the end of December which I have paid for. Had I known it would be this difficult to contact customer services, I wouldn’t have repurchased another bag.

I was so excited to receive my Strathberry Mosaic I have been wanting this bag for sometime.
I was blown away by the packaging it was 1st class. My Mosaic is impeccable, exquisite and the smell of the leather delicious. I have received lots of compliments I am in love. I am considering a purchase for my birthday in February 2026.

Customer service fails to respond until…
Customer service fails to respond until 3rd email, then provides zero answers to original inquiry regarding expected delivery for order placed on Nov 30th. Replied to email and follow up how was our service email, again with zero response or resolution.
Update: Jan 2026. The bag arrived after long delays, the quality, workmanship and attention to details are amazing. I hope you continue to improve on the communication and customer service side of the business as we will continue to purchase your products as a result of your quality.

Where is my order? Order # US150002
I placed my order on 12/7/2025, and now it is 12/12/2025, but there is still no update on my order. I have emailed Strathberry customer services twice but have not received a reply. I entered my order in the Track Order on Strathberry's website, it says my order did not exist. Strathberry charged my credit card on 12/08/2025 but no update on shipping or delivery.

If Strathberry cannot deliver the product, refund my money. I will never order from this company again. I do not care how nice their handbags are, if they poor customer service.

Bag ordered Nov 26th still nothing!!
I ordered a bag on the 26th November now getting concerned as I’ve waited the 10 working days ( busy period) and still nothing. I have emailed customer service 2 times now and have had no replies.
This is now concerning as had no updates or any response from customer service.

Late Delivery and Disappointed Celebrant
Ordered it last Nov 29th and says delivery within 3-6 days but it's almost 2 weeks and still haven't received the items. The occasion has passed this week and no gift in sight.
I understand the delivery and customs part of it but that's the risk of buying from a store with no local presence.
