Late Delivery and Disappointed Celebrant
Ordered it last Nov 29th and says delivery within 3-6 days but it's almost 2 weeks and still haven't received the items. The occasion has passed this week and no gift in sight.
I understand the delivery and customs part of it but that's the risk of buying from a store with no local presence.

I chose my Mosaic as my Christmas gift…
I chose my Mosaic as my Christmas gift from my husband so it has been wrapped up and I’m waiting for the excitement of first use after Christmas Day! As this wasn’t a surprise I haven’t worried too much about the fact that the beautiful box it came in was slightly damaged. The external box was not damaged so a little disappointing to see that someone thought it acceptable to send this box out. May only be a little thing but took the shine off slightly of my first purchase. Otherwise, the packaging and bag itself look lovely.

Delayed delivery and no communication
Delivery was promised to be 3-6 working days. Its been a week and half since placing the order and still no delivery. No communication at all (so no way of following up) until nine days after purchase. I appreciate delays happen, but the lack of communication is frustrating.

Llevo casi 2 semanas esperando que llegue el pedido. Realice una compra en Reino Unido el mismo día que compré en esta marca y solo tardo 4 días, no casi 2 semanas. Creo que en la web deberían remarcar más los costes de importación a la UE, porque no lo tuve en cuenta y es una cantidad importante.
Buena calidad y diseño de sus productos pero no creo que merezca la pena la espera ni el elevado precio, prefiero comprar en marcas de la UE sin sobrecostes asociados.
Actualización: me llegó el pedido ayer en perfecto estado. La empresa de transporte me envió unas facturas de aduanas y pensaba que las tenía que abonar, pero finalmente no fue así. Siendo así, recomiendo la marca porque el bolso es precioso. Gracias por la respuesta.

Super Happy Wife!
Very slick ordering and communication all the way until it got into the hands of the useless FedEx driver. Regular updates from everyone and then the driver leaves the parcel 80 metres from our front door in the rain on a verge at the end or our shared drive. Luckily our wonderful neighbour spotted it a few hours later and he delivered to our front door instead.
It would have been a 5 star review if it was not the very poor and negligent service by FedEx

Strathberry…luxury that never arrives
Placed an order on 28/11/25 for 2-5 business days for delivery. Order was dispatched from warehouse on the 5th business day today is now the 09/12/25 7th business days and still no delivery. I had contacted the online customer care for Strathberry, apart from an apology no looking into the delivery, one person says they can arrange a refund and I can wait for it to come back to them, whilst the other says you need to wait for it to arrive. Strathberry customer care is appalling - so much for a luxury brand

2-5 day delivery is an outright lie. I bought my bag then they put it on sale for less, even though it was Black Friday. The bags might be beautiful but their service is a ridiculously low end and they are not trying to do better.

Awesome bags with best leather quality

Unhappy customer
I will start by saying that I have 4 Strathberry bags and love them. The quality of their products is good. I have bought both in-store and on line and have always been very happy.
However, on this occasion I am very unhappy. I ordered a small gift for a friend. The ordering was simple, payment was taken and the following day I received delivery information from FedEx. However the package was not delivered in the time frame specified. I then received another message saying the delivery would be the next day. Again it didn’t turn up. I contacted Strathberry who said they would look into it and confirmed that with an email. That was on the 28th of November. I have since asked for a refund but Strathberry say they won’t give me a refund until they receive the package back from FedEx. I rang this morning (8th December) for an update as I have not heard anything from them. Again they said they would contact FedEx. Again no follow up email update.My contract is with Strathberry , not FedEx, so as far as I am concerned they should refund me and then chase up FedEx.
I know deliveries can be delayed but communication is key. This has put me off ordering from Strathberry in the future.
Update 8/12/25
I have had an email acknowledging my phone call this morning, informing me that Strathberry have reached out to FedEx. So will see if anything happens.
Update 13/12/25
Have received my refund today, Thank you Strathberry.
