Stellation Media is a scam. Their customer service is unhelpful, unresponsive, and generally uncaring about their clients. I have e-mailed multiple times to no response. The phone number they provide does not work. They keep sending me links to connect my IG account that do not work and then it takes a full week for them to get back to me with another link that does not work.

Hi Jordan,
Our customer service teams work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm . This is a standard here in the United States, so if there is a delay it's usually because it's over the weekends. We do not offer phone support due to the number of clients, free trials and website visitors we have, we would have to have a team of 10 people and have a mini call center!
If you are having problems connecting your account, just reach out to your account manager and they will make sure your accounts connected to our service properly.

Bots and no real people behind their customer service.
Funny, the only positive review is made by Magari, which is an apparel brand owned by the same guy who owns Stellation...
Enough said.

The account has been disconnected, blaming clients for password or username changing (that never happened).
You are just struggling against Instagram regulations.

We have 3 accounts managers who are not humans, I am not even sure if there is a bot that can run a legitimate customer service team or not! If there is, I'd love to know.
We never asked our clients to give us reviews on this site, to be honest, we didn't even know it existed! Magari has been a long term of a client of ours for years now, so we reached out to them an asked. As we will be doing with a lot of other clients we have been serving over the years.
In regards to your service, I'm not sure what lies have been told. We'd be happy to help out and provide some truth. Just reach out to your account manager!

Don't waste your money! They are a total scam, and I'm convinced that the "good" reviews for them scarred around the net are fake. We subscribed to their service last week after our (successful) free trial. They have not done a single thing on the account except for HURT our engagement rate.
This is a scam.

I am not sure how our service can be a scam if you had success with it in your 5-day free trial?
We are not the ones hurting your engagement rate, that's Instagram. They are slowly but surely decreasing the organic reach accounts have on each of their posts. This happened with Facebook business pages years ago and history is slowly but surely repeating itself.

Worst service ever
I paid premium promotion to Stellation Media.
The service never even started.
I exchanged e-mails during three weeks with their manager and he constantly delayed the start, but they never started the follow/unfollow cycle since it seems they are restricted by Instagram and they are having issues with their service.
They don't want to provide refund, so you will have to ask for it through your bank or paypal if you want to get your funds back.
Avoid it.

Seems to be legit but when you ask for help it belly flops. So I subscribed to their paid service, received all the welcoming emails but on connecting my account it wouldn't work. Their email help line is automated. They sent me replies asking for the same thing six times and I copied and pasted it six times. They only replied when I said I'd cancel. They had blocked my account for unknown reasons so ended up paying a months subscription for nothing. By the way Jordan isn't a real person. It's an automated email reply service. Don't bother with them. If they decide to dispute above I've happily kept all the emails.
