I never got the copy of my certificate and do not have my star number

Star registration is totally fake many times I send the mail regarding my star i can't see my name and many bunches of star not show properly.i have sent so many mail but i can't get any proper answer. I said contact me but they ignored.shame of u guys someone buy the star of special moment but u spoiled request u to refund my money back

Great to start with but so hard to go back and look at star after few weeks makes it seem fake and disingenuous

Never received a digital file. Don’t respond to emails. Purchased due to one of the best apps but can’t do anything with it. My banks declined the charges and I have to let them k ow if wasn’t fraud but now feel like they knew more than I did. Garbage!

It was a gift for my mom, she just received it on Saturday. We loved the display. We haven’t had a chance yet to set up the app on the phones or search for the star itself. So I can only comment on the physical gift itself. One thing I’d like to say. That it would have been nice to see that you can frame both items. If I had known that I would have purchased a second frame.

I can't find my son's star

We just came up on the 1 year anniversary of my Dad passing. I wanted to do something very special for my family to remember Dad. He was an avid night sky gazer so this was perfect.

It was easy and quick. My old address automatically populated and customer service fixed this for me right away. A thoughtful gift!

Ordered a star yesterday. They said email digital would be there in 2 hrs. So, nothing yet, just some fact sheet. Customer service phone number is just a voice saying to email them. I emailed and did get a response and the issue solved. Have not tried the app yet.

Ordered on the 1st of Feb item still in Germany on the 14th they say they don’t know where you item is after shipping very poor delivery options and communication. They need to be more concise with delivery times. I have requested full refund and they’re ignoring me. This is a scam do not use I am currently fighting this with PayPal. $170 down the drain
