I ordered a shower head having previously been happy with an order from a couple of years ago, unfortunately this time not so much. The shower head has a different fitting and doesn’t fit this time round. I emailed customer service on the 27th December and followed up last week but have heard nothing. I would no longer recommend.

Be wary of their trustpilot rating. When they send a feedback request and you select 1 or 2 star it claims their is 'an issue' with the link. But works fine if you select 3, 4 or 5 stars. Have come to trust pilot direct to give a true rating.

Poor aftersales customer service. Product arrived and didn't improve flow rate. Have tried contacting them for resolution since start of December under their better shower guarantee terms. They are slow to respond and deliberately delaying hoping I gove up...I won't.

Have raised a credit card chargeback case to get my money back as item not as described or fit for purpose.

Shower head is leaking and needs a new seal I have been trying to get hold of this company since February asking me to send a video of the problem then not getting back to me now I have finally had a response today asking me to send video evidence and evidence of the emails I’ve been sending I only had one email from May as I had been contacting them off the page on there website instead of direct email to be told it’s not in warranty and offering me a discount code to buy a replacement absolute joke I will definitely not be spending anymore money with them.

Expensive, I have the shower head and additional filter. Absolutely no difference in limescale or pressure from my cheap £10 amazon shower head

AVOID THIS! DOESN'T WORK! We bought one of the shower heads but the pressure was worse than our original shower head. Yes it made pretty patterns but we bought it because of the promised pressure. However it doesn't do that. We've been trying to get a refund for a week but no communication by email and the phone number just goes dead. My advice is to avoid this. £32 wasted. 😐 Delivery took a long time too.

The cost is high. and after a few months use, the plastic body becomes brittle so if accidently dropped, 'from a relatively low' height it easily cracks in half.

This is my second purchase of shower heads; I have the adjustable shower heads in all my bathrooms in HK and The Philippines. However, I have now found exact copy in HK that is much cheaper, so this might be my last purchase.

Not happy with the delivery time, I wish I went somewhere else with better delivery time, you think how much it cost you? And no express delivery 🤷‍♀️.

Very easy to fit, nice light weight shower head - solves the problem we had of the previous heavy shower head falling out the bracket all the time! On / Off button function is very handy, as is the power button for giving the shower a quick blast clean!

Their products are good but I have asked for a receipt/invoice a month ago and still haven’t received anything. Doesn’t seem like they have the operations/accounting running properly. Shouldn’t be such an effort to get an invoice for an order.

I have emailed them twice now as I was sent the wrong products and also faulty products
I have asked for a refund or a full redelivery as the shower filter doesn't even connect to the shower hose that comes with it!?most if the products are now damaged after trying and trying and also my shower is now damaged!I will try and contact them once more but they really should look after customers better than this!!!

Don’t waste your money on this. It’s hopeless

I'm so baffled by the bad reviews. This is such a great product. Was emailed with a Royal Mail tracking code, item arrived when expected.

I have weak water pressure where I am and this company is a game changer. Finally can feel a powerful flow of water. Filters are a bonus. I love it! And will absolutely recommend to everyone I know.

It's amazing how something so small as changing a shower head can improve my entire morning and mood for the day.

I ordered both their showerhead and the filter. The showerhead is great but the filter was incompatible with our shower fitting. I emailed them about the issue and asked about their return process (which isn’t clear on their website). I received a reply saying they’d send me an adapter for the filter so it would fit properly, This took some time to come and when it arrived, while it improved the fitting, it still wasn’t wholly compatible.
I emailed again, explained the issue and asked how/where to return it. No response. I emailed again. No response. I emailed a third time. Still no response. So, I’m left out of pocket with an unusable part.
The showerhead is no different to the one sold by Showery, who I have used in the past, and provide much better customer service.
So, unless you know all the parts will definitely be compatible with your shower, I wouldn’t buy from this company as their customer service is awful and you may end up out of pocket.

14/10/24 Edited to add….. After posting this review, Stone Stream finally got in contact and refunded me. They also asked me to update my review, hence this edit. I think it’s a shame that after a month of chasing them, the only thing that galvanises them into action is a negative review. It really shouldn’t have been this difficult.

Happy with the shower head works well but the company's dispatch is slow and customer services are not very good

Ordered the stone stream turbo fan head and hose. Finally arrived today and it was absolutely awful. No pressure whatsoever. Way worse than the showerhead that was on before. I'm glad I didn't throw it out. It would be more satisfying to have a shower with a watering can. Unfortunately, I am not exaggerating. I have contacted Stone stream regarding a refund.

Absolutely terrible customer service and company.
I brought mine in may 2024 and fitted it on end of August 2024 as having bathroom done. Water started shooting out from the side so it was faulty.. sent them a video as they requested to see the fault once they DID eventually replied after sending around 8 emails chasing it.
And all they could say was they had a 30 day money back guarantee only. So couldn't help me. Dreadful company DO NOT BUY FROM

Same problem as the previous reviewer.
They claim to be contactable 24/7 but haven't responded to any emails or instant messenger, or chat.
They haven't even sent me my tracking details after a week.
Starting to think they're a scam.
