Glitch with hyphenated surnames
Ordered a top for my son's birthday. Glitch on the website meant that the green top wouldn't print a hyphenated name so the name on the photo showing you what you will get is not what they print. It's been weeks, I'm down £50 and just been told to wait for refund which they kindly agreed I could have just this once like it was a special treat. I've probably saved them thousands by noticing this issue with their website but it took many, many back and forth emails before they even believed me. Disgusted and like banging my head against a brick wall.

This site HIDES the sizes of the item placed in the cart under a details button. Click the button only detail is the size! What is the point? I found out the hard way. This is so you can't prove what size you ordered. I screenshot all orders I place over the web. I clicked and ordered using the site filters check mens, check 3XL, check polo. Results shown 3XL polo shirt Teal added to cart. I received a 3XS which is a size that doesn't exist where I live after a mens S is boys XL. I sent the email, they requested photo, sent photo. They replied with a photo of a packing list which matched what they sent. I asked to see my order not the packing list. They can't because there are no sizes shown on your order, convenient. So I must have ordered the wrong size because of their packing list photo. Sent simple follow up reply asking if they were planning on sending a 3XL for exchange if it is in stock and if it was coming with expedited shipping since I already paid. I received instant condescending response saying maybe I should have double checked before clicking purchase. 1/22/25 4th response and still haven't received an answered if it is an exchange or refund. So no useful customer service just pay to send it back and wait?? I'm a Premier Member of LPFC 24/25, which also means nothing to them. So if you're just a customer at the online shop don't expect any help at all, if this is how they treat paid members. I even offered to exchange the item in person. So good luck, I will only ever purchase items from LFC store no more clothing,

The checkout/website/app is just about the worst I’ve encountered. I experienced a fault when checking out. I was then made to re-enter and change my password 4 times to try and sort it out and place an order and ended up with a duplicate order through no fault of my own (Note: I regard myself as IT savvy) When I attempted to remedy this with customer services, it took a total of 18 messages to get my refund. In short, pathetic. Major improvements needed.
Product never came!
I had ordered a Virgil Van Dijk customisable home kit for my father’s birthday at a price of £119. This was on the 17th December 2024. Latest expected delivery date was 24th December. By the 26th I had no top and nothing to give on father’s birthday. So I contacted the support team on the 27th and they said it was lost in transit. That I could either request a re dispatch or get a refund. I opted for a re dispatch because I still wanted to give him a late birthday present. Then on the 29th, I had received an email saying that I would get a refund. So they just didn’t listen to what I wanted. Now if I wanted to re order I would have to pay £22 more which is just absurd! Overall it was a terrible experience!
Terrible customer service
To start with their single sign on doesn't work for me. This has been an issue for a number of years. So, logging into the shop in the first place is a challenge.
As a part of my order I ordered a poster. This turned up (late - so missed my son's birthday) crinkled. I contacted customer service who took ages coming back to me. They offered me a replacement or a refund. I unfortunately went for a replacement which never turned up....not even in time for Xmas.
Shocking - when you consider how much money I pour into games and kit... LFC 's shop is terrible.

As a Liverpool fan, I shame!!!! I ordered my husband a LFC shirt for Xmas due to his weight loss. £80!!!!!!!! So ordered that on 6th dec, on the 13th I got an email to say it’s packed etc. the status hasn’t changed - even with Evri! I am fuming and will be cancelling.
Sort it out LFC it’s nearly 2025 and you can’t handle a busy period

I have ordered 3 weeks ago and still not received 1 item from my order, when questioned they cannot locate my parcel and cannot now offer a refund in case this is in transit! Never been so disappointed!

I would not recommend anybody to buy from their online shop. I had a problem and like the other customers on here couldn’t get a response from anybody despite trying. I had too open a case with Paypal and LFC didn’t answer until the last minute before the case would have been closed in my favour. It has been nearly 2 weeks and now I have no Christmas presents to give for Christmas. It is absolutely crazy how this store is failing the club’s supporters so badly. They would be better to just sell all the club merchandise on Amazon and let them deal with all of it.

I ordered a child's kit on the 24th of November. It is now the 16th of December I have sent several emails an have tried numerous times to get in touch not a word back from anyone. So no order and no reply from anyone. Definitely wouldn't order agin

An embarrassment to the club
It is so disappointing that the LFC store app is so bad. Every single aspect of it is dreadful. Links don't work; Weird cryptic messages pop up constantly;orders can't be tracked; it crashes; you have to rest your password constantly. The worst possible shopping experience. It's an embarrassment to the club and someone needs to get a grip quickly. Come on Liverpool surely you have the resources to run a decent online store so fans can buy gifts at Christmas. Absolutely awful.

I would give it zero stars, avoid this. I placed an order for a kids top last night, I went to the basket to pay and the site crashed. It told me the basket was empty. So I started over again. It told me the price of the top and so I put in my card details. When the confirmation came through they had charged me twice. I immediately contacted them but they said that I couldn’t cancel the order as it goes to their print team. They must be able to contact their print team as the order had not been processed and this was their system error. They said I should raise a complaint but I know by the time they pick that up they will say there is nothing they can do as it will be processed by then. This company is a complete joke. It was their system error. The customer helpline doesn’t help. It is impossible to contact anyone. AVOID.

Abysmal customer service. Worst communication and service I have ever received. Tried to order with online shop. 1 x BRXLZ Mini Stadium. When I eventually received confirmation (it took ages) it was for 2 x mini stadiums. I immediately tried to cancel/amend within minutes of receiving confirmation but impossible to do so. You cant contact by phone or email. I then went through the process of filling in an email form, the only means of contact. Claimed to reply within 48 hrs. After 4 days still heard nothing so contacted again. I eventually heard back and was told YOU CANNOT AMEND OR CANCEL ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED (Unbelievable). I was told I would have to wait until order had arrived and return it at my own expense. They further state they would not inform me when the returned order had arrived or if and when a refund would be made They further ststed that I would had to pay the extra for recorded dekivery and tracking yo ensure the return woukd be deliveted. Stagerribg to thik I have supported this club for ocer 60 yrs. To treat your customers in this disgraceful way needs to be highlighted. Your retail service system is awful. Your customer service and customer communication is woeful. Given such a poor level of service I would not be surprised if I did not hear from the club.

I would give 0 star if I could, ordered a football kit on Sunday afternoon. Paid for express delivery, as of today it’s still waiting processing.
Did live chat and was told it’s a busy time of year and there behind by a few days. I explained that I have already waited 3 days and when can I expect despatch.
At the end of the week I was told. My express delivery was refunded, but this is not the point.
Did say that this should be put on their web site that they have issues with dispatching as I would have bought somewhere else.
This was a gift for my nephew, I don’t want to go into details but I wanted to try and put a smile on his face, and this is what he asked for.
To sum up don’t buy from here if you want to receive you order within 2 weeks.
Offer an in app discount but app won’t process order.
The online store is offering a 25% discount on home kits if you order via the app, offer runs out tomorrow. Sounds great except when you try and order via the app, either nothing happens or it throws up an error.
If you order via the website - works fine but no discount. Absolute rubbish.
