I was actually encouraged to sign up on October 29, which I did - so please don't say that you stopped all new clients from October 19. The service has not worked at all and we still cannot see the 'new features' of mass polling etc even though you said it would be ready on November 4. Any update would be welcome - I still have faith that your service will work and be successful - but it's important to be transparent with people.

That is very strange, did you visit our site prior to the 19th? It sounds like your browser cache was not cleared. If you selected one of our packages when you clicked subscribed, you would have been redirected to a page that stated we are not taking on any more clients.

Also, can you please condense your 2 reviews into 1 as this negatively affects our rating.

Does Not Work

Unfortunately the service does not work and I’m working on getting a refund. Don’t sign up for this. I don’t know where the good reviews are coming from but none of these services are working anymore.

If you are having any sort of issues with your account please contact your account manager, I just checked your is Marc. . Marc is great and will troubleshoot any issues you are having and we'll also provide extra time to your dashboard use for any delays in our service!

If you experience any sort of temporary downtime with mass story views it's due to Instagram updating their API's. We lay this all out in our terms of service. We 100% rely on IG's open API, so when huge changes are made, our developers need some time to update things on our end as well.

When this occurs, we will also add those extra days of inactivity back to your account. This is not something just Stellation Media deals with, this is something the entire Instagram Growth community deals with as we all work on the same open API Instagram provides.

I understand when purchasing a service you expect it to be 100% functional 24/7/365 however in this type of business of Instagram Growth there will always be some downtime throughout the year, we have no control over it. don't worry though, we will ALWAYS compensate our clients for any downtime :)

Love!!!!

Being a mommy to a toddler has my hands fuller than you can imagine. I’ve tried to maintain my instagram but lets just say that has failed time and time again. After a few weeks i’ve gained hundreds of new followers and some orders and now i’m able to give my little girl the time she deserves!

My goal was to get more followers but I received so much more back than I paid for. This service is great. There dashboard is pretty sweet too - love that I have full control over everything and don't have to hit up my account manager all the time. Good stuff SM!

Stellation Media is back in action

Stellation Media is back in action! I'v been using them for 8 months now and there was a couple bumps in the road when Instagram banned the follow / unfollow thing, however their new service is kick a**! I love how I have complete control over my own dashboard, targeting, etc Great price & has so many new features as well. I can schedule posts, read my DMS and even send DMs to people who follow me. Good stuff guys!

Happy customer

Let’s face it, Instagram isn’t what it used to be. With its ever-changing algorithms, advertisements and post priorities; growing an account has become a massive challenge. Over the last year, all media support platforms took a tremendous hit as the liking/ unlinking and following / unfollowing function became obsolete. During this time, Stellation media took a hit too as their foundation for growing an account was based on those functions. In lieu of this, they were communicative of the issues and promised to find a solution. They refunded me for the months the service did not work properly and allowed me to try their new service for a free month. I am happy to say, the new service is fantastic. It allows for more control of the service itself as it offers a comprehensive internal dashboard. Overall great experience with this company, they turned an unexpected twist in the Instagram social media platform and found a solution to help continue to grow accounts.

Great service to see big results

It's a scam, plain and simple

This company is owned by one guy, and probably operated by the same person. Emails go unanswered and they are using a BOT named Jordan to respond to emails with generic BS responses that are not answers to anything I actually asked.

They'll take your money and you won't see ANY growth on profile, except a few fake followers that will simply get your account banned on IG, and then NOTHING! They won't even offer a refund. Stay away!

Yes, this company is owned by one person. We have a full customer support team, dev team, affiliates and marketers as well, this is how businesses are usually ran :)

We do not have "robots" answering emails. If you received a long-winded response it's because we are very thorough with our responses. For commonly asked questions, we do have saved responses to make our customer service extremely efficient.

1) We do not buy or offer fake followers

2) If you request a refund because our service is not operational, then yes we will process it.

3) We have never had a client's account get banned before.

