Purchasing a dashboard of this caliber I did have some hesitation about managing my own dashboard, usually, a dedicated customer rep handles these tasks. Based on the positive feedback from my colleagues who use, I stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to give it a try. Shaun has been so helpful and has guided me through this process. Honestly I was really hopeful when i started up with this service, and have had the same experience as Anthony. I reached out via email and have heard nothing back and the service itself spams people for brief periods of time and then gets stuck behind IG's restrictions and flatlines. Almost for the better that it does i suppose seeing as it spamming people hasn't generated any new followers anyhow. I want a refund but I'm going to guess we're out of luck here as they aren't responding.

First, I am not sure who Anthony is? Can you please let us know what review you are referring to?
Our customer support is 8am-6pm est Monday- Friday and we have 2 dedicated account managers, a pre-sale inquiry team and a dedicated help center with documents. If you did not get an answer, I assume you sent an email after our business hours. They will get in touch with you when they are back in the office.
When you say you got messages to quit spamming their account, what do you mean by this exactly? If you go to our sales page, our mass story engager is outlined in great detail via text and also video in regards to how it works and the different types of story stickers we can engage with.
If you are using our question/answer sticker, in our help documents, getting started guide, etc we say you MUST use 50 questions otherwise users can perceive this as spam ALSO...you do not need to select this option either. Our clients have FULL control over their dashboard, settings, targeting, and actions our service performs on behalf of your account.
It sounds like you did not set up your account properly. Please reach out to your account manager so we can troubleshoot the issue for you.

If I had to make one suggestion, it would be to make the dashboard a little more illiterate friendly but hey, I’m not technologically advanced but I was able to figure it out :)
I am thankful for the service for giving me more profile traffic. Instagram was getting a little boring but this is exactly what I’ve been needing. It’s been very beneficial to my Insta.

Growing My Fan Base and Great Service!
Starting an ecommerce business has not been easy for me and with the limited amounts of time I do have available away from my practice, the last thing I want to be doing is building my online presence.
The mass story viewer is awesome! Set it up & click start and the followers just start rolling in! I'm currently growing my fan base by 15-20 users daily. The dashboard is super easy and only takes 5 4-minutes to set it up. Usually just check in about twice-a-week just to make sure things are running smoothly.
Also, their customer support guy, Marc, is great!. A huge thank you to the Stellation Media team for doing the groundwork for me. Keep crushing it guys!

Honest review here... I really think that Stellation Media is a legit company trying as hard as they can to find loopholes in Instagram to help companies grow their account. Where we stand today though - Instagram has won the battle. I tried Stellation Media for 3 weeks and it was a constant tug of war. When it worked - I would start to see results. However, IG would quickly catch on and then lock my account. I changed my password 10 times during this past month & every time feared that I'd log back in to see all of my photos and followers stripped from my account... It reached a point where I stepped back and told myself that it just isn't worth the risk...
If everything worked flawlessly, I'd give it a 5 star review. Truth is though - I think that IG has a microscope on this company and the second Stellation Media finds a way to beat IG - IG immediately counteracts by correcting the loophole... If I didn't know any better, I'd suspect that someone that works for IG is a subscriber to Stellation Media for this very purpose because it's minblowing how fast SM can go from working great on your account to tanking and doing nothing for your profile.
I cannot recommend that you join Stellation Media at this time, but I applaud their tenacity to fight against IG. They were honest when they were having issues. I wish them the best and I'm not even interested in a refund. It was nice to see a company at least try.

Thanks for the kind words and transparency. Yes from Oct 19th to the early bits of November it has been a heck of a battle with Instagram. With their application constantly having problems, pushing out major API updates and all the hype in the media around the 2020 election in the US and social media marketing on Instagram it's been hectic but we are not giving up, our new feature mass story engager has been working really well!
For readers, automation is not what it used to be. Set, forget and you can run your account seamlessly for years. We have a full dev team that is constantly adapting, updating and figuring out ways to get around Instagram's strict measures. When things work, they WORK and we deliver crazy results. With using ANY automation/growth service in 2019 - 2020 THERE WILL BE HICCUPS. When IG makes a major update, it affects all third party services since it runs on their open API.
At the end of the day it comes down to this, without these growth companies the only other option is to run IG Ads or Shoutouts from large pages on Instagram, both of these are EXTREMELY pricey. If you want results that you can scale, be consistent and no hiccups here and there, that's your route. Your looking at spending anywhere from $300-$1000 a month tho and that's if you know how to do it properly and have the right team & experience.
Otherwise, you have to deal with the problems that will come along with third-party growth services, as stated above, it's not what it used to be. For $99 a month, there is nowhere else where you can increase your profile visits, followers, DM engagement, story views, website clicks etc.
If you look at ANY growth company, everyone is getting bad reviews because we are all going through the same BS but i can assure you that we provide the most transparent, honest and best customer service on top of one of the best services / all in one dashboard in the industry.
Moving forward we have been setting the tone and letting our clients know this from day 1 in their welcome email. We can't predict the future however based on our past experiences we can provide some insights.

I had to wait a while for the new software to be launched, and a few teething problems, but it is now running smoothly, and wow it was worth the wait!

We post good content on our Instagram each day, but Facebook has made it impossible to reach your own followers with there new algorithms, let alone potential new customers!
