I wanted otems cancelled but they sent them anyway. Had to wait 2 weeks for a return label and had to carry this heavy item to a fedx store. Never ordering again

I gave them one star because zero was…

I gave them one star because zero was not an option. Shoddy overpriced products is the most complimentary I can be. They should be banned from operating by the attorneys general in every state they operate. The cost of returning their substandard products probably makes most people give up and not pursue it. I’m not giving up. My next letter is to the consumer affairs department . Send me a free shipping return label and refund my money or wait and see my next letter

Hidden Gem Stoneberry Stores

Stoneberry took a chance on me with my zero credit score and approved me .
They don't require any bank accounts or direct deposit or any type credit card to be on file.
They send my products quickly with no money down.
When my payment is posted it goes right back into my available balance. My interest is less than $1.50 a month.
If i go over my limit i just pay the difference. There are no hidden fees.
They have quality products with popular brands like Champion, Puma, Ugg, Steve Madden, Sigma,
and they dont overcharge for them.
They have alot of 20% off sales and they have free shipping sales frequently.
They allowed me to give my kids christmas and birthday gifts.
I appreciate them very much!

The bad : they don't report to the credit bureau also

its a scam. smh at $370 for a galaxy s9 when its $150 on amazon. anybody can walk into walmart and steal the sim cards instead of paying $20 each on stoneberry

All of their items are overpriced and…

All of their items are overpriced and they don't ever offer free shipping like most other companies. Also, they make you pay to send a return. This is not only bad business but a load of crock.

I am a customer of 5 years and when I placed my last order they ran my credit even though I have an account.

This type of company is for people that need items with poor or bad credit but Klarna, Afterpay and others will also do the trick with no exhobitant fees attached.

Paying them down then never ordering from them again.

Wicked company with horrible customer service. They allow thieves of identity theft to use your identity, purchase goods sent elsewhere and Stoneberry will attempt to extort you for money! CS only gives lip service. Den of thieves!

They have not done good on my one of my order sunt me a letter saying they couldn’t send my order but if I mail them 139 85 they will send it , so sunt them a money order haven’t got my order yet so I call them and ask what going on? They said my order were out of stock so I am waiting on my money order now then if you knew it were out of stock why you will ask to send the money so i hope they send it before Xmas mess my Xmas order up N if they don’t seen it back soon i will have to take further action i will never order nothing from them again have you send your money then say out of stock them weren’t out of stock when i order my items i am very upset

I ordered comforters from them and they claim I received them, I have not received anything from them at all, I definitely won't order from them again on anything. I am really disappointed with the service provided the on representatives they put on the phone don't have some of the knowledge required to even handle some of your concerns, BUYER'S BEWARE AND CHECK REVIEWS DON'T GET SHOVELED AROUND LIKE SO MANY OF US! I ordered an item (jewelry)

I ordered an item (jewelry), on December 3, 2022 and the order was accepted today I went to website to check on status and it says "Item Cancelled". Well, I didn't cancel it. Order # 91209291. I have been ordering from Stoneberry and other "affiliated online stores" (i.e, Masons, Massys, etc) for a number of years. I have a $1000 line of credit with Masons, and I am suppose to have that much with Stoneberry as well, I mean it says I do...I received a message (see attachments), that says, " Unfortunately, we are unable to approve a pre-qualified limit for you at this time. You can keep shopping and apply for credit during checkout. A down payment may be required to approve your credit request and complete your order". "Our decision was influenced by information obtained from the consumer reporting agency listed below." (see attachments/photos). There is "nothing" listed below. MY credit has not changed in years since my first order from Stoneberry years ago and my credit report/score is still good and Stonberry does not "Provide" a "specific" reason, (as required according to the Consumer Credit Protection Act ), as to why the item was cancelled ( it is vague to say the least and I have a right to know the "Specific reason(s)" for their decision... Also, I tried to call them this morning and I was on hold for over n hour and was not able to speak to anyone there at Stoneberrys, ridiculous...What kind of business does that to customers, I mean I haven't done anything or said anything out of the way to any employee there, so what's up???

