I was a 14-yr., loyal customer. Out of the blue, email promotions from Stoneberry stopped. Their monthly bills continued just fine. Next thing I knew, my last purchase from Stoneberry, my balance was transferred to their Massey online store account, with No Notice, or explanation. Is this Legal..? No answers from their poor customer service dept.. unusual closed Corporate office communications. After a month of trying to get a simple Honest explanation, I filed a complaint with their Wisconsin BBB. Still waiting 6 months! Where did consumers rights go..(?). I wonder, Has Stoneberry 's parent company (Massey's) paid off their states consumer watchdogs, like the Chamber of Commerce, BBB, the Wisconsin State Consumer office..?
Beware: Unreliable products, Magnavox Tv, electric fan, RCA portable DVD player,, poor children's jewelry, dangerous Easter products for children. Shoes, slippers must have been seconds. This company Stoneberry, has been sliding down hill for the last 5 years.
**Do not shop at Stoneberry, or any of the other online stores under the Massey Corp. umbrella..!

Update negative one star these people are nothing that scammers stay away from them

I’ve never done anything directly with Stoneberry but have been receiving bills in the mail for over $500. I’ve also been receiving excessive amounts of junk mail. It all started after shopping at Kohl’s and signing up for Kohl’s rewards so I won’t be doing any of that again. I called to dispute it and was told it would be taken care of by the next department then was transferred to a closed department. This seems like the biggest scam of a company.

Ordered a deep freezer, which was cancelled, a week later got an email telling me the hurry and order the deep freezer before it is out of stock. Hmmm, I thought it already was, so I ordered it again. This time I didn't get anything saying it was cancelled. THEY JUST CANCELLED IT. Could it be because I was using the 25% off? TOTAL SHAM. Do not buy from this company.

If there would be a negative for stars I would give this business and company that rating because they are not customer friendly when there is an issues with the product and when a customer is not satisfied with their product they do not care about customers happiness with heir purchase and the stuff is a hit and miss often for being durable and nice for what the item is and don’t try to return they make you pay for it to be returned and don’t try to accommodate their customers! Be careful using this company it’s a risk!!! My experience has not been good lately so I choose to no longer be a customer!

I really don’t even want to give 1 star. I got a book saying I’m pre approved for credit, so I say ok. Did an online order, get it all submitted, get an email saying it’s approved just needs 1more step. Well needless to say I will be canceling as my order was $450.00 ish, they was $115.00 down payment. Guess I will look into finger hut-

I ordered an Artic Air twice it was sent out . Each one was Broken ,First one motor smoked ,Second one every front vent was broken off returned the item to the company .NOW, all I get is a run around about my money back since September .Not very good product that they're selling .Unhappy customer DONE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a generator from stoneberry and they gave me a free shipping code-frshp50- after I ordered the generator they added a 50.00$ shipping fee to my order. I called them and after over an hour of being on hold a lady named Aaron answered and told me she would remove it. She did not so I called again and the lady that answered told me she would remove it. She did not. I called again and a real hateful man answered and told me he would not remove it so I tried to cancel my order and he would not. This place have a customer service that is made up of lieing folks that will say and do anything to make the sell. I have been buying from them for over 5 years and I have a 3000.00$ credit line with them. In finished buying from stoneberry.com I will refuse to accept delivery when the generator arrives. My beautiful shower curtains:
Hello stoneberry, just to let you know that I received my first purchase which was the shower curtains that I ordered. And they are the most gorgeous shower curtains I have ever seen and I was so happy when they arrived and I was very excited to hang them up in my bathroom and they look great. I also get lots of compliments about them and how pretty they are, so before I ordered from stoneberry I look all over at different stores and could not find what I was looking for, so I then checked out stoneberry and I found the exact curtains to match my bathroom, because the tile in my bathroom is black and white, my walls are white, but my shower walls are also black and white I need something to offset all that black and white and the shower curtains did just that. And now I am waiting on my rug set to get here from stoneberry and put that in the bathroom and I will be all set. Oh maybe not I am now looking for some white window curtains and then I will be finish decorating my bathroom and I also have 1 black and 1 white towel hanging in there for looks, not necessarily to dry your hands on I have paper towels in there for that.
Anyway thanks again stoneberry for getting it right for me!!!

Twice a item was sent to me. First one motor smoked , second one all the vents was broken .Now I am to pay for the shipping cost for nothing I don't understand why? would you want me to pay you anything.stoneberry need to refund the money back

My husband was prequalified and ordered items I needed because I am not well. Blood pressure cuff, a think mattress pad things that I need they approved him then all of a sudden he shipped them to his parents address and ask if they would change it to my home they would not. Then Stoneberry and the other companies canceled all his orders when the orders were like 98.59 they would show 27.59 it’s like there playing with you. He emailed them an basically told them off because they didn’t want to send the items to my address. Then I also did an order on my own credit I received my delivery but 4 items are missing I emailed them and ask what can be done about this it showed delivered I told them. I never received a response from any of there companies I am not paying for items I didn’t received. This is the worse company I ever dealt with I have a company where I live I have bought many things from them but they only sell furniture, electronics, Tv’s and I pay faithfully never late with my bill. And Stoneberry is a company that will rip you off do not open an account with them I’m filing with the BBB I hope they can help Stoneberry is a SCAM... they seem to have some nice products but they don’t answer there emails or phone they take for ever to approve your order and process it...it’s like you are a bother with them.. Amazon is the better company but they don’t do payment plans like I need to use..I thought I would give this company a try boy was I dumb to do business with them...I’ll pay my bill and never order anything from them again I’ll tell my friends and family not to shop on there website...

I bought rings from here last year and they tarnished within a week. They were suppose to send return labels but never got but they sent me to collections.

Well I bought a 10 k gold bracelet , Had to make a down Payment , Did not like the bracelet , Sent it back for a refund , Well they did not put the money back on my , sent me a refund check , Lost the check talked to a supervisor he said he send a new check out , it been a month it has not come , I have called Better Business bureau , And have talked to a Lawyer , HE want the home Office address and the President 0r CEO name , IM going to my money back if it cost me $500

Ordered a toy, they cancelled and said it was OOS. Still available on their website. Tried ordering again. Same message. Seems like they just want your information. STAY AWAY.

Ordered a cookies jar chipped when arrived sent back for new one had to email them twice to find out a month later they were out of stock no one told me told them to take me off their mailing list they said ok like it was no big deal didn’t care that they just lost a customer bad customer service my first and last order

This is the absolute worse company that I have ever engaged! The customer service team lacks professionalism and knowledge of their own systems! I opened this account in December, paid it off in April and closed it! Terrible terrible service!
