Friendly and efficient service
The service was quick and very efficient. The stannah rep was very knowledgeable and friendly, explaining the whole process. We also had an electrician and plumber contracted by stannah who were equally efficient , not to mention the chap who installed it. everything was done in a timely fashion. I would therefore recommend them to anyone.

I expected a smoother ride and more…
I expected a smoother ride and more space in my stairway(slimline) as advertised on TV! I feel it will stop at any moment & hasmade it difficult for others to use the stairs.
It will also be difficult to keep the stairlift clean!

A new lease of life.
The service was very good. The fitters were efficient and did not leave any mess. The electrician made a neat job installing a new power cable. I enjoy my stairlift which means I can go upstairs whenever I want.

Arranged installation on behalf of my mother. The whole process was excellent, taking 3 weeks from making enquiry to installation. In that time their surveyor went round to measure up & suggested recommendations. They advised a bannister was installed as one side of staircase was open. They arranged a chippy for that & he arrived a week later & performed a miracle in such a short amount of time, followed 2 days later by an electrician working an equal amount of magic in next to no time. A week later 2 lads arrived to install & again worked marvels. 'Big Up' to the contractors & installation team. Considering what was involved & the potential for a catastrophe, the whole process went like clockwork, didn't expect this high level of professionalism in this day & age, well done to all involved.
