dreadful

I have been using this service for 2 weeks. I've gained SIX followers. 6. I have been in contact with the account manager, followed their directions and advice, the analytics are constantly low (30,000 story views compared to the 400,000 i selected in settings) and they don't seem to be concerned with the dreadful performance. Couldn't be any more disappointed after paying $120 AUD for this service.

We are sorry you are not gaining many followers with our service, have you noticed an increase in profile visitors though? If so, that means the targeting you have chosen is not converting.

If you are only maxing out at 30,000 views, the targeting you have chosen or the limited targeting you have chosen needs to be either changed or you need more sources. We recommend 50 at the minimum and 100+ to maximize results.

If you are not happy with your results, please state you have spoken to the rep on Trustpilot and our account managers will handle the situation accordingly.

Also, please make sure to help out our knowledge base. Here you will find many articles that IF APPLIED will take your results to the next level. With our service, we have very precise settings we give our clients and if not followed it will affect the results you are receiving.

Awful service

Awful service, a wasted expense for my business on an unreliable service. My Instagram account was repetitively disconnected and their is no good customer service surrounding their services.

At one point Stellation Media was a good concept and I was seeing growth, however their service quality has gone out the window with Mass Story Engager

We are very surprised by this review, especially for being a customer for 8 months. With our most recent API update, our service was down for 10 days and we kept in touch with our clients via the notification bell on their dashboard throughout the entire process.

Since our new algorithm update things have been running flawlessly and our clients are seeing amazing results. I see you have not reached out to your account manager to ask questions about further optimizing your settings, targeting, etc this could have been helpful to maximize your results.

We posted a notification stating that with our new algorithm update clients would have to reconnect their Instagram account once the update was applied. We also have an automated email system that sends out emails when your account needs to be reconnected.

If there is anything we could have improved to keep you as a customer, we would love to know. We hate to see you go but best of luck with your business and Instagram ventures!

let an expert handle it

If there is one thing I am good at, it is running my business. Online retail is no joke. It consumes me day in and day out. One thing that I am not particularly good at is image editing. I hand pick my models, I photograph my own campaigns, I am my business’ customer service team, I design my own newsletters, but image editing is not for me. I’ve tried, but no luck. I’ve finally decided to take a leap of faith and let an expert step in and help me progress in an area in my business in which I can’t help myself. Ever since I handed photo editing over to Stellation, my plate hasn’t been so overwhelming. Turn around is unbelievably quick! What took me weeks, takes them just a few hours, or a day, even. If there is something you aren’t good at, outsource and let an expert handle it. Sign up and save yourself the headache.

Sub Par Service with mediocre results

I have finally unsubscribe the service which i tested for 2 months. In that 2 months (60 days), the service was down and not running around 14 days in total. So averagely you get 3 weeks of usage for a month of subscription. When it is running at full capacity, i gain around 600 followers per month, with a $79 bucks subscription, you the math and you will know if it is worth the subscription. There are a lot of service out there which you can get more value. Targeted Shutouts are around $79 bucks, and you can get 1k followers per shout out. So you do the math.

On top of that it is frustrating that is it always down as it depends on IG API. If IG is updating their API the system is down. So here you go that is my thought about Stellation Media.

Thanks for being with us for 2 months, we would have loved to have you longer as a customer. If there is anything we could have improved, please let us know.

The number of followers our clients gain month to month vary on multiple aspects, some clients gain 10 followers a day while others 100+. The results you receive with our service really come down to how well your Instagram page is presented to the public & what niche you are in.

Here's some questions you need to ask yourself.

1) Do you have a professional engaging profile picture?
2) Do you have IG story highlights w/professionally made cover icons?
3) Do you have professionally produced content?
4) Do you have a lot of organic engagement from your previous followers?
5) Do you post consistently?
6) Do you have an IG bio that's engaging and with a website?

There's so much competition with Instagram, you really need to separate yourself from the bunch to earn that follower, comment, like, website click, etc.

Also, what niche are you in? A bikini model gets a lot more followers than someone who collects rocks. These are all things you need to take into consideration when analyzing your results with our service.

I heard about Stellation through a…

I heard about Stellation through a friend of a friend of a friend. I pretty much have my entire business automated except for profile visits to my Instagram page. I was surprised to see the variety of services Stellation offered. Signing up for their Social Media dashboard was the best decision I have made in 2019, besides taking a leap of faith and starting an online nutrition and fitness guide. Dedicating the time to actually sitting there and manually engaging with people on Instagram is exhausting so thank you for taking that off my hands. I am very picky about who I hand my business tasks to and so far I have not been disappointed. Customer service is extremely helpful. Shaun is the best! I am always harassing him with questions and suggestions and he is always there to hear me out. Thanks for not getting tired of me yet. These past four months have been amazing!

