Legitimate service. Customer service staff are accessible and responsive by email.

StarNow helped my career as a film director to grow a lot. Since my first projects at film school, I've been using the platform to find talents and the platform is very flexible to your needs. The best part of the company is the customer service. They always answer you extremely fast and they fixed all the problems I had in a matter of minutes. My elite StarNow account suddenly stopped working when Starnow stated that they would no longer allow people to log in using Facebook. I tried to login using an old password and then when it didn't allow me to continue changed the password. It still stopped me from logging in so I contacted StarNow and got a quick response from them saying they would attempt to fix the problem. Meantime I had received 40 emails from them which I couldn't read. Eventually Claire from StarNow was able to fix the problem and after this sent me a note of thanks and applied one month free time at elite status to my account. Hi everyone. It is with pleasure that I write a short review praising StarNow. Since joining two years ago, I have acquired many modelling assignments ranging from performing in fashion shows; showcasing sports and casual wear; night shoots; specific themed shoots; lingerie and swimwear shoots; television commercials; acting assignments; and most recently, becoming the primary model for an amazing 3D virtual reality project. I also love doing TFP assignments supporting students and young professionals. Furthermore, through StarNow, I applied and was accepted to become a model for a leading modelling agency - forever grateful.
StarNow allows me to showcase a range of photos and videos in a safe and secure environment.
Whenever I have needed to seek clarification, the support staff from StarNow have always responded promptly and in a friendly manner.
I have made many friends with other models and photographers from using StarNow.
I love having the freedom to browse a range of advertisements and to script personal responses of 1000 characters.
StarNow really is a fabulous platform for all people in the modelling and acting industry to use.

I’m giving StarNow 5 stars.
Reason being for the high rating is because I accidentally deleted my whole profile by mistake. I thought there would be no way to get my 12 years worth of photos, profile and views back. I emailed StarNow and thought it would take weeks for a reply. I was so happy to hear magnificent news from Valentin at StarNow under 12 hours. Valentin reassured me that activation was possible. I've been using Starnow for some years now and it's always a great place to get talent and crew for projects. The website is easy to use and the support staff are excellent.. they reply quickly and are happy to help. Highly recommended.

Have been using Starnow for over 2 years and have been accepted for a few roles via this platform. I like the ease of updating my Profile and providing my Profile link to share as well as messaging with advertisers and the review section. They were also friendly and quick to respond to my email.

Nicole replied to me speedily and dealt with the problem succinctly. My previous experiences with Starnow's customer service has been consistently outstanding. Thanks heaps :)

Great site with many job opportunities. Unfortunately I didn’t receive a callback yet (probably because I’m new to the industry with no experience, that’s my reason for 4 stars instead of 5).

I rate the Star Now team 5 stars. Real people running the behind the scenes, not just automatic computer generated responses. They were very responsive to my email and when I had a mishap they were sympathetic to my situation and resolved it for me. Will continue to use in the future.

While I didn't get a load of roles, only a few for that matter, it provided many opportunities and gave the chance to experience something even close to professional casting. Would highly recommend this site to anyone new to the business like myself!

I've been a member for many years now. I love them for the simple easy to use platform and jobs they list. I've definitely received enough work from the projects listed that the membership pays for itself.
The staff have always been helpful and the whole community is fantastic.
I remember when I was doubtful in buying a membership at first, but the first 6 months I landed a couple roles that has helped pay for it several times. It's cost effective too.
The one thing I do look forward to is the higher quality projects that happen. This is not a replacement for having an agent to help your career either, but this is a tool in the tool belt to help you along the way.
I do love starnow and will be with them for a long time.
The only thing I want everyone to know, is don't accept low paying work! We artists are worth more than the minimum wages some people list. So in order to get high rates, don't accept the low rates. Or my pet Peeve.. No "in perpetuity" roles. I refuse those.

StarNow general email help responded quickly and sorted out an account issue on the spot. No delays!

I was in search of an actress willing to play the role of Euripides' Medea for a modest fee for a semi-professional company in Newcastle. It is a challenging role, to say the least, and the Star Now website enabled me to evaluate applicants without any difficulty and prepare a shortlist, which eventually whittled down to two, one of whom won the role. Extremely helpful!

Geographically relevant listings, responsive help desk and easy to use. The only thing “missing” is an additional Voiceover Profile option.

Two actresses clash in the film production set, why would Starnow suspend the account of the production house? it is not the fault of the production house, it is the fault of Starnow.com!!!
