My flights to the UK got cancelled due to bad weather here in the Falkland Islands. I found no way to obtain any kind of a refund for the ticket i had purchased.

If your train tickets were advance tickets then they would be non-refundable but you could book replacement tickets and then apply for a refund on the original tickets. If your tickets were refundable flexible tickets then you could apply for a refund.

A nervous passenger and now a happy customer
I have not travelled by train many times in my life and when I have done so in the past I did not have to sort out the tickets.
So, it was with trepidation that I tried to work out timings (as I had to change via the tube once) and Idid find it quite confusing.
However, when I found your site, your computer did it all for me and worked out the whole journey as well as telling me how long I had before I needed to catch the tube and the next train
It was all fairly simple. Lots of tickets but that means you get a good price. I managed to book seats for the longest journey, which worked well.
So, all in all a very happy customer and will definitely use you again.