Complete Waste Of Money

I signed up for 1 month and did not get 1 single follower from them. I felt it was a total waste of time and money. I was not getting any followers so I sent an email asking what was going on and they said there was an update and it was down temporarily. That was 3 weeks ago. Total scam if you ask me and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

On January 29th Instagram updated its API and our service did have some problems for 10 days, it's been fixed and things are back to normal. Downtime can occur with these major API updates, unfortunately, this does occur in the automation industry and there is nothing we can do about it besides to make sure we update our algorithm / code as quickly as possible, this is also stated in our terms of service.

Now when our service was working, which was most of the month, you should have been receiving results, if you were not, did you reach out to your dedicated account manager and ask why you have not been gaining any followers? Did you read our help documents and check out our getting started videos to make sure everything was set up right to maximize your results? As a client you have full control over your dashboard and your results & you also have a dedicated account manager you can reach out to via email M-Friday to make sure everything is set up properly to maximize your results. Every client who sets up our software properly, who uses proper niche targeting and also has an awesome IG profile with great content LOVES our service.

At the end of the day, our job is being done once we engage with stories, I know that's not what you want to hear but it's the honest truth.

Look at it like this, if you ran a Facebook or Instagram ad and did not get good results, are you going to blame Facebook, no, you are going to blame your ad, product, service, website, etc.

I'll break down how our service works as simple as possible & give you some tips on how to improve your results in the article below.

1) We engage with stories by engaging with accounts who posted story stickers.

2) People out of curiosity will click your username to check out your profile, this is a profile visit. (the more engaging profile picture = more profile visits)

This company is complete fraud.

This company is complete fraud.

This company is complete fraud. They are misleadingly reporting our reviews, pretending to be helpful and giving instructions for help, as "contact us" or "just log in", but they never answer back on our emails. At the same time, they have deactivated our login credentials, while they have kept active our billing information and credit card numbers.

As long as i have no possibility to do so in their website, i am contacting my bank so that they stop paying this fraudulent service. I am contacting a lawyer as well.

If they keep on blocking my reviews, i am more than happy to write ten more of those until they start to take me seriously. That is a real promise from my part.

We reported your previous review because it was not a review, it was a statement from our FAQ page and Trustpilot also deemed it was invalid.

Our customer service team and account managers operate 7 days a week now and all emails are answered within 24 hours.

If your account has been deactivated, simply contact your account manager and they will fix the issue. We released a huge algorithm update and some accounts need to reconnect to the dashboard and it's a super quick fix.

Our billing occurs every 30 days and is a recurring subscription. This stated on every page of our website, pricing page, faqs, terms of service, invoice, etc

If you do not wish to be charged again, you can cancel your subscription using the link below or contacting your dedicated account manager. Please use the email address you used during the checkout process if you forgot your password you can simply request a new one.

If you are having any problems, contact your account manager and they will help you out.

Misleading Fraud Service

This service is a complete waste of money and waste of time. It only worked for 3 days out of the 6 weeks I’ve had it.
The account manager has been unresponsive 90% of the time!!!!
When he finally did respond, he blamed Instagram for the service not working and told me I could not receive a refund. Then referred me to the terms and agreement.
I cancelled my service and was still charged AGAIN!! Now I can’t get into my account and the account manager has not responded!!!!!!
This service is a fraud, do not waste your time or money. I will get my lawyer involved and report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Account Manager:
We have recently just extended our customer service to operate 7 days a week. All emails will be answered within 24 hours. We have a manager that also makes sure of this as well. Please make sure you are reaching out to the proper email address.

Service Not Working:
On January 29th we did have some downtime due to an API update, the issue has been fixed. Our service was never down for 6 weeks. It was down for 10 days.

Charged Again
As a client, you have full control over your billing and payments. You can cancel your subscription via your dashboard and once you do, you will also receive a confirmation email. If you are unable to do it via your billing dashboard, you can also contact your account manager and they will do it for you and you will also receive a confirmation email. If you cancelled your subscription you would never get billed again.

Please contact your account manager regarding your recent charge and they will make sure all matters are taken care of.

The whole experience with StellationMedia was the disappointment. First of all I couldn’t get back access to my account after activating their service. I had to send a picture of myself and code to Instagram to verify my identity and then once I got the account back - I got Account Compromised messages saying that I’ve shared my password with companies that help gaining likes and followers. And if I do that again - I will get my account banned. And that’s considering that I’ve never used this kind of services before and my accounts hasn’t ever been flagged by Instagram.

