Worst shopping experience ever. Stay away from the Liverpool FC official online store. I ordered a shirt for my son with our family name on the back. The store misspelled it and refused to exchange it. I noticed the error when I received the order confirmation and sent an email right away to address the issue. The store never returned my email why I had to use the chat function the following day when it opened. I was told by a person named "Michelle", that "there was nothing they could do". I have spent a lot of money during my business with the store but that will end now. I have never felt so cheated and scammed.
What kind of store doesnt offer exchanges! Even when bought by camp kids!
Son was at liverpool camp and went to the Anfield store. He was so excited and bought his friends some shirts. Unfortunately, given he is 13, the sizes of 2 items were off. I contacted there office only to be told they do not offer return or exchanges, unless the items are faulty. What international store doesn't offer that?! Yes, I then read their policy, but it is outrageous. Customer rep said it would be better to buy new items. Never would I do that now! I feel scammed (even if it is written). They know kids at camp are highly likely they would buy gifts...and they know sizes could be off. They don't offer exchanges hoping people would buy different ones instead...which doesn't make sense at all if they were confident in their store and products!
Now my son is devastated he wasted a 100 GBP on things his friends won't be getting...And his two friends are devasted they wouldnt be getting what my son had initially bought them from Anfield itself! You should have seen the smile from ear to ear when they first saw the things. So upset to have to see 3 sad kids! And for what! (and he paid 360 British Pounds from the store out of his money :( My son learned a very expensive and upsetting lesson after he was the happiest with his experience in liverpool :(
Rubbish and poor quality
If I could, I wouldn't even give 1 star. I will never buy from this store or this website. I bought a set for my son with his name on the back, the item arrived quickly but dirty and the letter D was damaged. £75 for rubbish with poor quality and damage. Don't buy it, you will be disappointed and it's not worth it. I am having trouble getting my money back.
Disgusting Customer Service
If I could give these zero stars I would. Disgusting customer service. I bought two new Liverpool kits online for my boys on 22nd May. Within a couple of hours of wearing them they were covered in tiny pulls. Awful quality, cheap nasty polyester. So I contacted them straight away with photos asking to return them. Took about 4 emails back and forth as nobody reads the chain and they refused to send me a returns label even though their website advises you to contact them if items are faulty. In the end I paid £3.99 and DHL picked up the items on 29th June. I asked for replacement kits and advised we are going on holiday on 15th July. After many emails I haven’t heard back from LFC, no refund nor replacement. I WILL NEVER BUY OFF LFC ONLINE AGAIN which says a lot from someone who has 8 season tickets in our family!

Incapable of understanding the concept of buying something as a gift
Bought an item as a gift, put the recipient’s name and details in for delivery only to find there was no separate box for my address as billing details.
Contacted Cust’ Serv’ to query this, they took my billing details and two days later -a day past the desired delivery date, despite paying for express delivery), the item turned up at my house instead of the destination I’d asked for.
Following calls to both the courier company and LFC shop, I was offered to have the item sent to the place I’d asked it to go to in the first place albeit nearly five days late.
A well known phrase ending in the words ‘..with both hands’ comes to mind.

Purchase a polo shirt for a Christmas present on 25/10/2022
It was unsuitable so was wanting to return it for a refund or a credit note to be told because I didn’t buy it in November and my 30 days are up to exchange or refund they can’t do anything about it as it’s company policy it was the week before !!!
How poor you have my hard earned money and not even going to offer me a credit note
So I advise you to not shop before November for Christmas !!!!

Placed an order for a herd of Xmas gifts with LFC on line shop on 30th NOVEMBER. Received confirmaiton that evri had received my order on 3rd DECEMBER and would notify me when it was out for delivery, Heard nothing more and tracking not updated, so set about chasing it up. ON 17th DECEMBER, Evri inform me that my order is ''unaccounted for'' and all I can do is contact the supplier for a refund or replacement. Replacement not possible as ALL items now out of stock - and it's too late to shop for alternatives as medical and health issues mean that I have to rely on on line shopping. Liverpool FC obviously KNOW there is a problem, but they just don't seem to care. THANKS FOR NOTHING LFC!

Paid for Hermes/Evri delivery. Promised within 2-5 days. Over a week later and still no delivery. Cant call anyone. Twitter support is useless.
Stop using dodgy couriers
My partner ordered six medals for £72 for a birthday present for me 2 weeks ago and they never came. She emailed them and they said the courier has lost the package, she then asked for a refund and they said no because they resent the medals out but can not send them all as one is out of stock now. She has not even received any new tracking information, you need to stop using bad couriers with bad reputations like amazon logistics. She has now taken this up with paypal and hopes to get a refund this way, we have ordered a lot of stuff from the LFC store in the past and you have always been ok but now i don't think we will bother no more after this experience.
We have contacted these again in the last 30 minuets and they have said they have not dispatched the items and are also refused a refund even though they haven't shipped the order out.
No customer service
Wished I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. Ordered a building set of the stadium for a Christmas present. It arrived with the box very badly damaged. Was told to return it second class post and when I send proof of postage it would be refunded and a replacement sent out. Happy with the response. Week later no replacement or refund of postage! Now told the previous advice was wrong, new staff! Replacement would not be sent out until original processed. Never replied about my postage as she cut conversation off!! Again like previous posts do not order online!! Frustrated and annoyed!!!
Sizing of kits is inaccurate
Sizing of kits is inaccurate. Bought a home top for my boy. The height measurements of the t-shirts are not shown in the size guide - only chest, waist and hip measurements (which i measured). When I received the t-shirt, the height was on the label and is too small. Unable to return as classed as personalised due to having a players name on it. Now out of pocket and can't afford to buy the correct size for Christmas. I should've checked the reviews on here before buying. Useless size guide which has proved costly for me. I thought buying from the official site would ensure the best quality and service. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.
10 voucher offered but never arrived.
They ran an offer of a free £10 voucher with every purchase. But order arrived without one. Told me they ran out. So why didn't they pull the offer from the store?
I'll stick to unofficial stuff, less hassle, and treat you better.
Terrible shopping experience...
I am an oversea LFC fan and had three purchase at LFC Official store; in the first two purchase, I bought two jerseys with customized name-set , and both of the player's name-set on the jerseys just peeled off right after first wash (using gentle washing mode by the washing machine ) I also had other football jerseys with customized name-sets which buying from other stores and knowing the name-set definitely can last much better if it's ironed properly. Then there is the third order which I just received today, the order includes a mug with metal club crest on it. You know what? I found out the brink of the metal crest seems not glued well and is stick outward which may hurt your hand when you are washing, even worse, the painting of the mug is uneven(like a droplet) at the upper part of the mug.Wow, two defects in one product, just wow; I got a feeling that store worker just don't give a __ and totally ignore any faulty item when they were packing.
I don't want to be dramatic but I come out with a assumption that they may know you are international buyer and you won't return it, because the returning delivery fee cost way too much, also it's not worth wasting your time on doing so. After all these bad shopping memories, I think I will not consider buying anything from the official store in the future, truly disappointing.
Ordered a jersey with a premier league…
Ordered a jersey with a premier league badge and a lfc golf club cover. I had paid £7.50 for returns and they have sent parcel back to me, I contacted the store and they cannot refund me for the jersey with the badge because it is classed as personalised, this is a joke as they could definitely sell this on. They have told me that I have to return the golf cover to a completely different address now because I didn’t order from the store and I will have pad £15 to return this order when the golf cover only cost £20 no point in me returning it as I will have lost all the money anyway.. literally will never order off this website again. Things are not made clear when purchasing and I’ve never ever had this much bother returning anything in my life.
