Non acquistate su questo sito prodotto mai arrivato e neanche mi hanno rimborsato , ti scrivono che ti vogliono rimborsare ma il rimborso non te lo mandano io sto aspettando il rimborsa da più di un mese e non rispondono neanche hai messaggi… se non volete perdere soldi non acquistate mai da qui ..

Avoid at all costs.
We paid €138 for a bag - well, my niave 14 year old son did after saving up.
Upon delivery, the bag had a tear in the seam which they refused to refund, then wanted to charge excessive returns charges, then offered €10 to get it fixed.
The bag is now 8 months old, only used at weekends where my son carries his wallet, headphones and maybe his tablet or a jumper - absolutely nothing heavy at all.
BOTH shoulder straps have begun to fray and split.
When emailing them, they claim this is normal wear and tear and refuse to do a thing!
I am absolutely disgusted with them. I've got basic sports bags worth £20 that have lasted years being battered at school, sports clubs etc.

These bags are absolutely poor quality and their customer service is even worse!

Mi è appena arrivato l’ordine di uno zaino pagato ben 300€, probabilmente la peggior replica , me lo avrebbe spedito in condizioni migliori . Fibbia rotta , la fodera scollata , spigoli usurati ; ho avuto il timore di non aver acquistato dal sito ufficiale perciò ho controllato per sicurezza …. e invece è proprio il sito ufficiale . Spero che me lo sostituiscano, si tratta di un regalo e in quelle condizioni non è possibile regalarlo .

I ordered from Sprayground about a week ago and it came today. I was super excited for my backpack, and I am immensely satisfied with my order. The backpack is in perfect condition, and the materials feel very high quality. Overall super pleased with my order. I feel like the main reason people rate it lowly on this website are because they arrive slowly, but mine actually arrived faster than I expected, especially considering I am not really bothered by waiting. I would definitely recommend buying one of their backpacks. It also feels super cool knowing that this is one of the only ones in the world! Overall great company and product.

Ad oggi circa 3 Mesi utilizzo gli articoli che hanno incominciato a perdere il colore delle clip delle cerniere e varie scuciture e rottura tessuto

I purchased a backpack for
My grandson whom is entering high school from SPRAYGROUND. He obviously loves this company so whatever he wants he gets lol. After waiting a little bit for the backpack I contacted them in regards to where the backpack was. They were very prompts in a response and indicated they would “hunt” it down. Perhaps a day or 2 later they indicated that I could either get a credit or a refund. Knowing my grandson still needed a backpack I chose the refund. Within 2 days the money was refunded. 5 days later the backpack arrives on my doorstep. I immediately alerted them that I wanted to pay for it (didn’t want any bad mojo and it’s the right thing to do). They replied and asked for the order number.
They then sent me a text and said because I waited longer for the product that I could enjoy it and there would be no fee.
How many companies can you say that are prompt and honest?
Thank you. We will definitely shot with SPRAYGROUND again as my my grandkids get older.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service I have received from Spray Ground. I placed an order on August 5, 2024 for RUGRATS PLAYPEN SHARKMOUTH DLXSR BACKPACK , but unfortunately, I have yet to receive my order.

Despite numerous attempts to contact your team, I have not received a satisfactory response or update on the status of my order. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and communication, especially when issues arise.

I ordered a Bookbag on 8/7/24, paid for Add'll shipping. However, after five days of no shipping confirmation I called, texted, and emailed to inquire on the status: NO response. Days later I, continued to call luckily spoke with a rep. who lied about my address, which was accurate and issued a small refund since I upgraded shipping. Similarly, she was nonchalant and showed no empathy. Finally, I get the bag on 8/19/24 WITHOUT the AUTHENTICATION tags affixed or in the box (USED CONDITION). Called again, texted, emailed, still waiting... Very disappointing, inefficient customer service. Very tiresome experience for my son who would love to use the item he waited patiently for. More importantly it did not arrive in NEW condition as advertised on Sprayground site I ordered from.

Ordered a backpack and it was canceled within minutes…. Guess my nephew isn’t getting his graduation gift!!! Maybe I lucked out with all the terrible reviews, seems like they are a scam anyway…

Il mio zaino sprayground dopo meno di un anno cade a pezzi. Materiali molto scadenti. Visto il costo non ci si aspetterebbe che il manico ad esempio si stia sfrangiando (plasticaccia di pessima qualità) e tutta l’area che corre attorno alla cerniera si sia scucita. Pessima esperienza con questo brand.

I placed a order and it was never recved the number listed for contact they pick up and hang up and they do not respond to email. if i could give them 0 stars i would.

As expensive of the product customer service is horrible. No one is available to take a call. My order summary had the wrong address and i could not speak to anyone to fix it. I emailed and text the numbers no response. That is bad for business all i need was to ad the correct address. 1000 of dollars just at stand still.

Order placed still no package. Tracking says label created. No answer to calls or emails. My next step is to dispute with my bank to get my money back!

I give them 1 star cause a can not leave at 0, I ordered a backpack for my kid, their website says, sale was confirm on August 3, 2024, money was collected, and the backpack should of being delivered on August 12, 2024 (5-9 days) we are on the 16th of the month and no backpack, checked the website and it says that it was updated on the 13th of this month and on its way but nothing else, no tracking number, no backpack, do not waste your money on this website, if you want to give money away donate it instead to a charity organization.

I ordered two backpacks from Sprayground, one made it to us safely and the other was mis-delivered to the wrong property by Fedex. Though this was no fault from the company, a store credit was quickly offered and delivered. Then when all the backpacks we wanted were out of order, I changed my mind and requested a refund instead. I was ready for a rejection but instead I got the wonderful surprise of fast refund. They have certainly gained a loyal customer from here on out. Thank you.

I got my backpack on time with no issues. My nephew loves it and the customer service team were so helpful in helping me find the one I wanted.
