Odpowiedź od Stove Supermarket
Thank you for your 4-star review and for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the delivery time reasonable, although we understand that customers would always prefer their orders to arrive as quickly as possible.
For clarity, your order was placed at 16:11 on Friday 7th August and was delivered at 14:08 on Tuesday 11th August. As the order was placed after our cut-off time on Friday, it was dispatched on the next working day, Monday 10th August, for next working day delivery on Tuesday 11th August, so it was delivered within our stated delivery timescale.
We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and will continue to look at ways we can improve our delivery service wherever possible.
Thank you again for choosing Stove Supermarket.
Best company to deal with.
I was given better information about what I needed, to repair my stove, from the sales staff. Without it, I would have bought the wrong products. Everything was delivered quite quickly and everything was correct. Very good and friendly company to deal with.

Spare parts for log burner
Ordered parts for log burner. Received prompt email advising that parts were on order so there would be delay if I were happy to wait, or could request refund. Opted to wait and parts arrived soon after. Well packaged and in good order. Received follow up email to check that parts were correct and fitted OK.
In summary, parts as ordered arrived promptly and in one piece. Communication from company was excellent. What more can I say?
