Experience was good from office

Experience was good from office, rates are ridiculous with a 2nd increase in less than four months. From $159.71 to $181 and now to $201.97. If they wanted us to vacate they should have simply said so. McKee Foods has held warehouses in those units since the 60's but it would appear they want us to find storage elsewhere and that can be done.

Since you bought out the old storage…

Since you bought out the old storage business, my price has been raised 3 times and have been there over 6 years.

So far i've had a great experience. not too thrilled about the prices going up. The staff is very pleasant and helpful with my needs.

The door is rusted and extremely hard…

The door is rusted and extremely hard to open and close. It's too expensive for what you get. We will be moving out our stuff as soon as possible

Review

1 - very rude office people
2- never know how much I need to pay each month since the amount has not been the same each month since Store Space took over.
3- can not contact an actual person, only emails. Some times email are not good enough, when you really need to speak to some on in charge.
4 Continue to allow homeless people to live in the unit. I don't feel safe going to my unit.
I have has a unit there since around 2004 and I am so unhappy with the way I have been treated that as soon as I can find a new place I plan on leaving Storage Space and not recommending you to any one that I know.

There is no lights in the back storages…

There is no lights in the back storages on the outside like the front storages is and the person who had the unit before me broke the light in the inside of the storage, gate was broken. I feel like it is unsafe where my storage is with the lights not own in the back.

I would not recommend the facillity or…

I would not recommend the facillity or any other store space facility. They raised my rental fee a little over 30% at one time. I will be canceling this rental very soon

Rent is to high

Rent is to high, in the past could never reach anyone, no one in office, insurance coverage not needed and should be our choice and not have to pay the office for it.

Low boy trailer was stolen at Store…

Low boy trailer was stolen at Store Sace. Store Space claims no responsibility. I had paid for Octobers storage fees and they hadn't deposited the check, I asked that they not deposit the check since trailer was missing. They cashed it two days later. Shame!

The customer service has been fine

The customer service has been fine. I’ve gone through two transitions with this particular space. With the store space move, I felt I was more informed about what was happening and what I needed to do as a renter. However, I’m literally renting a closet, the smallest space, 5x5. It cost me $33 a month for a closet. I’m sure the rates are set at some corporate level based on market standards, blah, blah, but I still feel this is overpriced for something of this nature.

No real contact since they took over

No real contact since they took over. No new contract as promised. Just higher rates. Waiting for some kind of communication from them. Really not sure who I am dealing with. Very disappointed so far.
