Doesn’t work at all!!! Pigeons are even happy to sit right beside the box, they don’t have any problem with it! It’s a waiste of money. I understand people are willing to pay for anything that could possibly help to keep the pigeons away, but it doesn’t work! Keep your money in your pocket, the only ones that win something with these things, are the ones who sell it…

2x gekocht 1 werkte zowiezo al niet. Gemaild met Alexandra die ging meedenken. Gezegd dat ik dit zelf al gedaan had en raad, niks meer gehoord. Ik vind dit zo onbeschoft. En zo goedkoop zijn ze niet. Ik wacht nog een weekje voordat we stappen ondernemen.

This is the second review I have written regarding this company.

I requested a refund over 2 months ago as the product didn't work, pigeons nested next to it while I was away in May.

Stop pigeon never processed my refund even after I paid £8.95 postage to return it to France. They were very obstructive and found every excuse not to refund my £63.

I carried out all their instructions, communicated with them constructively via email but didn't get anywhere. I have had to refer this issue to my bank The Halifax, they were excellent and I now have my money refunded (but not my postage) the bank will now deal with them directly on my behalf.

does not work + makes a lot of noise whilst promises to be silent . appears to be a scam

j'ai acheté un stop mouches c'est de l'arnaque , ça ne fonctionne pas et je plains mes 60 euros , n'acheter pas ça c'est de la M.... à FUIR .

Arnaque totale.
J’ai commandé le stop pigeon, voyant que cela ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai décidé de renvoyer très vite le boîtier à mes frais. Je n’ai jamais reçu le remboursement. Même en ayant fourni le preuve d’envoi, ils disent ne pas avoir reçu le boîtier en retour. J’appelle cela de la malhonnêteté. Fuyez ce site .

ik had 1 toestel gekocht zonder verder onderzoek te doen naar de website..
Toestel is aangekomen, maar maakte ellendig veel lawaai. ik heb 3 honden die niet tegen het geluid konden, dus heb ik hun gemaild of ik het kon retourneren. Ze hebben me na 2 dagen een vriendelijk antwoord gestuurd met het retour adres en dat ik na 1 week een terugbetaling mocht verwachten.
Pakje is dus aangekomen op retour adres (ik heb tracking gebruikt), maar nu 2 maanden verder nog steeds geen terugbetaling en geen enkele reactie op email..

SAV INSTANTCOOL est un scandale .ne respecte pas ses engagements de RETOUR . Attention ESsai gratuit Est un canular ! Il ne vous envoie jamais de bon de retour et ne réponde jamais au téléphone.

En plus lé descriptif des arrticles est erroné et mensonger.

Ne commandez pas sur stop pigeon .fr ou meme stop pigeon.be vous ne recevez votre article que bien trop tard et une fois reçu de toute façon déception cela ne fonctionne pas

Duur apparaatje en werkt totaal niet helaas, ook ontving ik het met een kapotte aan en uit knop en een lege batterij. Reageren niet op mails.

Aucun résultat. une arnaque totale. Les pigeons font carrément leurs nids à coté du boitier dans lequel il n'y a rien d'autre qu'une pile et une pauvre carte qui émet un ultrason bruyant.

Je conseille surtout au futur acheteur de ne pas se faire Pigeonner !!! c’est de l’arnaque. les pigeons viennent s’installer malgré le dispositif et laissent leur déjections.

J ai acheté ce boîtier vert stop bird pro cela fait déjà 3 semaines et toujours au même point, les pigeons sont toujours présents même à côté du boîtier.
Vraiment déçu.

Complétement inutile cette boite. Une arnaque pure et simple. J'essaie de me faire rembourser, mais je pense que ce n'est pas gagné.

Cette boite est envoyée dans une enveloppe simple donc attention la casse
Ce qui est surprenant c’est que la pile n’est pas fixée sur son support donc elle se balade dans la boîte et donc il faut
dévisser les 2 vis et ouvrir le capot
Enlever la carte de la glissière et mettre la pile
Cela fonctionne mais très cher pour c que c’est
SAV injoignable et impossible de laisser un avis sur le site

That product is a fraud and absolutely useless. The fonenumber on the Homepage does not exist. Emails to the contact adress are autoforwarded to the dustbin. All the positive experiences on the website are fake!!
Dont waste your money on that CRAP!!

Si vous avez envie de jeter 59 Euros dans le caniveau et de vous énerver pendant plus de 3 semaines....Un seul conseil : Acheter ce produit.
Que fait la Police pour arrêter cette arnaque ????

1. This is coming from France. It took several weeks to arrive. I've received shipping faster from China.
2. The instructions say to clear the area of food sources. It would have been good to know this BEFORE I bought the product. The area I need it is where my dogs poop. The pigeons love to tear the poop in millions of rice-sized pieces and sling it around. I can't reasonably keep the area clear of "food" for the birds all the time. If I could, I wouldn't be having this problem or need the device.