ON December 6, 2022 I got a message from a rep at Stoneberry saying, "sorry for the inconvenience, order something else at Stoneberry", lollll wow, what a jerk. I sent a message back telling the rep, "just send the item I already ordered".... THose people who run that business are scoundrels and they don't know how or "care" how their business is operated, sounds like operated by thugs and hoodlums from the "HOOD"....with the "WOKE" mentality....

Problem making payment on phone…

I have not had no problem with orders everything has been a ok I have had no problem making payments on line but when I tryed
to make payment

on phone they was quick to hang up in my face because I couldn't give my phone number on record my credit cards is stolen my phone was stolen they did not give me the time of day to speak in order to make a payment maybe the judge will when they take me court because of damage this cause my credit because they hung up on me didn't listen I'm taking a snap shot of this message and when I called just before this for evidence

I have $189.00 in available credit. I Ordered 187.00 in merchandise. They charging 29.99 shipping. Then they want a down payment of 59.00 before my order will process. Truthfully a crock.. I could probably get passed a 30 down payment for shipping, not 60.

Stoneberry messed up my order.

I ordered some headphones and infrared thermometer which was shipped separately. What supposed to be the headphones was not what ordered. It was someone else's order. A mix up from supplier and shipping dept. I am done with ordering from Stoneberry. They are charging me for the headphones I didn't get. I sent the order I got today back. Instead of getting headphones i got someone else's order for 2 drip pans for a electric stove. And what is even weird the invoice that came with it was from a Walmart online order but boxed in a Mason's company with a shipping label addressed to me. I don't even shop online at Walmart. They are sending out another pair of headphones and now Stoneberry is going to double charge me for them both. And i never got the first headphones. Stoneberry doesn't deserve one star. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Stoneberry and Fifthandglam

Simply put - I submitted an order at 4 pm on Saturday and woke up Sunday (less than 12 hours later) to a 25% off Labor day coupon. I called to ask if it could be applied to my current order and was told my order had already shipped and the coupon could not be applied. I couldn't even cancel the order to re-order! I would have saved $90 dollars- there should have been an adjustment made for this.
This is seriously a 'no-no' in customer service! I am done. Cripe! Even Target would have given me the adjustment! Not good customer service and not good business practice. This will be my last experience with Stoneberry and its 'sister' companies.

I'd give a zero if i could

I ordered from their sub accounts Masseys, The shoes were way to small however I paid 8.99 shipping they require another 9.99 to return or exchange them. The shoes were only 21.59. I've been on hold for 20 min so far with them. Never again!

Horrible customer service

I ordered 2 pair of shoes. It showed both pairs of the shoes in stock. It wasn't till one pair was on the way did I find out they split the shipment. That didn't bother me, what bothered me that they give their vendors 5 days extra to ship after their warehoused shoes ship. It has now been 17 days, rhey still haven't shipped. I called customer service and was put on hold for an hour and 20 minutes, after getting cut off twice. I asked for expedited shipping, which they agreed, bit still not shipped, and not expected to ship forbfive more days, maybe.
I asked twice for management to call (not trying to be a Karen), but they refuse to call me.
I would not recommend them to anyone!

Really not worth it... + HIGH prices

Really not worth it...
I was approved for $125 credit. I need to build my credit and I've only bought a "Smart Watch" so far. It cost about $80 and was not what I expected. The product is cheap and not worth the money as the only real feature it has is a stepcounter. I have made multiple payments some on time and some not. But somehow I still owe $60 on this item. And to boot I can not log in. When I attempt to click on the "account" icon it says "blocked" in the Chrome tab. I successfully made it to the payment screen (as I want to just pay it off and be done with it) and the website will not even allow me to pay. It shows my balance, will allow me to enter my account and card info, but will not allow me to pay off my balance. I'm really not so sure about this company. Something definitely feels shady. Oh, and if they call asking for payment and for some reason you can not make one, they can be very rude!

This place is horrible

This place is horrible. I applied for credit they said I was approved for 750.00 dollars placed a order it took 10 days before they finally sent a email saying they couldn’t process my order and it was canceled. But yet they say I owe $97.11. No I think not. Only reason I applied is because I have 0 credit and am trying to build my credit. They are a bunch of cons. I’m done fooling with this over priced place.
