fake they take your money and you will not get hte star named the name you give.

I would appreciate a return call or e-mail after repeated tries to get in touch with the company. I have not received my star info yet, after being told it would be in my spam folder, and when I contact the company I am told someone will get in touch with me soon, whick never happens. Poor customer service, so far.

I have a huge problem with this company.
I wanted to buy a pack with the recipient's star coordinates. However
i wanted to present the pack to the person myself but they do not live in the Uk.
Star registration will choose the star based on the shipping address only.

Now, as the recipient does not live in the
UK. This is not possible as the shipping address would be mine. It would have to be shipped straight to them. I want to see them opening the gift. This is not
personal to me at all. For such a well known company, I'm not show why this is not an option!

Horrible, compre la estrella por internet, no me ha llegado nada mi correo, se supone que llegaría en 5 min y nada, el cobro se hizo de inmediato, la ubicacion es en Estados unidos y en la app que es falsa si pongo mi cel en el cielo aparece la estrella,y yo estoy en cdmx mexico, nadie me resuelve y nadie me contesta, re quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero,estafadores

Horrible Montana registered Agent. Pick any other service. They sat on my title for a year, only to say they are sending it back with no reason, after months of telling me next week. This is a fly by night operation, avoid at all costs.

Terrible support. I can not locate the star. The app is not working properly. Tech support doesn't listen and apparently acknowledged that the app was working properly and stopped responding. I just downloaded a competitor's app and see how this company's app probably should be working, because theirs helps you find a start from no matter where you are and which direction that you are facing.

Someone that cares should look over the support emails. Also, if you look at the abundance of 1 star app reviews, you will see that I am not alone.

There is no one, other than the International Astronomical Union, that can name stars. Therefore this, and all the other star-naming websites, is a scam.

Please do not waste your money. You can NOT have a star named.

I purchased two stars for a Black Friday special. I only received one star and was told they could only see the info for one star. I know I placed an order for two stars. The amount I was charged was not for one. When I try to log into my account no password is sent to me and my account does not exist. Very suspicious.
The customer service has been terrible. I tried calling( they say to leave a message but no one will ever call back), I tried chat service which was unprofessional and a waste of time, and multiple emails. It takes several days to have one email that will have a response. It is ludicrous to have a professional company not be able to contact you. I’m not sure English is the first language as there are obvious language barriers. I had to explain my issue three times . I asked for a detailed summary of my charges and that has not been given to me. I regret not taking a screen shot of this. I feel that it’s a scam and do not understand how a company can run like this.

t's an excusable I've had the purchase these stars twice. It's been almost a month the people still don't have them. You call the phone number and you don't get a person ever. I've written four letters of request to get it fixed. Nothing ever happens! I don't know where the people stars are but these are two very very very very important people who have done incredible things and I am at my wit's end! I hope no one gets ripped off ignored and shoddy help like I have with these people.

It is definitely feeling like a scam. Bought a binary star for my parents. I have not received the PDF form as I was promised and even though I have contacted support, I have not gotten a response. Seems overly fishy and I think I am definitely going to be getting my money back-if I even can that is.

My son used my card and gave me his hard earned cash as he wanted to buy his girlfriend a star. The money €69.80 was taken from my account immediately two days ago and he has not received the star or even had a reply from the company to his emails. We are in Ireland. As there is no office for the company here , he has tried to call the UK, USA and Canadian offices. All numbers are unattended. This is definitely looking like a scam.

Leider war ich erst bei einem anderen (!) vermeintlich günstigen Anbieter hereingefallen. Hier jedoch ist alles anders: Alle Versprechen bzgl. der Lieferung werden eingehalten und es wird auch nochmal nach der Zufriedenheit gefragt. Ich bin hier sehr zufrieden und kann die Seite uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Hier stimmen meiner Ansicht nach Preis und Leistung.

Really nice delivery just takes forever since it comes from so far away.

Has anyone here actually ordered and received this?

Update with iOS happened, I am no longer able to acquire the star within the app.
Not sustainable for $160.00 I would not recommend..

Worst shop experience.
I bought the set that comes via email in pdf, on the website they write you’re going to get the pdf in 2 hours.
I tried to write a couple of emails but nobody replied to me, also tried to call but same result.
The payment is completed so they already got the money and this is called stealing.

It’s crazy, I lost one of my best friends in a car accident, I just wanted to gift something symbolic to her family, and with this I thought it was the perfect gift.

So sad that after all I cannot even receive a reply…
Don’t buy.
