I keep getting emails for someone called Norma from Stoneberry. Stoneberry are impossible to contact!! I live in the UK, have never contacted Stoneberry for ANYTHING. Absolutely no Customer Service or any joy with their’Contact Us’ link on their emails or their website. I can only assume that other people are blocked from contacting them. Perhaps because I don’t live in the US.
It has taken at least 2 years of emails from Stoneberry for me to take to reviews and will go on social media soon in the hope that I don’t receive any more stuff for Norma… Jeeezzz…

I called customer service due one of the seven packages that was for delivery was not delivered, the shipping company decided to deliver tomorrow instead no major, except I had to have somebody at my house to sign for the package. And because of the price I'm not going to pre-sign it especially since FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address to begin with of the other six that were delivered today. I called customer service in regards to one of the packages was in a box the actual product box that was put into a bag and basically was destroyed. Took me almost 30 minutes before I finally got to talk to somebody because the first person I talked to wouldn't take the cotton out of their ear. Very disappointing would not necessarily suggest to be one of their customers.

I think it’s great that this company provides a way for people with challenged credit to get the items they need. However, when you try to make a payment, the website never works and it’s impossible to make a payment and then when you forget to make the payment because you’ve given up trying, when your due date passes, they call incessantly, reminding you to make a payment that’s impossible on their website. Very frustrating!!

I had received a credit limit of more than $1,000 I have never missed a payment! However I went to place an order and after 24 hours was turned down! So being curious as to why I phoned in and no one could explain or state why I had even spoke to a credit manager ( Brandon ) and he stated perhaps the representative filling the order placed an incorrect number on the account # OK he suggested I phone in the order as he was on my account and I have a substantial amount of credit available.. and my account was in excellent standing
( Brandon’s exact words! ) I am not even able to remember how many times I have spoke to different representatives as well as managers this place is so messed up!! Each time you call you have to go through the same situation to explain and they don’t have a clue!! So I said listen I am requesting my account to be closed! Thankfully I have 2 payments remaining and had caused them to lose not only my but a few family members closed their accounts to! I think they way over charge anyway not to mention at one point I owed close to $700 and paying 60 plus a month however as I got below $200 still locked in as $60 I can understand paying more with higher balance but remaining high payments at blow remaining balance… I removed auto pay and pay the $60 but if reading this hopefully your not going to experience the very, very worst service and for anyone who has had a positive experience your very fortunate but like myself in time you most likely encounter issues similar to mine.. good riddance to this incompetent company. Was a blessing in disguise!
Company Should Be Closed
If I could give zero stars I would. I never set up an account with this company. Then I start getting confirmations for shipments For orders I never made The confirmations were to an email that I haven’t used in over 10 years thankfully I actually still get notifications on occasion. At first, I thought it was just some kind of scam and wasn’t real. I looked the company up online and sent them an email to that email address notifying them that I have not made an order and that I do not have an account with them. I didn’t even know this company existed. Then I saw that someone in my community had filed a police report in our area about this same situation.The company responded over and over again that they could not communicate with me in writing and would not cancel any orders via email. Since when can a company not communicate with a customer or someone being scammed in writing? I guess it makes sense if you’re trying to rob people and cover it up, but if you’re actually offering a product or service, someone wants, why would you have to force people who didn’t order anything from you to still receive an order? I can message any company even if I made the order myself and they are happy to cancel the order. This is more than a little suspect. I then contacted the 800 number they directed me to, the AI would not connect me with a representative. I was already frustrated because if it’s easy to set up an order and an account for a scammer, then it should be just as easy for me to notify them of the scam and have any orders canceled and have an account deactivated. They are clearly in on the scam, no reputable company would ever do business this way. Even though I had written the company several times to cancel any fraudulent orders, they still sent the order to my home. When I finally got a hold of a supervisor, I was informed that I would be financially responsible for any purchases that were fraudulently made. I informed the supervisor that I had contacted their company in writing more than one time had also used their chat function to notify them of the fraud and had tried calling them multiple times to no avail. Then I demanded The fraudulent account be closed and frozen so no other fake orders could be placed. The fact that I even had to demand it is more than a little concerning. The supervisor kept apologizing and saying what she couldn’t do rather than what she could do to fix the situation. Apologies are hollow if your company doesn’t have business practices that protect the public/consumer. I sent the packages I didn’t even orderback, returned to sender unopened.This company is shady. I’ve already retained an attorney and plan to proceed with legal action if I do not receive the promised for fraud letter or if they send me any bills. In addition, I will be filing a police report it’s clear that something is going on in our community and that this company is not doing its due diligence to prevent it from occurring. In fact, they’re all but making it possible for these crimes to continue. I have also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. This company should be closed. Their business practices are unethical and unprofessional. As far as I’m concerned, they’re an accomplice to fraud their business practices essentially roll out a red carpet for anyone wanting to scam someone. All they need is your name and an address and absolutely no other information and this company will attempt to-ruin your credit unless you wait on hold to talk to the right person and pray they actually cancel the account. In my situation I communicated via email with three different individuals chatted, with two different individuals online and then spoke to two different individuals on the phone. This. . . just to cancel an order and report fraud. They did more to identify me to cancel then they did to establish an account. This is negligence and unacceptable.

I ordered a comforter set that came with 2 pair of sheets and curtains. The comforter snags and leaves these threads and fuzzies all over it from my wedding ring. The fitted sheets do not stay on my mattress! The sheets are hot when laying on them! STONEBERRY does not have the option to take monthly payments out your account. STONEBERRY charges $15.00 for late payment! THE QUALITY OF THEIR ITEMS ARE CHEAPLY! I WASTED $347.00!

I have never ordered anything from STONEBERRY company. STONEBERRY sent a bill to an address where I don't even live in the state. I contacted STONEBERRY and notified them that the bill was not mines nor did I have any association to the bill. STONEBERRY hired a debt collector to come after me. We need to file another Class Action Lawsuit against this company, which I located that one was filed in 2017 by Jacqueline Olson vs IC System, INC., and MASON COMPANIES, INC., D/B/A STONEBERRY. Her case appears to have been settled by this fraudulent company STONEBERRY.

This company STINKS ordered a fireplace stove and waited thru 3 delivery dates to receive a broken non working heater. All they say is return it then we go to do just that AFTER hiring someone to help load it because we are 80 and can't lift it. Then FedEx wanted to charge $200 to ship it back because this company never sent a return label. Stoneberry did not offer to make this right in any way. Think might b lawyer time. Will b turning them in to Consumer reports FOR SURE!!! Don't buy from them if we read the reviews we would not either. We R stuck with a piece of crap that won't work and not gonna pay for it either.
