Still haven’t sent my backpack out and I ordered last week usps still hasn’t received it!

So far I have purchased 4 backpacks for my son. They are all still in good condition. All zippers still works. I have no negative complaints. I think the backpacks are a great quality.

The website is horrible… 99% of the items are sold out and no way to filter the page. Also, the zippers break easily!

Since i got this bag i seemed like a complete scam but when i bought one i wasnt dissapointed it was just good at storing and the secret pockets are pretty good because my friends steals my phone sometimes so i put my phone in there so over all good company and bag!

Ho acquistato un trolley e uno zaino linea Racing on line in due boutique differente, con fattra regolare ho avvuto problemi con il trolley sulla manigia si spapola e si è scollata, lo zaino si apre la cerniera i senti sono sani secondo un calzolaio la cerniera è stata cucita al rovescio, in conclussione il servizio clienti mi dice di ricvolvermi alla boutique e le boutique inviato fotto non mi hanno risposto,assitenza non esistente con quello che costano non li consiglio è vergognoso

Brutta copia di “A Bathing Ape” fastidioso da vedere in giro indossato dalle persone ignare. Materiali scadenti, da evitare!

Compro il primo zaino dopo nemmeno 1 anno si rompe la cerniera faccio reclamo mi rendono i soldi. Bene. Non contenta ne compro uno nuovo cerniera rotta e scucito l'interno. Belli esteticamente ma non possono essere utilizzati quotidianamente. Per il costo che hanno mi aspetto qualità e resistenza che questi zaini evidentemente non hanno.

Clothes that aren't designed to be worn. Useless collector items. Bags lack pockets. Clothes easily fall apart, and they won't replace simple, small pieces when they break. Hype train BS.

These ppl mess up my whole entire address send it to the wrong address and when I call they resend it and promise it will reach me by today which is 02/27/24 I told them the receiver leaving the 28 and still haven’t received nothing am so frustrated with these ppl I call all morning both fedx and spray round to fix the issue no body cares I either neeed a refund or they try n sen it to a different address cause nobody will be home after the 28 in New York mess my own plan up , I have prove to show when they sent me my order confirmation that my address was correct and for some reason the mess up with the whole shipping address after that change my o to 8 from 150 to 158 how stupid was that can someone show me where I can upload my prove cause these ppl need to learn

I finally have decided to STOP spending my money on Sprayground backpacks for myself and my son's yearly school one. To pay so much and not be able to use them after a month or two is ridiculous. The zippers are a PROBLEM! I don't know if anyone else is dealing with this issue, however 3 out of 5 of our Sprayground backpacks are unusable because the zippers are broken. You can zip, but they will not catch. A backpack is worthless if you can't secure your things inside. I would not recommend buying these overpriced bags. Catch Hot topic sales. You can find unique, stylish, durable backpacks there. I used to get my son's book bags there before purchasing Sprayground and they are all still in good condition. I went back to Hot topic and have no complaints with our purchase for half the price!

Zaino acquistato per mio figlio. Dopo qualche mese si è scucito vicino alla cerniera e non ho segnalato, in seguito si è spaccato alla parte superiore dello zaino, ho segnalato!!! Mi hanno risposto che era passato 1 anno!!! Non è un’azienda seria, perché la garanzia sui difetti copre 2 anni. Non compreremo mai più questa marca.

Ho acquistato uno zaino Sprayground e l'ho trovato molto comodo. Esteticamente bellissimo e pratico, l'unico appunto che mi sento di fare è che potrebbe essere un po' più grande.

Buoni prodotti, non di qualità incredibile ma dato il prezzo sono perfetti.

Some of the stitching was hanging from different areas of the shoulder straps. Some areas had scuff marks and the paint from the metal part of the zipper was chipped off, exposing the darker metal underneath. This is because it was shipped in just a bag. Also, the part that sits towards the back of your neckline, was all scrunched and wrinkled. Maybe that could be ironed out? I wish that it had that plush, soft, fabric inside the zipper pockets, as I’ve experienced from their other product line. It was free shipping, but was it worth the risk? It was just lying there on the ground when it arrived. I picked it up and could easily feel the book bag inside. In my opinion, it didn’t feel entirely protected. I later contacted SG, they apologized and emphasized how it was a serious concern and instructed me to return it marked as damaged goods. And they explained, they do not offer exchanges. I even sent them pictures. They really didn’t give me much of an option. Please buy with caution!😞

Awful quality. Their backpack zippers do not last. Bought 2 different backpacks. One lasted 8 months. The other 4. The zippers lose their grip and stop zipping. The teeth fall off on the zipper with normal use. I’ve had cheaper bags last way longer than this for years! For the price of these bags, they are not worth it!

I purchased a bag.. waiting for more than 2 weeks for delivery. On 3rd week the postman delivered 1 fake Cartier Ring costing €8 and need to pay €5 for delivery. Contact spraygroung.eu they told me that it was a mistake but also that the bag I choose is out of stock and that they will give me back my money. That never happens and thanks that I choose paying in 3 rates. They have been able at the end hacked me €17 on my account and the worst having 1 fake Cartier Ring. Don't purchase on this site. Never they are Hackers. It's a false spraygroung site. P.s cost of the bag €75.

We bought my son a Spraygroud rucksack and the zip fell a part at the top of the bag and the Zips no longer work for the main section of the bag.

I emailed the customer support team before the 12 month warranty ended and they refused to repair it on 2 occasions.

Very disappointing for an expensive bag

Used to be innovative designs but now it looks like they are just selling backpacks to schoolchildren. Rugratz?? I bought into them when they were working with artists. Looks like they got someone out of high school doing the designs now.
Last bag I bought, the sticking around the top fell out the same week. No method of communicating with sales team.
