Shower filter doesn't fit. I have tried contacting four times now and I'm being completely ignored, this despite their promise to get back in four hours on their Web page, it's all a load of crap. Don't bother buying from them.

When I first bought the replacement stones I noticed immediate effect, my hair felt normal again. When it was time for a new replacement I decided to order more with a new showerhead and universal filter. Unfortunately, the new replacement together with the universal filter is not having the same effect I had the first time. My hair feels dry and I am experiencing more hairloss. Such a disappointment.

Very pleased with the service and quality of the shower head

Tried the new shower head. Quite expensive so was expecting improvements. It just pushes the water through smaller holes giving you the effect that it is more powerful. In truth less water comes out and you are in the shower way longer than you used to be.

Tried for a few months but have given up and bought a £4 one from DIY shop which gets more water out. It is slightly slower but it gets the bubbles off me quicker.

My whole family thinks it is worse and having 3 women who need to wash their long hair out quicker we need to stop using this.

Avoid spending money on this as it doesn't improve anything.

I have been ordering from Stone Stream for some time now. I recently ordered a filter I haven't connected yet because I want new shower hose. Customer service are great even those it's online. I had issue once that got resolved in timely manner and enable to trust buying a filter and replacement shower head. I love it.

The product was useless. They promised me a refund and despite contacting them many times and being told over and over I’d get my money back…no refund.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Warranty promise is not kept. Shower head is already defective after 10 months. On Mailabdrage is not answered then, however.

After having purchased two of these shower heads for my home and as I'm very impressed with them I have now purchased another and fitted it in to the shower in my camper van.

Over priced for what it is. I ordered the shower head and the water filter. Bit of a gimmick I think. Water feels no different, haven’t seen any benefits to skin or hair. It makes water colder and pressure goes up and down. Another Facebook ad that did not deliver the goods. Must learn my lesson!

We had an electric shower in our new home and it was such a disappointment I seriously considered ripping the walls down to get a proper shower installed.
I then so this in instagram and thought I would try it.
Glad I did I can now have a satisfying shower as it’s now a powerful shower so if you have a weak shower I can highly recommend swapping the head for one of these.
Just a shame I can’t get one for the fixed head.

I bought my original stone stream shower head years ago. It was an eye opener. A refit of my bathroom looked stunning, but the new electric shower lacked a little oomph. Took a chance on stone stream and what a difference! Power! All the family love it. Then I realised that I should be replacing the stones more often. I never had. New stones arrived quickly. I fitted them. It leaked. Advice from stone stream followed. It still leaked. I suggested a replacement washer. They sent me a replacement shower head. At no cost to me. I'm thrilled. It fitted easily and we are back to having a wonderful shower again.

Quick delivery. Excellent power. This is my second head - wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

Good Experience. Flow has definitely improved; howver, you may need to turn up the water temperature compared to your current use.
