do not sign up for this service

I have been with them for about 3 months now the first 2 months were good but now there hasn't been any activity from last one month and I have to email them so many times to find out what the issue is. the Marc guys always responds on time but I can't seem to figure out what their problem is. they don't provide service properly last email I got was they told me instagram is down it can take upto 6 days to resolve the issue by that time the new billing cycle will come. they will take your money and then same thing will happen all over again. I have been promoting my videos on instagram to gain followers on top of that I am paying them for basically nothing. if anything changes or service gets better I will remove or update my review. at the moment it sucks.
* updating my review still no response they sent out an email wanting to confirm if I was a real client which I did. also reached out to my account manager and he haven't responded. do not sign up for this service at the moment their system is down and NOT WORKING they always blame you or instagram for the poor service.

Hi Alexa,

We are sorry to hear about the problems you were having this month. Instagram did crash 3x in the month of June so far, so when this happens, yes our service can be down up to 48 hours, usually, it's only 12 hours though.

When you say, take your money, you are on a recurring billing cycle. If you do not want to be billed again, not a problem, we can go in and cancel your subscription or you have the option to cancel it yourself via your billing dashboard.

We always add the extra downtime to our client's accounts at the end of the dashboard use. Legally, we can't change the date you are billed, Paypal and Stripe (our payment providers) do not allow us too. It stinks.

Also, make sure you are following the proper guidelines and settings with our mass story engager which is outlined on our knowledge base and also on the growth feature itself.

We are releasing an upgraded version of mass story engager in the next two weeks that will allow you to choose targeting via hashtags, location, username & even explore page.

We are constantly improving our service, interface, ux/ui and adding various features. In the world of automation its against uphil battle against Instagram considering we work on their 3rd party API.

NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I got partial refund from them.
I bet they are serious company and customer service is great. But did not worked properly for me. 3 stars at the moment. I will try again in the future.

You should be interacting with 3-5k story stickers and viewing hundreds of thousands of stories a day, it sounds like there is some sort of configuration errors with your settings.

Once you reach out to your account manager, you'll be in great hands and we'll figure out what's wrong.

Great outcome

When I have a new follower, I set up my account to automatically send them a message. I made sure it was a friendly, non-spammy message. A lot of people don’t respond, and that’s okay because at least they see it. In my welcome message I give them my website and I have seen a lot of new traffic from my DMs. This was the best idea ever. At first I was so turned off because it sounds like you are burdening your potential customers, but once you look past the fear, it is so worth it. I think you can write up to like 5 messages

Rock star package

Between the three programs I didnt know which one to pick. Good thing they had a package comparison video because without it i would be lost. One thing I think you guys should do is have a better text written comparison because I was stuck for a long time and almost gave up. Other than that, this service has been great to me. I signed up for the rock star package and I have no complaints.

Very convenient service

Having full access to all of the features is more my style and I am glad I signed up for the rock star package. Having a mini office online is like the best thing ever. I thought the dashboard would be complicated to use but after watching the youtube videos you guys have, is so easy to follow. I can do it with my eyes closed practically. The cropping feature is my most used tool because i am lazy so I wait until the last minute to make changes. Instagrams regular website doesn’t allow you to DM from my chrome computer, but your service does. I dont know how you do it, but its so cool and convenient

Signed up for the mass story engager

I signed up for the mass story engager bundle not because it is the cheapest, but because it is everything I need all in one. My needs aren’t a lot, I just don’t know how to do it without getting frustrated. Sometimes I can’t even look at my instagram because I get so discouraged that it isnt going anywhere but for the past month, Stell made a huge turnaround and now my confidence is rising. I gloat about this service to everyone I know especially my other friends with businesses. 10/10 would recommend

Happy with the service

My doggy daycare is always too loud to sit and focus on my work. My customers are constantly sharing photos and tagging me. I try to repost them as soon as they come in, but I find myself too busy replying to messages. I decided to hire stellation media to take away some of the burden. The dashboard allows me to answer messages and comments straight from my computer which is so convenient because when I do it from my phone, here comes distraction making its way into my life. Now I can sit at my computer, answer messages while booking appointments, and the whole Stellation media handles the hard work. Yall I am so happy right now you don’t even know! Shoutout to Shaun for always answering my questions super fast.

WORSE SERVICE EVER.

WORSE SERVICE EVER.. NOT TRUSTED
Don't buy their lies and fakes reviews.

