Amazing experience! 10/10 highly recommend.

I placed a order on July 23. I received a tracking number and today is August 14 and I still haven't received my bag. I have been scammed. Usps website says they are still waiting for my package. It's now 21 days and nothing. I'm beyond pissed.

I placed an Order on July 30, a backpack for my daughter. Received an email stating it will be shipped in 5-9 business days. The payment was made and received by Sprayground up to now I have not received any tracking number nothing. I’m very disappointed and so is my daughter. I call and sent an email no response, can someone please contact me with some information about my order? My order number 91947754

I’ve ordered from here before a year ago and had no issue. Order my other son a bag July 31st 2024 and still haven’t received a bag. My tracking info says a label was created August 1st but hasn’t actually been shipped. I ask customer service and they blame the usps scanners. I left it alone knowing the scanners are fine cause I have things shipped all day everyday and can see all my other tracking info. Today August 14 and still no bag and now customer service hasn’t responded back to me in two days. Bad customer service and ridiculous shipping. These bags have been around too long for their service to be this bad! Very disappointed and my son didn’t have his bag today for his first day of school even though I ordered it in plenty of time!

I purchased two backpacks for my granddaughter’s, they absolutely loved them! They were shipped and delivered within two weeks. When I called customer service to check on the status of my delivery they were very helpful and professional. Can’t wait for the next drop!!

I ordered a backpack from spray ground on July 31 receive the package with no backpack in it called customer service several times emailed and text. Still haven’t got a respond. I will never order from spray ground again due to the fact that you cannot get in contact with anyone to help you with your merchandise.

charged $80.00 for a backpack. It came damaged. I asked customer service for an exchange. They said I have to pay to return it, then repurchase it.

Cheap quality. High price. Terrible customer service.

I LOVE my sprayground products. I have both a backpack and makeup case from them and they really feel like items that will last for a really long time. The zippers, pockets, materials, padding etc are really sturdy thick and durable. Shipping was fast and straight forward. I’ll be keeping an eye on more of their pattern drops to treat myself to another bag! Highly reccomend!!

Bought a bag for my nephew. He was so excited! Said it was perfect and couldn't wait to go to school. Ordering was effortless and the delivery was quick. I'll be back next year!

I ordered two bags. I only received one. I've called customer service numerous times. I've also emailed numerous times to get no reply. After this I will never spend my money with sprayground ever again. Customer service support is straight trash.

Just bought two bags for my niece and nephew - they LOVED them. Process was seamless and delivered right on time for back to school!

Amazing backpacks! Great quality and durability. My boys love the bright colors and designs. Guest services was receptive and responsive. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but all in all great service!

I ordered two Sprayground backpacks on July 31 2024 and still have not received them. I’ve called customer service numerous times just to be placed on hold and then to be sent to a voicemail stating my call cannot be answered at the time. I’ve sent numerous text messages and still haven’t received a reply from those either. I’ve checked the tracking number which still only says a label has been created. This is the worst customer service ever and I will NEVER order from them again nor will I recommend anyone else to do so. My children were so excited about receiving their backpacks and we still do NOT have them !!! What a disappointment!!!

Horrible, I ordered my sons back pack, on the 26th, status said label was created on 29th, but ups status says they haven’t even received the package, my son starts school in 2 days 😡😡 called them 100 times and just get this BS message saying contact within business hours, IT IS BUSINESS HOURS!!😡😡 so I sent an email, they wrote back saying sorry and I can get store credit, I DONT WANT STORE CREDIT!! IF YALL DONT JAVE THE BACK PACK HE WANTED THEN REFUND ME!! SIMPLE! ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS AGAIN, the absolute worst, and a very understanding guy so for me to say this means a lot, HORRIBLE.

i ordered my backpack JULY 26TH.. TODAY makes 9days that sprayground takes to ship out. I paid for free standard with says it take 5-9 business days. I’ve tried multiple times to contact Sprayground via email and phone number but i have yet to receive anything back. when i called the phone number, it says i didn’t contact them in business hours when i literally did. I expected more for a big company like you guys but it seems that i will never again. I will be getting my refund back if it isn’t delivered by tonight. This should be a 0 star. Will never buy from spray ground again, also i didn’t receive a tracking number which i should’ve known to email right away. all u guys gave me was a order number.

I order my bags on July 19th for vacation, here we are on July 31st and it still stats that the label was created. I reached out to an emaol and I get a response but the problem here is that they keep saying its on its way but still nothing from Fedex called Fedex and the rep stated that they see a label created but no package has been received. I do not know what to do at this point please any advise on what is going on with them.? Do I have to report this to the BBB. is this a scam? Order backpack on 7/14/24 and I have not received it yet after monitoring the USPS Tracking system daily stating it will arrive by 7/20/24. However, it mentioned some delays still no update from the date. I left numerous voicemail messages on the 18447772947, sent text to 18773553574, and sent out daily email correspondences with no response from anyone besides someone name Andrew (AJ) Lehmkuhl (SPRAYGROUND - US Sales Manager) suggested for me to reach out to certain email of which I did and he's cc in each email sent. This is bad business and unprofessional of him to see this and have not provided any assistance with this matter.

Ordered a bag on the 17th of July. I have called, texted and emailed. I sent DM'S, wrote in their comment section. No one has been able to tell me where the backpack is. I bought for my neice and it's still not here. I called DHL, they said the bag did not pass inspection, and had to be returned to SPRAYGROUND. So far nothing from them. Someone answered my text asking for the order number. I gave it to them within 5 minutes and now it's almost 24hrs no response. The web now says the bag is sold out...but I have not been refunded. If I could give -10 stars I would.
