Good but expensive delivery charge.
Easy ordering process.
Fast delivery.
But charged £20 for delivery to Oban postcode.
No real reason as it is not an island or particularly remote.
I thought that these kind of regional charges were a thing of the past very few carriers or large companys use them anymore.

Thank you very much for your kind words. We’re delighted to hear that you were happy with the professional advice and ordering service you received from us.
It looks like the star rating may not quite match your kind comments though, so perhaps it was selected by mistake. If so, we’d really appreciate it if you could amend the rating when you get a chance.
Thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback it’s very much appreciated.

Good products poorly packaged
Good products at very competitive price, plus quick delivery to Scotland via DPD courier. Only downside was the poor packaging with outer box torn through in three places; thankfully contents stayed put and were undamaged. Heavy cast stove parts and fire bricks should be individually wrapped then packed tightly in a robust box.

The ordered part is great
The ordered part is great. The service from Stove Supermarket was great, unfortunately let down by the delivery company they used. They failed to do the next day delivery, lied on the reason for non delivery but did manage to deliver the next day.

Thank you for your review. We’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with the Charnwood rear grate support and the service you received from Stove Supermarket.
We’re very sorry that the delivery was let down by FedEx. As you contacted us at the time, we were aware of the issues surrounding the missed delivery and the driver’s subsequent behaviour. This was certainly not the level of service we expect our customers to receive, and we passed your comments on to our FedEx account manager.
We appreciate that a one-day delivery delay can be frustrating, particularly when a next-day delivery is expected. Unfortunately, once an order has been handed over to the courier, we have limited control over how an individual driver carries out the delivery.
Thank you again for your order and for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re pleased that you were happy with our service and the product itself, and we’re sorry that the courier experience prevented you from giving us a full five stars.
Kind Regards
Stove Supermarket
