Think twice before ordering............I ordered one of there products on the 10/8/24 and apart from an email confirming payment, I've heard nothing. I've messaged them to find out where it is and to track it but no reply at all.

This is the third shower head I've bought from you. I had to leave one behind when I moved house, so got another one, and bought one for my daughter recently. Love the gentle filtered water flow experience, and there is no limescale build up at all if you give it a little wipe round after a shower. The jets can spray out sideways sometimes, but if I wipe my thumb across the head when it's in use, it usually corrects that problem. A little maintenance required now and then, but I'd definitely recommend.

AVOID THESE CONMEN, They take your money, over charge you for a very cheap product that is s@^t, asked for refund, emailed week after week but never replied yet, 4 months of trying...
Didn't get sent what I ordered ether which never got a reply.

I am happy with the product. Bought for a power shower. Was expecting more power but in practice it was a much gentler shower with constant fuller spray pattern. So far so good 😊

This is a first class innovative product, which transforms showering in all ways. The extra pressure is so refreshing, as is the stone filtration.

Love the spray options and water pressure available! Can’t tell the difference on my hair though!

Overall a really good experience of our Stone Stream shower head. We’ve had it just over a month now and still enjoying having a shower with better pressure thanks to the little fan in the shower head. Only thing that concerns me is the build up of water in the shower head and how it’s going to impact on it in the long term.

I was unsure if this was legit, but needed a better shower experience so I bit the bullet and ordered one. The first shower head arrived I had issues that it didn’t work well I got shot in the eye by a spray of water, contacted stonestream with videos and they replaced it. No issues or quibbles, the head arrived put it on and OMG it’s so good, I now have a spa in my bathroom which is lovely as it’s my relaxing place.

Returned but never received a refund been chasing for over two months and they keep saying refund issued but will not tell me when it was refunded or details of account refunded too.It takes them days sometimes weeks to reply to an email .

Happy with the shower, works good. No problems with water pressure.

Worst shower head I've ever had, have tried 3 and not anywhere as good as a normal one even had to turn temperature to highest setting to get anywhere near acceptable.
Would never recommend.

Overall ok, but, the larger ring securing the face plate allows a leak which just drips down.
Unable to tighten ring or stop drip.
Disappointing, not as good as my previous one with stones.

It simply does not work. Water temperature runs patchy, eventually running cold. It did not increase my water pressure, but actually made it worse.

They were good at sending replacements, but unfortunately none of the replacements worked either. 5 replacements in total. They’re no longer responding to my emails.

Due to all the great reviews they received on this site, I wondered if it was my shower, so to be fair I asked 2 friends to give the shower head a go. Both of them had the same experience as myself.

It was rather amusing when they asked for a photo of the problem - how does one take a photo of a shower running hot one minute, then icy cold the next?

Personally would not recommend these shower heads.

EDIT. On reading other reviews, it seems i am not the only person to experience shower breakdowns when using this product, I wish I'd known that earlier, having my 3rd shower delivered tomorrow, so this stonestream product has cost me hundreds in plumber visits.

At first, I was pleased with this shower head and must admit, I no longer needed conditioner for my hair, but suddenly on buying a new shower, and fitting the stonestream, the shower packed up in 4 weeks, as with the replacement shower, that stopped working within 2 weeks. I got in touch with a reputable company, and they came out and told me the shower head is probably the culprit, that it is possibly causing back pressure, I've now had to buy a 3rd new shower and won't be using the stonestream ever again, in the bin it goes!

I like the actual shower head, love the fact you can stop the flow, that aspect is perfect for washing my dog or just cleaning the shower area. My main problem with this brand is the connections, they are plastic and constantly leak. We got 2 replacements and still same issue. So any savings we’d be getting are literally going down the drain with the leaks. Customer service is good, but this brand just isn’t for our particular shower.

This is no better than a cheap one from eBay or Temu. Very disappointed