If your account got compromised please contact your account manager so they can provide you with a link to contact Instagram's support to solve this issue. Sometimes Instagrams AI compromises accounts temporarily and when contacting them you just need to verify your identity and ownership of the account and you'll be all set.

You must make sure the following 5 points below are in check for your Instagram account to have our service operate smoothly.

My account is at least 30 days old

I have access to the email address and phone number associated with the account

I don't use third-party tools for this account

My account is linked to my Facebook account

Make sure that the content of your account does not violate the rules of work in Instagram

Second, please understand that our service is not always 100% operational. We use an independent Instagram API so when Instagram makes major updates or has glitches/bugs on their own application it sometimes affects our service for a couple of hours sometimes even a couple of days depending on how long it takes to fix.

If you used previous automation tools, bought fake likes, followers or have a "bad trust score" with Instagram, this can cause account connection issues with third parties. If you are unable to connect your account, you will be refunded in full.

Your accounts trust score. Based on how active you are on a daily basis and your past use of fake likes,followers & growth hacking services Instagram puts a "trust score" on your account. Verified accounts, never have problems with automation services because Instagram placed a high trust score. An account that has been inactive for months then is very active all the sudden can raise red flags.

At the end of the day, we never had any problems with our client's accounts, as long as you follow our guidelines you're all set. We just wanted to be transparent and set expectations in case a problem arises.

This isn't worth the money!

This isn't worth the money!

Seriously!? 60 new Followers within 1 month!?
I don't want to name it a 'fake service' - but I stopped trust their homepage's testimonials.

'For a perfect grow' they recommend 1,5+Mio 'source-accounts' (and some more presets)... My sets were 15+Mio source-accounts!

I had to verify my account within this month 7 times (they confirmed that it is safe to use their service + the celular phone app separetely.

I begged about a feedback after canceled the subscribtion; and they told me that 'my trust level is low'...
A low trust level for an account that never used any third party service and never get blocked before!?
...no way...

First, we do not have any paying customers in our system under this name so I am unsure if this is a competitor or not. I will report this review due to the name that is used as an alias.

Regarding your complaint though so other potential clients can know why the results were so low.

So how do you get better results or why were your results so low? Well, once you choose the best targeting the ball is now in your court! I am unsure of the targeting you chose or your conversations with your account manager due to the name you listed the review under.

If the targeting you chose had fake followers, bad engagement, etc this will not produce quality traffic to your Instagram page.

At the end of the day, our job is being done once we engage with stories, I know that's not what you want to hear but it's the honest truth.

Service never worked properly!

The promised services are never delivered. Always the same excuse to contact your account manager who comes with the Instagram API story. Of all 3 months this service has been working about 2 weeks, furthermore without much outcome. Price - quality this is certainly a no-go. And customer care is also something they don't know...

Our service has been working just fine and has been providing amazing results for our clients for the last couple of months. If it has not worked for the last 3 months, we would not be selling our service.

Last Thursday 1/23 Instagram released a huge API update and our development team has been working hard behind the scenes to implement a new safe algorithm for our clients. Instagram has crashed 4 times since the release of the API update and when this happens, it causes API throttle requests on our service. We have stable algorithms working, however, when the Instagram application has bugs and crashes, it causes problems with our service. Once Instagram is stable, our service is back up and running.

I understand as a client you want a service that is 100% smooth, 24/7/365 however when these updates occur, there will always be some downtime while our development team updates the algorithm, it's so much more complex then one might think if you are not familiar with it.

For our clients that have been with us for the last couple of months, we had a similar situation in October and it was fixed in 5-7 days. Then everything was back to normal. Unforatully, there is nothing we can do about these API updates and Instagram crashes. We don't own Instagram or have any affiliation with them.

Our customer service team works around the clock and answers all emails in a timely manner.

I have spoken to you on a different platform and requested that you reach out to your account manager so they can process a refund for your last month's payment.

This company has to be buying reviews

This company has to be buying reviews. All the 5 star reviews flood in at once. They are a scam they stole my money and never refunded!! I recommend you dispute your payments with your CC company It is the only way you will get your money back.

If you have any issues with your account please reach out to your dedicated account manager and they will handle any concerns you have regarding refunds. If our service is not working for your account or if you are unable to connect it to our service a refund will be provided.

Opening a dispute is a very tedious process on both parties ends and does not guarantee you will receive your money back. We always recommend speaking with your account manager and they will take care of your issues. Once a dispute is open our billing team has to speak with your bank and provide your activity logs, customer information, license key activation, etc It's always in our client's best interest to reach out to their account manager :)

Very sophisticated, worth a try.

These growth services are an interesting business model. It goes against most social platforms agreements, and there are many of wacky services that could get you banned. But from my experience Stellation avoids that, they are very sophisticated and I think it is worth trying their service.
