Very easy to do business with, excellent product, on point pricing.
I have been using CPAP for many years and the BMC unit is the best, most comfortable and quietest I ever used.

I needed instructions what I was to do and how nothing with the parcel .You need a contact phone number readily available not all people have computers copiers etc and so it’s no use talking about web sites etc it’s a foreign language to many elderly folk.

Always very quick, reliable and reasonably priced. I bought my CPAP machine from Sleepco and many mask and tubing replacements since and they've always been great. My machine has worked perfectly for 4 years.
Customer service was also very accommodating when I needed to change from pickup to shipping once.

The sleep test equipment seemed good, but the logistics and customer service seemed chaotic. when I got the equipment the instruction sheet advised to fill in questionnaire after each night, but there was no link on where to find the questionnaire, or info about what info needed to be recorded e.g. time to get to sleep, time to toilet etc. It would be much better if customers were told to keep a note of this info before using the equipment, not afterwards. I went back to the customer support to get the link to the questionnaire. I paid a $350 bond, but have no confidence this was ever going to be returned to me. I heard nothing for 3 weeks after returning the equipment, so had to enquire. If I had not personally enquired, or had forgotten about the bond, it's hard not to assume this money would have been kept by the Company. Surely they should have some reliable system to ensure expensive bonds are refunded without having to rely on the customer to remind them. So overall, I suggest you be wary with this company.

Excellent customer service. Matt was very helpful and attentive throughout, making sure my request was fulfilled diligently. The battery provided not only met all travel requirements but also performed very well. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back when needed.
