I’ve gotten multiple makeup pouches and clutch from sticky bestie and absolutely LOVED it! I purchased a bunch to gift to my friends and they are absolutely amazed! They loved how it is multi purpose bag! U can use it as a makeup bag, clutch and dress it up and down. Great quality

placed an order on April 26th and have yet to receive anything; no product, no refund, nothing.

After lots really lots of emails chasing my package (customer support, managers even Cathy the CEO - LOL) , I was eventually promised a replacement shipment. That never arrived either. When I escalated further, I started receiving the same copy-paste emails from Cathy the CEO, managers, and all sorts of customer support people telling me my refund would be processed within 5 to 12 business days. I received that exact same email many times. In fact each time I reach out to them they send a generic AI reply, even whern answered by Cathy the CEO! Needless to say, the 12 days have passed, repeatedly, and not a single penny has been returned to my account.

This is not a customer service failure. This is a pattern. The repeated identical emails, the undelivered replacement, the refund that never materialises, this is what a scam operation looks like.

I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase from Stickybestie to think twice. Save your money and buy elsewhere from a retailer who actually delivers what you pay for and stands behind their commitments. And there are many many serious retailers in the world.

I will be escalating this through my bank and reporting this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

A one star rating is being very generous. Ordered in April and it is July and still have not received my order or my refund. Do not order!!! Just disputed charge on my CC.

I love the aesthetic of their bags and how cute they look! , perfect for all of my makeup and to fit everything as well as make it extremely stylish. Perfect for summer , and also love the small bag charms, looks very trendy - Leyla

I ordered my bags a MONTH ago. I only have a tracking link that hasn't updated ONCE in two weeks. They didn't offer me any discount, refund, extra goodies, nothing. just a tracking link that shows zero activity. if you need these in a timely manner, buy something else. I still don't have the bags.

I ordered two bags, but they never arrived. When I contacted the company, I was told they had been lost in the post and that they would send a replacement along with a complimentary gift. I agreed.
Two weeks later, I contacted them again because I still hadn't received anything. This time, I was told my order was still waiting to be dispatched.
I then requested a refund, but it's now been over a month and I'm still waiting. At this point, I don't expect to get my money back.
Avoid this company if you don't want to risk losing your money.

Placed a big order in April for birthdays and graduation gifts. It’s almost July and I never received them. The website is great and I still want them but that isn’t happening. I just hope I get my money back.

The cutest brand with pops of color that immediately caught my eye! Love the connivence and aesthetic of their bags, helps me always travel in style!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered on May 12 and still haven’t received my bag. Given the delay I received and email communicating I’d been given a second bag for free given there was a delay. I was then told there was no second bag and initially I couldn’t get a status on my order. I then received a shipping tracking code which now for ten days still shows it hasn’t left China. I was then promised a refund and told it was being processed. Once again this company scammed me as I can’t get answer about the status of my refund.

I placed an order on 9th of April and they first of all took ages to deliver from china and then once they arrived I wasn’t happy with the quality so I requested a refund and to send them back but they replied saying there was no need and they would just give the money back. I went through a 30 message chain before they BLOCKED MY EMAIL when I asked every two weeks where my money was (90 euros by the way). Still don’t have my money and it’s June 26.

Very bad, never received my order, a big order, wrote many emails, alwasys excuses, ask for a refund, never heard from them, not replying to my emails anymore.
Very disapponted, I really wanted their bags, or at least my money back.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to their customer service department. I ordered a bag and forgot to add my second bag free. I was initially told that since my bag had shipped there was nothing they could do, but after repeatedly contacting them, I was finally told that they would ship me the second free bag and even give me a third bag if I gave them a favorable review. I had no problem doing that because I really do love their bags but after posting my review they ghosted me and stop responding to my emails. Needless to say, I am not happy with this brand. Their customer service is horrible.

After multiple AI generated email responses and an AI generated what’s app conversation, I am still without my purchase on June 24th. I’ve been promised “a gift on us bc of the delays”, I’ve been told 5-10 business days, I’ve been told it’s been processed and waiting on the shipping company (twice).
I’m getting no where with their customer service.
I was eyeing up their product for a while and decided to try it out and it’s been totally disappointing. At this point I don’t even know how to get my money back. Is it fraud? Scamming? If anyone can help me that would be greatly appreciated

Good customer service, are able to assist with any queries or issues quickly and good quality bags, no imperfection and exactly like the pictures

I placed my order on June 11, and it still hasn't been shipped.

The biggest issue is the completely terrible customer support. First, I was told one of the items was unavailable (after quite a few messages from me). Then I received an email saying my package had been lost in transit, even though I had never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. Later, they admitted that information was incorrect.

I then asked them to either ship my order immediately or issue a full refund. They assured me that my order would definitely be dispatched on Monday. Monday has now passed, my order still hasn't been shipped, and customer support has gone silent.

Love sticky bestie ! their unique patterns are so chic and make them truly valuable to a girls wardrobe. will be buying again !!!

My experience with StickyBestie so far has been wonderful. Their team has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the collaboration process. Kind of feels like this website is a con....ordered over a month ago, nothing has arrived, no replies to emails- contacted again, promised a refund and nothing has come through and they aren't replying. Do NOT recommend buying from here.
