for a person that makes over 60,000 a year this company wont approve without a downpayment but I know plenty of people with no job and bad credit that got approved bring your business eleswhere

Horrible customer service
Currently getting the run around on changing my shipping addresz. Call to make them aware before the received the deposit which i had to put in the mail! Said i had to wait until they received the deposit called back they said that dept close now the very next day after being on hold for 30 for orders dept another 15 to be transfereed to customer service dept. For them to transfer me to supervisor.. i ve been on hold for another 30...smh..

I have ordered from Stoneberry for quite a few years and have found them to be an excellent company. I love the credit opportunities and fast shipping.

I have been with Stoneberry for a couple of years now, and I have been pleased with some of the quality of the merchandise I have received. The major concern I have, is the price mark up of the items purchased and the cost of their shipping and delivery. Other on line sellers will sell the item for up to $50 to $75 cheaper with free delivery if you order over a certain amount. The only thing I suppose that is favorable to Stoneberry, is that you can make monthly payments (paying the high interest) while other sites you have to pay straight out.

I suppose that is what convenience is all about. Pay higher prices and interest and shipping.

Stoneberry is very unprofessional to their customers along with their business in general. They wIll try to rip you off with their marketing schemes and check you out as if they honored ther price discounts but then charge full price.. I Could just imagine how many times that they have gotten away with it.. They are very fraudulent with their practices and cant believe their has not been a class action lawsuit filed against them because of it, but does make sense that they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. youve been warned

I wanted that electric pressure cooker so badly. And the Carhardt women's coat in berry color. And the Crosby 5 in 1 stereo. And to remodel my bedroom and bathroom linens. That's a boatload of money going out the door all at once, and even for one item, I just didn't have the money to splurge like that. Enter Stoneberry. With their own credit, their sales, and the incredibly good customer service they have, and the fact that boxes show up on your porch in days, they can't be beat. Stoneberry makes the impossible possible. The finance charge on their credit looks high, but if you pay more than the minimum payment, you don't pay all the finance charge they list. And even if you do pay it all, you got what you wanted, when you wanted it. What's the down side of that?
