These guys are awesome

These guys are awesome, legit and honest. They actually send you help videos that are personalized to your request, they are in it to be a part of your team. This is the only thing I've found that is both real/organic and actually has real humans as support who can help you make the best of it with your goals.

The Stellation platform has been great!

The Stellation platform has been really beneficial for me! Post scheduler is my #1 feature, hands down. Allows me to go about my day after putting in a bit of work instead of setting alarms on my phone to post. Analytics are a nice bonus to what IG provides, and the story engager definitely gets additional eyes on what I'm publishing. Customer service is among the best I've dealt with on any platform, instantaneous with my dude Marc always available for quick chats throughout the day instead of waiting for email replies. A+ product!

great customer service, and totally honors their money back guarantee. They are incredibly supportive with figuring issue out as well. Just not the service for me personally.

Must try

Instagram might be difficult to navigate but Stellation Media has made it so much easier. I’m a hairstylist and run my own small business, Instagram has become important tool to advertise & build my business and thanks to Stellation I’ve saved time and gained followers. I highly recommend to try Stellation.

This is something worse than a SCAM.

This is something worse than a SCAM.
1.It will block your account from instagram after some days cause many users complain about spamming, bad answers to polls etc and for the follows-unfollows .
2. It will bring you 1-5 followers per day, mostly people from arabian countries or russians.
3. You will pay for the cheap package 99 dollars per month, it will bring you about 50 followers per month, so you pay 2 dollars per follower.
4. The support answers 1 message per day, so if they do not understand your problem, you will receive the answer the other day.
5.99% the guy to the support didnt understand my problem and my account stayed inactive many days, still until today, i asked for my money back.
6. Their algorithm always break down, it will break your nervs.
7.they will offer you the rockstar package if you make a complaint, but this is just nothing. It just offers you answering to messages and posting from their program, absolutely not a value for money.
8. Dont make the mistake to subscribe, i did it . Now my account is blocked and i am asking for my money back, but suddenly, no one has answered me 3 days now! This is my very honest review, people do not make the same mistake, i lost my money.
I will take further action for my money back. Actually I did but I am waiting since 1/6/2020 the refund.

1) If you do not follow our guidelines and recommended settings, while performing a lot of manual activity on your end, yes you can get an action block.

2) Our clients see results. Our job is to send traffic to your Instagram page, it's your job to turn them into a new follower. If your content stinks, don't expect good results. Also...you must follow our guides w/recommended settings and targeting. If you are getting action blocked, right off the back, you were not following our directions to maximize results.

3) Yes, in your case the math is correct, however, for most of our clients, most are gaining 10-30+ followers daily.

4) We have live chat from 11am-7pm EST and emails are being answered while live chats are not occurring.

6) Yes, Instagram has API updates and sometimes crashes, all manners are fixed in a timely manner and we are very transparent with our clients.

7) Yes, we have offered clients rockstar packages as compensation. It has a lot of cool features actually.

Dnt recommend I signed up a month ago and it didn’t…

I signed up a month ago and it didn’t work out for me didn’t see any results at all reached out numerous of times threw emails over 15x issues still not fixed I was following too many under aged kids and Message/dm ,& mass story etc follow 620 ppl in total I set it to unfollow 50 ppl aday that function doesn’t work been trying to unfollow those accounts manually that function doesn’t work on there end which I’m very unhappy about my views/likes didn’t change at all during a month they followed over 620 only 200 followed me back there response time isn’t bad but not able to give me a good experience or my money worth so no I wouldn’t recommend my issues still hasn’t been fixed

If you followed 600 users and 200 people followed you back, that's a 33.3% Follower Back Rate (FBR) that's WAY above industry standard, so it seems our service was kicking some butt in ONE of our 4 growth features that we provide for our clients.

2)
As we explained in our emails with you, if you restart your follow / unfollow cycle our algorithm will not unfollow the users it followed in that cycle. If you let it run it's daily actions, it would follow 50 users, then unfollow 50 users. If you keep on restarting it, it will follow 50, then follow 50, then follow 50. You need to let our software do it's work on the backend, automation = king :)

You stated you saw 200 followers just through one of our growth options. It seemed like you also had Mass Story Views & Mass Story Interactions enabled with Mass DM as well. So the results had to be coming in. I'd look up your results however I am unable to find a SPICEGURL in our database.

Incorrect targeting - if you were engaging with users that were underaged, foreign or not apart of your respected niche, the targeted you selected was incorrect. We have a full in-depth article in our knowledge base on how to select targeting.

We have options to target by hashtags, location, usernames and even explore page.

5)
I'v reviewed all the emails with our account managers Marc, it seemed a majority of the time our guides were not being followed and thus results were affected. We have our knolwedge base articles because our system has rules that our algorithm needs to follow.

If you would like to give our service another try, feel free to reach out and we'll give you a free month on the house but this time please make sure our guides are followed :)

Spent £100

Spent £100, imported 200 relevant target accounts, I got 15 new followers and a bunch of confused messages in return.

I really would not recommend. This is indeed a scam.

