Belle da vedere,forse se le cuciture fossero durate di più potevo controllare anche la qualità del materiale, se poi dobbiamo comprare un marchio solo xke di moda x quello che costa non conviene ,a questo punto compro cinese,perlomeno so cosa o comprato e di cosa sono fatte.

The quality is awful. My son had the bag for less than 6 months and the bag completely fell apart. When I contacted the company they said there was nothing they could do. For the amount of money this backpack costs they should really offer better quality and better customer service! Don’t waste your money!

I ordered a bag to my house before I realized they could ship it internationally. So I ordered another bag shipped it to Japan and returned the other with no issues. They bag arrived in Japan faster and cheaper then what it would have been USPS.

Initially I had a positive experience with the products and purchases until an order placed in July never received (still somewhere in NM per FedEx). After multiple attempts to have THEM do their job, the CSRs stated it was basically my problem. Have not purchased another item since and now I know they are a sub of a parent and in the Northeast, I will do whatever it takes to get my $$ owed.

The quality of the bags are amazing I love the fact that materials are vegan, but when it comes to customer service(via Phone or email) it is absolutely repulsive, and the time that it takes to get to your house it's unacceptable. I've made multiple orders with this company and usually it takes about a week Max to get to your house. Unfortunately for just one cross body bag it took over a month for the order to come in and it would have taken longer. I sent multiple emails with only automated responses saying they'll get to me as soon as possible and never did or responding with the track number of my order which i can already get myself. I also made multiple calls and got absolutely nowhere with that. I had to then proceed on to tell them that the Post Office had no recollection of the order. They finally reordered the bag, but rather than making an overnight delivery on the order I had to wait another week to get my bag. Like I said I like the quality, but if they don't improve on customer service it can potentially deter the customers ever wanting to come back. Please fix this.

Deserves a zero. Not quite sure what they are doing here. But it has all the signs of a scam. Item never delivered, unwilling to refund, asking to take up.matter with FedEx, and customer services are shoddy. Also read other reviews. Please avoid. And report to Trading Standards wherever you are.

If I could do a zero, that’s what this rating would be! The backpack they sent me had red dye on the yellow plant-leather. There are some mis-stitched spots. Also, there was yellow paint on the black color. Contacted customer support and they hung up on us multiple times when trying to get return information. Worst customer service EVER!!! Do not buy!!

Durability is very poor. I had this bag for a year and about half a year ago it had scratch marks every and the bottom part of the bag has no leather on it anymore for 110£ this bag is not worth it. Quality at the start is good but everything is very easy to tear and brake as I’ve got holes in my bag and a broken zipper.

Worst consumer experience ever. Ordered online 12/1, card was charged 12/1 and no contact since. I've emailed, called, and emailed more all to no response. Please don't waste your time shopping with this company. I'm going to have to dispute the charges because clearly my purchase won't be here by Xmas or next Xmas the way it's going. You can only laugh at how these people get your money and then all customer service is out the window!

I've been a customer since 2017, and always appreciated the style and quality of the backpacks for my kids. Purchased a backpack for my son in July of 2021. School started in August, and by October the plastic zippers on the "RIP Me Open" style backpack broke. I emailed customer service and they will not honor their 3 month warranty because I contacted them 10 days after my order was received. This is horrible service considering the bag was technically used less than the 90 day period, and there was no appreciate for being a prior customer. I not only took picture of this defected bag, but took pictures of an older bag to show this wasn't our first Sprayground purchase.

Them people took a week to ship my son backpack and crossover bag. Never ordering from them again. 2 week turnaround time to receive merchandise domestically is just unheard of. I’ve gotten things from China faster than that. First and last time, I’ll stick with Jansport from now on.

My sons backpack was shipped on Aug 11th. It still shows in transit arriving late but does not say where it is or when it will arrive. Customer Service is not helpful and I can’t cancel the order. They keep saying give it 2-3 more business days for an update. We are three weeks into school. I am a first time customer but won’t be ordering from them again.