After using this service for 2 weeks this has been the most dishonest experience my husband and I experienced with this service. Pay attention to the bad reviews here. They are from real customers with unpleasant experiences with this dishonest company.

They take your money, your IG account information to mess around with your account, and you get literally no results instead you got ghost followers that never interact with your account and they will goes off from your account every day. This is a big red flag among many other this service has.
When you request a refund for their poor service they denied your access to your dashboard but they are still using your account to boot other IG accounts once you stop using their service. There is no guarantee of security on your IG account with this dishonest company because they will still using your IG account and credentials without your permission to keep messing with your account once your access to your dashboard is denied by them. My husband and I realized that after reading all their negative reviews this have been happening with every client who reach out to them requesting a refund from their poor service, poor management, and dishonest behavior with our IG accounts.
Even when we have been in contact with them asking them to stop using my IG account for their interaction on mass story views with fake followers and irrelevant IG accounts they are not stopping using my IG account. They are lying deliberately blaming Instagram when Stellation Media is the real problem here.
So, if I don't have access to my dashboard anymore why you are still using my IG account without my authorization every day?
STOP USING MY ACCOUNT FOR ONCE WE DON'T OWE YOU NOTHING. LEAVE MY ACCOUNT ALONE....ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is your second review of the same experience within a week, this review will be reported, please keep all reviews under 1, please.

Our founder reached out to you directly, we refunded your service after 2 weeks of use and have gone above and beyond with this entire experience for you guys.

When a refund occurs, you do not have access to the service anymore as your account is immediately set to deactivate, that's how all services work.

For those reading this, the client is upset because they are still receiving count down notifications from Instagram. This is a type of Instagram Story where someone posts a countdown sticker on their story. For example, my new book is going to be released on 5/7/2020, if we engage with this story sticker, on 5/7/2020, you will also receive a notification saying the book release is happening today. This client thinks we are still interacting with stories, when all it is, is notifications from the countdown.

We also sent a 5-minute video screen recording showing the client that their dashboard and Instagram account is not connected to our service and provided more indepth answers to how our service worked, how the countdown sticker worked, and also why some of the results they received occurred.

As a potential client, if you have any sort of questions, please reach out to us via the contact form on our website and talk to our pre-sales team. Our service is 100% operational and providing unreal results for those clients who take the time to learn and understand how our service works. We can't please everyone, we get that, but don't let these type of reviews stop you from growing your business.

We are based in the US, have customer service that works 7 days a week and honestly one of the only legitimate growth platforms on the internet right now.

I didn’t believe that results..

I didn’t believe that results would be instant, but when they say 24 hours, they really mean it. My notifications were jumping off the walls but i wasn’t complaining at all. Better than not having any notifications for days on end. My account manager never took more than 10-24 hours to write me back which I really appreciate because the business i was signed up with more literally would answer my questions every 3-5 days. Customer service is important to me and I want to feel as though I am valued and not just another account. Shaun my account manager makes sure I have nothing to worry about and at first I thought he was just saying that but he has proven it every single time. Cant wait to see where 2020 takes me.

The mass story engager is great

The mass story engager is great! I am really big on stories, polls, questions, and really getting my followers to engage with me. My feed is my least driver of engagement, so I only post like once a week. But my stories never reach under 20 posts a day. Stellation has been great at doubling the traffic. If you guys want to throw more at me, feel free haha :) I am so pleased with how smooth everything is going and how easy my dashboard is to use. Everything is pretty self-explanatory. You are missing out for every minute you don’t sign up

Our billing is recurring and you will be billed every 30 days unless you reach out to us stating you want to cancel your subscription or if you cancel your subscription through our billing dashboard.

When you say you are kicked at your account, we are not sure what you mean by that. When you sign up we provide in-depth instructions on how to set up your account and also provide a personalized license key so you can activate your dashboard. As long as you are a paying member, your dashboard will always remain active.

I would avoid this company…

I would avoid this company at all costs. They will charge you and then not give you any access for months. It is by far the worst service I have seen in a long time there are just too many options out there to deal with dishonest companies.

After reviewing our previous conversations with you, which are all logged in our customer service platform, we find this review to be rather misleading.

With our 1 star reviews, since we have other visitors reading them, we always explain our side of the story.

1st.
You reached out to use on 1-23-2020 with an activation issue, which we fixed immediately.