I'm sorry you were not pleased with your results but I can tell you right now why you did not receive many followers, our guides in our knowledge base specifically say do not add more than 50 targets otherwise you will run into problems like this. If our guides are not followed, then yes the results were being affected.

A couple of questions...

Did you reach out to your account manager at all regarding your growth?

Did you contact the live chat that's available from 11am-7pm EST Monday - Friday?

Horrible service

Horrible service. I did not receive any followers. Do not spend your money on this service. They made a deal to refund me and give me a month of free service. I received 16 for a refund and I am not still able to get the free month of service. Do not spend your money on this service. It is a ways of time and money.

With our service, as you know for being a client for so long, Instagram is constantly adjusting and changing its API, daily actionable limits, trust score changes, , coming out with new features and the list goes on and on.

With all these changes, we are constantly adjusting, developing and finding new techniques and strategies to grow your account. Some months are better than others, yes.

We have added an auto DM responder, follow/unfollow, adjusting our like feature, trying to increase daily limits, and come out with more features to help out with your growth. Our development team is always working behind the scenes to constantly improve our algorithm and software.

We also added a live chat feature 8 hours a day M-Friday which will better assist all of our clients with any questions and problems they have.

Regarding the reviews, they are all real. A lot of clients have been with us for years now. We've been around for a while. For the unhappy clients, we completely understand their frustration, however, clients must realize that automation is always a cat and mouse game against Instagram, especially in 2020.

Experience at STELLATION MEDIA (two comments in one single post based on their actions after asking my refund)

Hi,
I requested info to them and they replied me very polite and with accurate information and links where to get the additional information.

Next, I decided to purchase the $149 package and chose Paypal as my payment which they still request you to fill a credit/debit card... (After one trial that show in green on Stripe but then said ERROR....). Second attempt seems to be the one I paid.

After that I reach a really naked version of Wordpress profile with not any information other than my name and email. I tried to return to their page and log to my dashboard.

After seeing their tutorials, I realize the screens shown there are not the same I was seeing "live" and since in one of their videos talk about cancellation of the service (supposedly easy) I tried to see it right away...the surprise is it doesn't also fit with their tutorials and the link is broken (Page Not Found), Help and videos and it was nearly impossible to be able to cancel my subscription and ask a refund. SINCE FROM MY PURCHASE ONLY 20-30 MINUTES have been passed.

Finally after some emailing requesting my cancellation and refund, because what is promised and visually shown in the videos is not what I can see, they replied me politely (again) and suggest me to remain, which I can't do because I can't trust anymore a place that is not working well, specially from the minute one and in a sensitive topic related to business.

I'm waiting for their refund (should be done if they are a serious company which I don't say they aren't yet).

I can't anything about their services but to what I seen til now I don't want to work with them, specially when your show something that doesn't fit the client reality. I kept video and screenshots of the whole process since before I was reading some reviews here and I was "afraid". Already cancelled my credit card to make sure at least not future payments show up and for the refund, I hope they react during the next 24-48 hours properly, otherwise I will see what are the next measure to take, since I have visual evidences of the differences and all the problems faced during my experience there.

Want to solve this with a refund and editing my review (comment and rate) by saying that is the final end of the story.

In addition to my review and your reply I want to add:

* Stellation place me a refund (not yet arrived but expected for the next week or so).
* No complain at all about customer service.

My feedback to Stellation Media:

* In order to avoid to have a place where you have to log somewhere to get your account details, somewhere else to manage your IG data, etc. Maybe in one single roof could be easier and avoid miss- understandings with clients.

* Make the cancellation also easy with a direct access in profile, footer or somewhere easy and intuitive to find would also speak tons.

* In terms of UI-UX the experience is poor and this creates confusion to clients and "lost of trust".

* The tutorials and dashboard, processes, etc. should match otherwise again UX is bad. If you can update them, I'm sure for future clients you can avoid problems.

I'm not trying to tell you how to run your business, I'm just trying to explain you my experience and what I was missing and how those things changed my behavior to the point of leaving the service and ask for a refund.

I have e-commerce business for 15 years and selling price for each item is from $1,450 til $4,300 more or less. As you can imagine and intuitive interface and user experience is crucial, as well avoiding broken links and if this happens a designer 404 error page, already helping you to navigate. Those items are not purchased by "impulse", because they are not cheap, they are deeply considered before placing their payment details making the whole experience crucial in order to get a conversion or just someone leaving the page.

Anyway, good luck in your business and with some improvement I think you could run much better and attract people like me...

Second, I can understand how after your purchasing being redirected to a wordpress dashbooard is a little confusing. Our social media dashboard is actually located on a different website and our billing is located on WordPress. We send you all of this information via email on how to set up your account, your license key etc.

If you do decide to move forward with setting up your dashboard, Marc will be able to help you out * we'll also upgrade your package for the inconvenience.

In regards to the videos, yes I can see where you can be slightly confused. We changed our entire website, aesthetic, brand etc less than a week ago so the video you are watching shows the old layout, however the link, buttons etc are still the same. If any links were broken though, please let us know! Our development team could have made a small error.