This review almost seems likes it's from a competitor, as it's very inauthentic.

I have been with Stellation for a year…

I have been with Stellation for a year now and I must say they have the best customer support team i've ever came accross and my Instagram has been growing every single day. Yes, for a few months my growth did stop but they have me on their new dashboard and I love it!

I contacted this so called media group…

I contacted this so called media group with questions regarding their service. They stated their canned proposal stating that they can prove their results. Sad to say, the were WRONG & FAILED to deliver anything akin to results. Anyone looking to grow their ig account, you are better off doing it on your own than considering this ban of misfits who will steal your money.

Our new service which was launched 9/27/19 is 100% fully operational and our clients have FULL control over their dashboard, targeting, etc Are you referring to our old service which use the follow/unfollow method? If so, that service we have discontinued.

I am not sure how we are misfits though, if you contact your account manager Jordan or Marc they will make sure to help you with any issues and process any funds that are owed to you.

Also, results are not guranteed - if your Instagram profile has horrible content and you don't take the time to use niche specific targeting, how can you expect real humans to follow you? We can't force that.

Niche specific targeting, a great Instagram profile combined with our Mass Stroy Viewing service = amazing results.

My experience with this platform has been amazing. I signed up two weeks ago and I’m already seeing results. The customer service is very responsive and tentative to my questions which I truly appreciate. My account manager is helpful in so many ways and never gets annoyed with my questions. The dashboard was easy to manage which is a huge plus! Thanks for the IG revamp

Long time client here.

I've been a client of Stellation Media for about 7 months now. Things worked great for ages and then there was recently a few months where things weren't working so well, which is what the reviews further down this page are talking about.

This seems to have happened with every company in this industry. I chatted to support and they agreed to give me a partial refund, so I won't complain.

This week they launched a new system and they asked me to give it a go so I have. They provide mass story views, post scheduling and in-depth analytics along with other features.

My account is growing again.

A real nightmare

This company is a nightmare of the worst kind. I almost regret ever getting to know them. I tried their free trial for 4 days and decided to sign up for the services before the free trial was over, (which was a 5-day period), in retrospect, that was my first mistake.
From the moment I signed up for services, my headaches with them started. First, the very next day I signed up, I received an email offering a 15% discount. Since I had already signed up for services full price, I asked for the discount to be applied to my account, but they never did. Then my service never got started. My account saw no growth for almost 20 days, even though I kept emailing them and complaining about it. They would take more than 24 hours to respond to any communication and when they did, it would be a very impersonal, generic response which I'm sure now was automated, blaming a glitch in their software as the reason to my account being disconnected from their service. Then, they kept asking me for my password to connect again, but the service would still not get started. Again, no mention of applying the discount they had offered initially. I wrote a few more emails complaining about their lack of response and the horrible customer service and someone named "Jordan" ( who was supposed to be my account manager) kept sending me the same generic responses instead of addressing the problem (so frustrating!). When I finally had enough of them and asked my services to be canceled, it's when they try to upsell me a "new" service they had just launched, they said it was a "manual" service, and I wouldn't have those problems again. However, the "new service" was much more expensive than the original one I had signed up for, (typical bait and switch). I finally agreed to it, (just to get my money's worth) when they said they would "grandfather" my account into the new service for a 30-day free trial. Again, it took almost a week for the service to kick in and when it did, they were sending the wrong following for my niche that I had originally set up for my account, which means they did not even bother to look at the settings I had put into my account. I'm in the beauty/fashion industry and I had exclusively set it up for female followers and they were sending me a lot of other business accounts, fake followers and older male followers which are pretty much useless for me niche. They pretty much ruined my IG account with their services and were a complete waste of money and time, and now I have to clean up their mess on the top of all that. I feel now, that if I had never got in contact with them in the first place, and worked on my account on my own, I would've been much better off by now. It's been almost 45 days since I signed up with them, my account is pretty much ruined, and I have to start my growth all over again. I feel like they just get your money run with it, on the top of the sub-par service, hoping you're not paying attention to your account so they keep getting paid. Long story short, stay away from this company at all costs. You will be much better off working on your own or hiring real professionals.
Update: A day after I wrote this review, my account was “action blocked” by IG for a whole week because of the “fake followers” they sent my way. Nice! I also noticed they respond to bad reviews right away. I wish they were this responsive with their actual clients. Also, standard response is to blame the client, never owning up to bad service (or lack of service) they provide.

