I bought a star for a new nephew a couple of years ago with minimal fuss.
This year I went to buy one for his newly arrived sister only to find (and have had confirmed by the company) that they now use a different company for the purchase process. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NOW. It’s a ghastly process unless you have a very straightforward order (mine involves gifts to a family in another country). I won’t list the difficulties as you’d die of boredom before I got to the end of the long list. But between April and now in September I’ve yet to make a successful order (and failed to honour this baby’s arrival in a timely way).
I have now had a long exchange with the company and may yet succeed if they can untangle the created tangle. Had it not been for wanting one app to serve both children I’d simply have gone to another company.

They lie about who's helping you. It'll say "John" entered the chat and then they'll send a message "Hello this is Aaron and I will be assisting you today."

When I asked to speak to his manager he said one second, then wrote "Hi I'm John, the Manager" FROM THE SAME ACCOUNT.

Scam of a company. I will be taking my star-buying business elsewhere.

I ordered a Star and I selected to be sent via email. I received the certificate but I did not receive the registration number in order to see it on the App.

I wrote several emails but no one is responding. Can you please share the registration number, I need it in two days, the site info was that it will be delivered in two hours.

I would not recommend.
Their customer service is horrible.
They have a discount on check out, but did not honor it or acknowledge it even after multiple copies emailed to them.
Their delivery is horrible did not arrive when they said x2.

My husband had a star named for me as a Christmas gift because he knows my love of astronomy. The app worked ok for a few days...it was a pleasure to sight my star when it was working. Then, when I put my star registration in the app, it would go to a blank screen. My issue with this company is that I created a support ticket, had to wait almost a week to get a response, then I followed all of their instructions TO THE LETTERand it still didn't resolve the issue. No more responses from them for over a month, then I received an email from them offering 30% off another star "purchase" I replied, saying they didn't respond to last support email, and that I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. Boy, I got a reply so fast my head virtually spun! The only reason they responded is they were scared of losing money, but they don't even provide adequate customer service to the ones they have now! No, I DON'T RECOMMEND STAR REGISTRATION. THERE ARE OTHER AND BETTER COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

Have an issue regarding unable to see start with location provided using their app.
You chat to AI, & keep going around in circles unable to get resolved. This was bought to remember some one who passed away & unable to get it resolved.

I named a star for my son as a Christmas present. Ordering was easy on-line. The product arrived on time, well packaged and in perfect condition. I was delighted with the quality and professional looking items. Very very impressive. The company sent numerous e-mails regarding the progress of the order and expected delivery time.
Thoroughly recommend this company.

Haven’t received order and not getting any response from any communication avenue, have tried email, live chat, phone, Facebook, messenger and instagram!!!! Disappointed!!!! Have purchased 3 others from them over the past 5 years with no issues but now it seems they’ve taken my money and disappeared!!!

They have billed my creditcard for more than agreed and have not actually generated an order. Now they are not responding to me. AVOID quite possibly a scam

I ordered a star naming as gift , it was suppose to be delivered befor Oct 12, 2024. How do I track my order?

Amazing service! I named a star and spelt something incorrectly, emailed them with a correction and got a reply within half an hour that it was fixed! Really recommend.

Amazing customer support! I needed an urgently needed a change of date or the certificate 2 days after I’d placed the order and they responded within a couple hours with the fixed date!

- ne correspond pas au descriptif sur le site:
"Coffret cadeau sur tous les forfaits. Tous nos forfaits comprennent un certificat d'étoile, une carte céleste, des fiches d'information et le dossier de présentation". J'ai reçu par mail le certificat de l'étoile et la carte de l'étoile (pour vérification?) que j'ai imprimé moi-même, puis plus rien. Par contre le versement a été encaissé par vous. Ou est le coffret cadeau?...

I am trying to get a refund but they are ignoring my emails.
They have taken my money with no star sent after they had already told me they would refund my money. Now they are just ignoring me

So disappointed. My husband purchased us a star and its in a hemisphere we can never see. Everytime we try to look at it all through the night it's in the ground. So disappointed and we NEVER recommend