2cd.
The next time you reached out to us was April 18th. You had an issue stating your account got disconnected (which does happen, this is done by Instagram) when this does, we send an email stating you need to reconnect your account. If a client does not reconnect their account, then yes our service does not work as there's no account connected. We also reset your password for you as you were having difficulties logging in.

As a client, you have full control over your dashboard and your mass story engager. If you do not use these tools and set them up, the growth will not occur. This is an automated service controlled by the client, not us. We have a full staff of account managers that are there to answers every question you have, help tweak your settings and provide insights to further growth.

We also offered to compensate you for the months you paid and you said to just cancel your account. If you want to take us back up on that offer, just reach out to your account manager.

We hope we can work with you in the future.

BEWAREHorrible service

Worst service ever my emails kept changing kept logging me out of my account , says incorrect username email.. the customer service is trash they don't help with what you need they just make generic responses I paid $200 !! And haven't got a damn thing j paid for i do not recommend them to anyone at all, and I bet their reviews are bought they respond here to lie and say what they are doing even though they aren't just pay your money and see what I'm talking about BEWARE

We responded to your email within 5 hours & please note it was sent on a Saturday. On the weekend we do not have as much staff working. Monday - Friday we are usually quicker to respond. As soon as we received your email, we fixed your issue.

Regarding getting kicked out of your account and having different email addresses. I just checked your account, everything is fine. You have not set up mass story engager though, you have only connected your Instagram account, so you can't expect results to occur if this is not set up yet. We have sent you the necessary articles that explain how to do so, it only takes a couple of minutes.

You are signing in with the wrong email address on your social media dashboard, you not using the same email address you used when signing up. Please make sure your remember your credentials so you do not have issues loggin in.

Shaun has answered every email in a timely manner, even over the weekend/s. In order for our service to help grow your account, you need to make sure you are reading our support articles and making sure you are setting up the growth feature properly. This service only works if you set it up, if you don't then you will not see any results.

Please keep in contact with Shaun as he will be your main point of contact.

I have used a few types of software before but this is a great combo of automation tools and general tools to help with running my account. Worth trying.

Best service

If you are a startup with no resources, this service is your best shot at getting off the ground. It will only work if you are willing to give it a chance. The negative reviews do not define their capabilities. I opted for the rockstar package. I thought that if I was going to take a chance at letting someone up my business, I might as well go all the way. My training business has me seeing clients back to back. With no wifi at the gym, I can’t keep up with my social media accounts until the night time but by then, i’m too tired. The rockstar package gave me Shaun as my account manager and I can tell that he puts my business as a priority. Even when I am not available, things behind the scenes are getting done and the constant instagram notifications have proven that. Shoutout to Shaun!

Set up was so easy!

Set up was so easy! Unlike the other sketchy services out there, this one gives you real results asap. Shaun is the GOAT honestly. He was able to hook me up so fast. It’s been over 5 months since I’ve signed up for Stellation Media and he constantly checks in on me. I never have anything to complain about. Engagement has exploded 🔥 After trying several of their services, DM Welcomer has been the best for my business. Once someone follows me, my page automatically sends them a DM. This helps in so many ways. I’ve gained so many loyal customers through this automation thing. Will never be unsubscribing. Thanks guys.

Great Service, Great Team

As a carpenter in this day and age, I have come to realize social media is my only tool to keep my business afloat. I tried it on my own but I’ve come to the realization that I have been wasting money left and right on ads and other tools that brought me nothing in return…. I googled for help and found a bunch of people. I spent a couple hundred on about a dozen ‘programs’ or ‘people,’ and it got me crap to be honest. A bunch of robots and spammed likes. I took my last chance on Stellation and im so glad I signed up to have an account manager because I wouldn’t be able to handle any of the feedback on my own. Engagement is so real. Sometimes I get overwhelmed but i woudnt want it any other way…. Thanks again

Horrible

I was using them for three months and at first, it was great. But then all my friends and family members were deleted off my account and I followed 4000 people, none of whom I actually knew. I had to pretty purge restart my account and had to explain a lot to ticked off friends...

DO NOT USE.

Based on checking our payment records, your last payment to us was August 20th, 2019. This review was regarding our old service which we did use the follow and unfollow method. This is not for the new service we offer. The old service has since been shut down not only by us, but the entire industry in whole.