1) When purchasing a recurring subscription through paypal / stripe it's impossibe for us to change the pricing, Paypal & Stripe will not let us. You would have to requested a refund, then purchase your subscription again, which is what our account manager informed you about.

2) Our office hours are M-F 9am-5pm PST. All emails are responded within 24 hours within our office hours, You will always get a response back from our team. We never denied communication with you.

3) Since everyone knows, software automation is pretty much invalid at this moment, we created a new service that is run by humans and not an automated bot. We sent you our landing page and our FAQ which I guess was overlooked, we state in our FAQ there is not filter targeting (no age, gender, location, etc) We stated in our email, we will use the targeting you provided us in your targeting submisison in our previous service. If you were not happy with the account we were interacting with, you could have emailed us and we would have sent you an updated targeting form.

4) To others reading this, we went above and beyond for our clients to create a new growth service for our clients since software automation is almost impossible to run now on Instagram. We offered our clients a refund or a 30 day trial for our service which is run by a team of 50 people at this moment in time. This client requested a 30 day trial. With this, clients must connect their account via our live chat which is operating 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. If a client took a week to connect their account, that is not our fault. Once connected, a client will recieve a FULL 30 days of growth.

The last 45 days have been hectic with automation softwares, every company has experienced the same problems. Our developers stated it should be fixed soon, however it's taking A LOT longer than anyone has expected. Everyone uses the same 3 softwares in the industry. We have been offering ALL of our clients refunds or 30 days trials on our new service and a coupon code at 50% to grandfather them into our new service with a massive discount to the inconvience.

We provide amazing service and customer experience. Some people expect answers within 2-3 hours, do not read our FAQ's and understand our service in full before writing these reviews.

We served many clients over the last year and never promoted this website for positive reviews, and the backlash for the last 30 days have been due to the automation software not working which at this moment is still being fixed and since then we have shut the doors to that service and shifting our clients to our human run growth service.

This service does not work as advertised

This service does not work as advertised. Myself and many others spent money on this service only to have a few days of activity followed by a complete cessation of service. When requesting a refund, I did not receive an email back. Although I see they are replying to these reviews saying they will provide a refund, this is simply not the case as I have tried getting my money back multiple times. Contrary to what they are replying on these reviews, I believe that Jordan is an automated customer service system and the company is ran by a single individual who also runs multiple other online businesses such as Magari.

As stated in my previous messages we have an entire staff. 2 account managers, and 8 people working behind the scenes to update targeting, handle-free trials, handle all the support with free trials, a sales team for follow-ups and a billing department, which is what I am handling at the moment.

Jordan, is a real person and answers within a very timely matter. We have dedicated office hours and do not work over the weekend. Servings so many clients, we never promoted trust pilot for positive reviews because we never knew it existed up until now.

I am a social media manager and have been struggling to grow two of my clients account, and I know I need help to kickstart. With my client’s approval, we did try their service and we love it. I would say that they really gave us a big push to start. Their service + good content + engaging through DM of the new followers, I believe is something that made things really work for us.

Absolute garbage and a waste of money

Absolute garbage and a waste of money. Saw growth for about 2 days and then it stopped. They said my account got disconnected, so I reconnected it. Then nothing. Reached out to customer service and they said the service would begin again in 48 hours. A week went by with still nothing. Over an entire month, I could tell someone was working to grow my account for maybe 2-3 of those days. Asked for my money back (or at least a prorated refund) for the days they didn’t do anything and got radio silence. Horrible, HORRIBLE company. Don’t use them!
