Stone Stream Recenzje 1992

I have always used Stone Stream but no more. Bought the new Eco lux 9 mode shower head to find it does not fit into the suction shower head holder that I had purchased from them previously.
Nothing on the website to indicate this and they have not answered any email queries.
I believe you can tell how good a company is by their customer service. They have failed miserably.
Won't be using them again.

Excellent product! I love the soft water now that I’ve been using the filter for a while. It really makes a difference.
And when I had a problem with the shower head leaking, they sent me a new one right away with no charge.
I’m so glad I got this and I hope it will last a long time!

So we were very excited to receive our new shower head kit. We waited and it came eventually bit slow, but tracking number provided which was good.
Upon opening the box the first concern was the quality, very poor. Almost unfinished in parts, the plastic didnt seem to knit very well together.
We thought lets not judge a book by its cover and give it a go, but Oh My Word what a disappointing experience, if the head was not at the exact right angle the water didnt come through the spray holes just ran straight out of the head.
Decided that we had no option but to return as per their literature, messaged, again, again, again automated response. Then finally a glimmer of hope a response, this was a query from them as to whether my shower was electric, reply....wait...wait..wait. Nothing.
The silence is deafening, i have asked for a return address to process a return and refund...silence.
So it looks like small claims court for me, what a horrendous product and non existent customer service. DO NOT BUY

Not seen any difference between this and my previous shower head.

I've been waiting for my refund for over a week now and still haven't got it nor are stonestream getting back to me. I rang the number, but its says no longer in service!

My review got the attention of stonestream and WOW they called me to say they have refunded me.. amazing what a review can di isn't it?..

Very very poor quality, flimsy product (turbo shower head) send it back for a refund as they requested. Paid for postage. Sent 8 emails to get my refund, was told twice to wait 3-5 working days for the refund and in the end I had to open a paypal case to get my money back. Disgustingly bad service. avoid at all costs.

Ordered this wanting more power. Very poor, so much so ive gone back to my old shower head. This is far worse than my old unit. No magic here just expensive disappointment. Don’t believe their claims.

Love it , got no pressure on my electric shower so I got this and finally was able to have a good shower and hair felt rinsed

Great shower head, does what it says. I live in an extremely hard water area and my old shower dried out our hair and skin terribly. No more itching and dry skin! I love the interchangeable settings and the water feels so much softer. Great customer service also.

There was some trouble at the beginning with the courier company being EVRI (previously known as Hermes) but after that was changed to Royal mail, I’ve got my parcel.

It’s a nice bit of kit and the hose & stones I got in the bundle have come in useful. I brought this item because I wanted to improve the pressure in my shower, but to be honest this shower head hasn’t really change the pressure much. I should really preface by saying I have an electric shower, and that might actually be the real issue. The water is definitely smoother though and feels really nice to touch.

Ordered one of the three flow shower heads, it came very quickly and I was keen to give it a go. But try as I might, I could not get it to fit on our shower hose, it kept trying to crossthread itself. I text Stone Stream and received a reply the following day asking me to send them a photo of the problem. I was going to send them one, but a couple of days later a new, replacement handset arrived. Tried it, and Bingo!! Fits perfectly! Great service. Initial impressions of the shower are good, it does seem more powerful, but proof of the pudding will be tomorrow, first shower! But as I say, back up brilliant!!!!

I've been using the shower head for a couple of weeks and have seen a definite improvement in the pressure, especially when washing my dog - and the on/off button is so useful. I'd recommend this product.

Excellent good quality product with great service, works really well.

Service was swift, shower head appears to work fine and I feel the water is softer and kinder to dry skin. Overall it seems to 'do what it says on the tin' so I'm happy.

Despite the shower head itself being of seemingly good quality, the product did nothing for our water pressure.
A star for quality, no star for the water pressure.
All in all disappointing. Will not purchase another product

Bought the shower head a couple of months ago. It works fine. The pressure is the same as my previous shower head, possibly slightly less pressure.

The main reason I bought this is because my water is very chlorinated where I live and was making my skin very dry. I was hoping it would filter out this chemical. Alas the water is exactly the same. I can still smell the chlorine so I don’t believe the filtration works effectively if at all. I have noticed no difference in water quality so I feel it was a waste of money :(

Bought shower head a few about a month or so ago, fits okay, the only problem I have is when I've used it, the shower head is full of water and doesn't drain out,so I have to undo the shower head to drain the water out, not sure why it does this.
